En la presente investigación MABE PERÚ S A es una empresa especializada en línea blanca, la problemática que se presenta es el servicio que brinda la empresa de transporte “Door to Door”, no se han preocupado por prestar atención a las nuevas exigencias de los clientes y que el mercado requiere, es aquí donde se detectaron deficiencias en los procesos de envíos y entrega de mercadería.
La investigación se desarrolló aplicando el método cuasi experimental y descriptiva, donde la investigación cuasi experimental consiste en la medición de los tiempos de los procesos relacionados con los despachos vigentes y una simulación de los tiempos en el proceso que se propone como una mejora del servicio.
La investigación descriptiva corresponde a los resultados del muestreo a los responsables de las empresas a quienes se les brinda el servicio, sobre el nivel de satisfacción del servicio que se les brinda.
Como resultado de la investigación se observa que a partir del seguimiento a los transportistas se encontraron deficiencias en las entregas de los productos en el servicio de distribución que la empresa ofrece en la mayoría de los casos son descuidados, se realizaron entrevistas y medición de tiempo en el proceso de los despachos con la finalidad de obtener respuestas, por lo tanto, los resultados obtenidos demostraron la necesidad de la implementación del manual de procedimiento de almacenes que aportará de mucha utilidad a la gestión de los transportistas.
In this research MABE PERU S.A. is a company specializing in white goods company, the problem that arises is the service provided by the transport company "Door to Door", have not been worried about paying attention to the new demands of customers and the market requires, it is here where deficiencies were detected in the process of shipping and delivery of goods.
The research was conducted using the quasi-experimental and descriptive method, where the quasi-experimental research consists in measuring the times of the processes related to existing offices and a simulation of time in the process proposed as an improvement of the service.
Descriptive research corresponds to the sampling results to the heads of companies who are providing the service, on the level of satisfaction of the service provided to them.
As a result of research shows that from tracking carriers deficiencies were found in deliveries of products in the distribution service that the company offers in most cases are neglected, interviews and time measurement were conducted in the process of the offices in order to get answers, therefore the results demonstrated the need for the implementation of warehouse procedure manual which will provide very useful to the management of carriers.

The Monitoring Program for all Inclusionary housing units in the City of San Luis Obispo is a needed component to the Affordable Housing Program. It ensures eligible households are occupying the affordable units and those that are renting are being charged according to the Affordable Housing Standards. Within the City’s Municipal Code it specifies monitoring and management of inclusionary units shall be done, however this hasn’t happened until now.
This professional project provides a needed analysis of the current affordable housing stock. It examines multiple case studies that look at exemplary designed affordable housing units as well as implemented monitoring programs, which serve as a guide to the City of San Luis Obispo’s monitoring program. An extensive assessment survey was administered to all the inclusionary units within the City of San Luis Obispo that included some questions pertaining to the quality and design of the current units, location to local services, primary mode of transportation and miles traveled to work. The analysis of the survey responses were compiled into different analyzed categories: overall, senior, owner and renter. The analysis information and monitoring program procedures manual were completed as deliverables to the City of San Luis Obispo. The project concludes with recommendations for future affordable housing developments and toolkits, including the monitoring program procedures manual, to help with preservation of the current housing stock and ensure quality and sustainable affordable housing projects.

Parceria dos empréstimos entre as bibliotecas universitárias da cidade de Frederico Westphalen / Loan partnership between university libraries in the city of Frederico WestphalenSilva, Ricardo Cesar 06 May 2016 (has links)
The need for greater administrative efficiency in the public sector makes the society reveal their need for quality in products and services. One way to meet the users/customers expectations is through partnerships. This thesis proposes to establish a partnership model between Universities from the city of Frederico Westphalen for interlibrary loans of bibliographic material available in local institutions. The relevance is mainly promotes growing access to information and knowledge between stakeholders from these institutions (academic community and institutions). To this purpose, a case study methodology was used, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive and exploratory character. The steps to carry out this research were (i) data collection with partner institutions (semi-structured questionnaire) and (ii) research and collect data from institutions that offer interlibrary loans. Data was organized according to Process Management - Unified Modeling Language (UML) - and presentation of data with Use Case and Activity diagrams, laid out in a Procedures Manual. The preparation of this manual, a practical and direct result of this thesis, aims to standardize and streamline how the relationship between partner libraries should be and the procedures for the use of this service by the user/client. Besides, it offers a set of performance indicators, in order to measure if the service is meeting the expectations of users/clients and institutions involved. In general lines, the work proved to be feasible with the possibility of making available over 200 thousand works, economic savings in the replication of institutional collections and a model of loans, between libraries, that can be used in other cities. / A necessidade de maior eficiência administrativa no setor público faz com que a sociedade evidencie os seus anseios no que compete à qualidade nos produtos e serviços. Uma das formas de atender às expectativas dos usuários/clientes pode ser feita por meio das Parcerias. Esta dissertação propõe estabelecer um modelo de parceria entre as universidades da cidade de Frederico Westphalen para empréstimos dos materiais bibliográficos disponíveis nessas instituições. A relevância central se dá pelo motivo de possibilitar a ampliação do acesso à informação e ao conhecimento entre os stakeholders envolvidos dessas IES (comunidade acadêmica e instituições). Para tanto, utilizou-se a metodologia de estudo de caso, de abordagem qualitativa, caráter descritivo e exploratório. Os passos para a realização da pesquisa foram o (i) levantamento dos dados junto às instituições parceiras (questionário semiestruturado) e a (ii) investigação de instituições que realizam o serviço de empréstimo entre bibliotecas. Na organização dos dados, fez-se uso da Gestão de Processos - modelagem de processos por meio da Unified Modeling Language (linguagem UML) - e da apresentação dos dados em diagramas de Caso de Usos e de Atividades, dispostos em um Manual de Procedimentos. A elaboração desse Manual, resultado prático e direto desta dissertação, tem por finalidade normatizar e dinamizar como deve ser a relação entre as bibliotecas parceiras e os procedimentos para utilização do serviço pelo usuário/cliente, bem como dispor de um conjunto de indicadores de desempenho, com o propósito de mensurar se o serviço está atendendo às expectativas dos usuários/clientes e instituições envolvidas. Em linhas gerais, o trabalho mostrou-se exequível, com possibilidade de disponibilização de mais de 200 mil obras, economia na replicação de acervos das instituições e criação de um modelo de empréstimo entre bibliotecas que possa ser utilizado em outras cidades.

unclear archival legislation were cited as some of the challenges affecting records and
information management surveys from nurturing acceptable records management
practices. A closer working relationship between the National Archives and public

Enhancing service delivery through records management in Mogale City Local MunicipalityMakgahlela, Kgoori Aubrey 07 1900 (has links)
Records are essential to the efficient administration of municipalities and more critical to the facilitation of good governance, transparency and accountability. Despite this, the records management processes of many municipalities in South Africa have remained ineffective and inefficient. The study investigated the extent to which records management enhances service delivery in Mogale City Local Municipality. The objective was to determine how far sound records management goes in enhancing the public services, accountability, transparency and good governance. The study sought to address the following research questions: “What contribution, if any, does records management play in enhancing service delivery?”; “Are there any suitable standards and practices for creation and maintenance of records MCLM?”; “To what extent does records management impact on transparency and accountability in Mogale City Local Municipality?” and “Identifying the benefits derived from records management in the municipality.” The study was underpinned by the record life-cycle and records continuum models. The literature reviewed was based on themes derived from the research questions, the underpinning models and broader areas of the study.
The study adopted an interpretivist paradigm, which is associated with the qualitative research approach. The study adopted a single case study design and data were collected through the use of interviews and observation. The qualitative data collected were presented and analysed in narrative description. The findings of the study revealed that there is a positive correlation between records management and effective service delivery. In conclusion, it is evident that the future well-being and quality of basic service delivery depend on the ability of the MCLM to utilise records management strategic planning processes. Records contain information that will assist the municipality in determining the required resources, and moreover, in setting or improving service standards. The records management policy in the municipality must be adhered to and practiced consistently to ensure compliance and sound records management. This affirms the need for reformed records management strategies to enable administration efficiency and improved service delivery in the municipality. / Rekords is noodsaaklik vir die doeltreffende administrasie van munisipaliteite en meer krities vir die fasilitering van goeie bestuur, deursigtigheid en verantwoordbaarheid. Ten spyte hiervan het die rekordbestuursprosesse van talle munisipaliteite in Suid-Afrika ondoeltreffend en ondoeltreffend gebly. Die studie het die mate waarin rekordbestuur die dienslewering in Mogale City Plaaslike Munisipaliteit verbeter, ondersoek. Die doel was om te bepaal hoe ver klankrekordbestuur gaan om die openbare dienste, verantwoordbaarheid, deursigtigheid en goeie bestuur te verbeter. Die studie het probeer om die volgende navorsingsvrae aan te spreek: "watter bydrae, indien enige, doen rekordbestuursspel in die verbetering van dienslewering?"; "Is daar enige geskikte standaarde en praktyke vir die skepping en instandhouding van rekords MCLM?"; "Tot watter mate het rekordbestuursimpak oor deursigtigheid en verantwoordbaarheid in Mogale City Plaaslike Munisipaliteit?" en "die identifisering van die voordele wat uit rekordbestuur in die Munisipaliteit afkomstig is."
