Obchodování s emisními povolenkami: analýza dosavadních efektů / Emissions Trading - Analysis Of AchievementsPerglerová, Eva January 2010 (has links)
This Master thesis analyses the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). The aim is to analyse this instrument and its achievements. Emission allowances represent a new market instrument of the European Union's policy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to combat the climate change. The first part of the thesis focuses on international climate negotiations, in particular on the Kyoto Protocol, which triggered the establishment of the EU ETS. The second part focuses on the system functioning and its achievements. The third part deals with the functioning of the EU ETS in the Czech Republic.

Aktuální vývoj na světovém trhu emisemi skleníkových plynůVlček, Ondřej January 2006 (has links)
Rostoucí emise skleníkových plynů přispívají k urychlování klimatické změny. Jednotlivé státy k řešení tohoto problému přistupují různými způsoby. Prozatím jediným globálním přístupem je Kjótský protokol. Kjótský protokol navrhuje k řešení klimatické změny využití flexibilních nástrojů - emisního obchodování a projektových mechanismů. Teorie i dosavadní praxe dokládá ekonomickou výhodnost těchto nástrojů. Použití systémů obchodování s emisemi skleníkových plynů se rozšiřuje i v zemích, které neratifikovaly Kjótský protokol. Práce hodnotí mimoevropské povinné systémy emisního obchodování zavedené i plánované.

Kulturní diplomacie / Cultural DiplomacySkalová, Dominika Antonie January 2015 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Cultural diplomacy" examines a specific field of diplomatic relations in which culture plays the key role. It introduces basic terminology and theoretical outcomes. Later, it defines cultural diplomacy in the broader context of public diplomacy, nation branding, and soft power. The main part is devoted to describing and analyzing the environment in the Czech Republic - it defines institutions and instruments used in the Czech environment and specifies methods of cultural diplomacy. With respect to subsections of cultural diplomacy, it is primarily devoted to the performing arts. The following chapter describing the transition of cultural diplomacy to guerilla diplomacy constitutes a substantial part of the thesis. It introduces this concept as the first thesis so far. Further it explains it in detail and points to the possibility of its application in the field of art and possibly culture. The final part includes suggestions for working more efficiently with tools of cultural and guerilla diplomacy in the Czech Republic.

Simulátor pro finanční protokoly / Financial Protocol SimulatorVymlátil, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This paper deals with the creation of a simulator for financial protocols ISO8583 and SPDH.The simulator was designed and implemented in C++ language based on the analysis of the financial protocols. The simulator was tested on pre-prepared authorization messages and was also tested against the real POS terminal. Possible extensions for the simulator were discussed at the end of this thesis.

Diagnostika komunikačního protokolu ARION / Communication SW ARIONKaczmarczyk, Václav January 2008 (has links)
The main goal of this thesis is creating diagnostic software for analyse communication via protocol ARION. That software would record and store communication data which can be analyzed late and also allows direct communication analysis in real time. Except that there will be visualization functions, for effective representation of data (stored or real-time recorded). This software can be used either by net developers or by end-users like easy visualization software. Next point is describing communication protocol ARION and create developer’s handbook. The practical part of this thesis consists of two points. The first one is developing simple device which allows communicating via protocol ARION. In second communication firmware for that device is written and tested.

Rozšíření komunikačního protokolu MPKT na platformě .NET / MPKT communication protocol extension on .NET platformGörlich, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
This thesis is focused on extension of MPKT 2008 communication protocol. It has been made analysis of this protocol version and proposals to improve and extend this version with other options have been raised. It has been created a new version of the protocol on the basis of the proposals. Then the .NET platform has been presented and its architecture has been described. The C# language available on the .NET platform has been chosen to implement the new protocol version and its facilities for network communication and threading have been described. It has been said an assessment of the application of this programming language in practical lessons. A proposal to update tutorial texts has been made.

Směrovací protokol OLSR pro MANET sítě v simulačním prostředí OPNET Modeler / OLSR routing protocol for MANET networks in OPNET Modeler simulation environmentHošek, Petr January 2011 (has links)
The first part focuses on general routing of computer networks. It describes the importance of routing, basic elements, algorithms and protocols. It also describes the so-called MANET networks, where there are discussed routing protocols in these networks. The next chapter deals with the analysis of routing protocols OSPF version 3 and OLSR protocol. For both protocols basic algorithms, their use and structure are described. In OSPF protocol there is also described historical development and differences between versions 2 and 3. The OLSR protocol properly describes the principle of MPR nodes, which is one of the most important parts of the protocol which differs it from the others. Next there is a brief introduction of a powerful simulation tool OPNET Modeler which allows simulating the operation and behavior of almost any computer network with a very extensive possibility of options for the functioning of the entire network, as well as nodes it selves. The practical part is divided into five parts. The first section describes the structure of process models, the basic elements, variables, and block editors OSLR routing protocol in OPNET Modeler program. The second part is devoted to the ICI data structure, which is used for inter-process communication and verify the creation and reception of messages using this function. The third part deals with the process model of OLSR routing model. There is a description of various blocks and functions involved in its function of protocol and significance. The fourth chapter shows an extension of data unit protocol OLSR HELLO messages to other fields, which is able to transmit a numeric value between neighboring stations, and these values print it in the console. The last block of the practical part is dedicated to creating its own message which is broadcast between stations like part of the OLSR packet messages. This message includes the parameter of actual data traffic rate of each communicating stations. These values are for each station exported to an external file for later processing.

Biopirátství v regionu Latinská AmerikaVaško, Aneta January 2019 (has links)
The thesis provides an insight into the issue of biopiracy in Latin America. The phenomenon of biopiracy is mostly connected with the forests in Brazil and Ecuador, which are concerned in the thesis. The first part of the thesis describes the two countries in terms of biodiversity and forest occurrence, as well as in terms of genetic resources and their exploitation. The thesis provides a comparative analysis of the two countries based on defined criteria. The aim of the comparative analysis is to determine which of the two countries is fighting against biopiracy more effectively. As a result of the comparative analysis the last part of the thesis includes some suggestions that can improve the current situation.
