It examines, in a psychoanalytic perspective, especially winnicottian, the emotional issues related to hyperactivity and how play in a therapeutic context, may assist the therapy. The research is done through a case study of a clinical work with a child, using psychoanalytic technique, observation and analysis of how this child‟s hyperactivity and concentration difficulties are manifested, at the begining of the treatment, during the process and after termination. The theoretical perspective chosen is Winnicott‟s psychoanalytic theory, first for the understanding of hyperactivity and then to deepen the concepts of excited states‟ and quiet states‟. Regarding the play, this paper discusses especially the concepts of potential space, transitional phenomena, subjective object and creativity. The research contributes to deepening the understanding of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bringing new insights in the field of psychoanalysis, through Winnicott‟s contributions. It also develops new possibilities of action, analyzing the benefits of play in sessions with children who have the disorder / Esta dissertação enfoca a relação de uma criança hiperativa com o brincar. Examina, numa perspectiva psicanalítica, principalmente winnicottiana, as questões emocionais relacionadas à hiperatividade e de que forma o brincar, no contexto terapêutico, pode auxiliar a terapia. A investigação é feita por meio de um estudo de caso de um trabalho clínico com uma criança, utilizando a técnica psicanalítica, observação e análise de como se manifesta a hiperatividade e a dificuldade de concentração dessa criança, no início do trabalho, durante o processo e após o término de todos os atendimentos. A perspectiva teórica escolhida é a psicanálise winnicottiana, primeiramente para compreensão da hiperatividade, aprofundando os conceitos de estados excitados e estados tranquilos. Em relação ao brincar, aborda especialmente os conceitos de espaço potencial, fenômenos transicionais, objeto subjetivo e criatividade. A pesquisa contribui para ampliar a compreensão do transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade, trazendo novas visões no campo da psicanálise, por meio da contribuição de Winnicott. The Winnicott s comments, written in the book which title is The Piggle An Account of the Psychoanalytic Treatment of a Little Girl and just after the sixteen consultations with the patient, were developed with the main purpose to amplify the theoretical discussion on the case. The Theory of Personal Maturation oriented the case´s study as a whole. For doing so, there were selected parties of the description of the case that made evident the fundamental theoretical questions for its comprehension. From this study I could infer that the Piggle case is one of the pathologic depression. The incapacity of parent´s survival and the child necessity to make psychoanalytic therapy determined the diagnosis. In this approach there were analyzed questions related to the integration of her personal aggressiveness, her instincts, her conquest of the Oedipal stage and the passage through concerning stage. The case´s analysis and the study of the childhood´s depressions allow us to conclude that the winnicottian psychoanalysis contributes to the development of the children´s psychoanalytic attending. The Piggle case is an instance model of the winnicottian psychoanalytic clinic for children / O objetivo desta tese é a análise do caso Piggle como um caso de depressão patológica sob a luz da psicanálise winnicottiana. Os comentários de Winnicott no livro em que o autor relatou as dezesseis consultas realizadas com a paciente foram desenvolvidos com o objetivo de ampliar a discussão teórica sobre o caso. A teoria do amadurecimento orientou a análise do caso como um todo. Para tanto, foram selecionados trechos do relato do caso que evidenciassem as questões teóricas fundamentais para sua compreensão. Desse estudo, pude concluir que o caso Piggle é um caso de depressão patológica. A não sobrevivência dos pais e a necessidade de análise determinaram este diagnóstico. Para tal, foram analisadas questões relacionadas a integração da sua agressividade pessoal, a sua instintualidade, a conquista do estágio edípico e a passagem pelo estágio do concernimento. A análise do caso, assim como o estudo das depressões infantis, permite concluir que a psicanálise winnicottiana contribui para o desenvolvimento do atendimento psicanalítico de crianças. It has as reference propositions on the maternal school and the personal maturity theory developed by the English psychoanalyst and pediatrician Donald Woods Winnicott. He indicates that the maternal school has tasks in relation to emotional maturity, same as the mother. And must hold a job psicoprofilatic, contributing to the children s mental health, needed to achieve the individual status and allow his access to Culture. We note that the use of psychoanalysis in education, proposed by the author, allows us to go beyond "listens" psychotherapy, performing an intervention through the management of school issues, moving toward integration: the self, of the variety of children s environments and the individual relations with society. Having two pedagogical approaches underlying the schools as base, the constructive one and the non-constructive, been discussed if school of early childhood education can be in a "good enough" environment according to the theory of ripening and we suggest that some conditions need to be created regarding moving towards this direction / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a escola de educação infantil como um possível ambiente suficientemente bom , criador de condições favoráveis ao processo de amadurecimento pessoal da criança e conseqüentemente à aprendizagem. Ela tem como referência as proposições sobre a escola maternal e a teoria do amadurecimento pessoal desenvolvidas pelo psicanalista e pediatra inglês Donald Woods Winnicott. Ele sinaliza que a escola maternal tem tarefas em relação ao amadurecimento emocional da mesma forma que a mãe tem e que deve realizar um trabalho psicoprofilático, contribuindo para a saúde mental da criança, necessária para alcançar o estatuto de indivíduo e permitir-lhe o acesso à cultura. Verificamos que o uso da psicanálise no campo da educação, proposto pelo autor, permite ir além da escuta psicanalítica, realizando uma intervenção por meio do manejo das questões escolares, caminhando na direção da integração: do self, dos vários ambientes da criança e do indivíduo com a sociedade. Partindo de duas abordagens pedagógicas que fundamentam as escolas, a construtivista e a não-construtivista, discutiu-se até que ponto a escola de educação infantil pode se constituir em um ambiente suficientemente bom de acordo com a teoria do amadurecimento e sugerimos que algumas condições fossem criadas para se caminhar nesta direção

To this end, I have briefly expounded on the theoretical change made by Winnicott and the substitution of the traditional psychoanalytical guidetheory of sexuality by the maturational theory and the Oedipal example for that of the baby on its mother s lap. The distancing from metapsychology and the consolidation of a descriptive language aims to draw closer to the clinical phenomena. Focusing on the interaction between the so-called living body and the human environment, highlighting the imaginative elaboration of the soma and the primary psychosomatic character of Winnicottian theory. Expounding on that which the author denominates as inhabiting the psyche in the soma and the integration of instinct with the self, which is at the foundation of future instinctive dualistic and/or pluralistic relations. Through these propositions, one can understand the author s sense of the I am phase, as that of a moment in which, with the constitution of a body scheme, the baby acquires a place to exist and experience the world / Este trabalho teve por objetivo explicitar os aspectos somáticos inerentes à teoria winnicottiana do amadurecimento, dos momentos iniciais até a etapa denominada eu sou , para instrumentalizar o psicanalista para a compreensão de fenômenos clínicos que têm incidência no soma e não são verbalizáveis. Para tanto, explicitou-se brevemente a mudança teórica operada por Winnicott e a substituição da tradicional teoria-guia psicanalítica da sexualidade pela teoria do amadurecimento e do exemplar edípico para o do bebê no colo da mãe, o afastamento da metapsicologia e a consolidação de uma linguagem descritiva que busca a reaproximação dos fenômenos clínicos. Com o foco nas interações entre o assim chamado corpo vivo e o ambiente humano, destacando-se o teor gestual das primeiras elaborações, elucidou-se o caráter primariamente psicossomático da teoria winnicottiana e explicitaram-se os fundamentos daquilo que o autor denominou alojamento da psique no soma e da integração da instintualidade ao si-mesmo, que estão na base das futuras relações instintuais duais e triádicas. Com essas proposições, pôde-se compreender o sentido do estágio do eu sou para o autor, como um momento em que, com a constituição de um esquema corporal, o bebê conquista um lugar para ser e ter experiências no mundo
