The subject of my task deals with the work of disabled theatre performers with the aim to analyze and describe the entire process of creation of a theatre performance in an amateur assemble. Furthermore, the benefit of the dramatic production for both personal as well as social development of the disabled performers, derived from the theoretical assumptions, was evaluated. The work at first highlights the features and classification of the metal retardation degree and is trying to inform about very special expressive approaches in both therapeutics and pedagogy. Much attention is paid to the drama-related therapies, such as dramatherapy and especially teatrotherapy which will underline the outcome of the whole creation process - a performance. The dramatic production itself, set within the framework of the expressive abovementioned therapies, is influenced by the way of the dramatic education and, therefore, its fundamental principles and methods of its creation are presented as well. This diploma thesis deals with marketing segmentation of food for dogs. The market is specified by companies existing on the market, devided into five pricing group. For better understanding of the problem there are mentioned also general principles of dog feeding and researches realized in past. Segments are revealed on basis of one segmentation criteria, other possible views are just briefly mentioned. Marketing strategy is suggested for three chosen target groups.

The topic of this thesis is the Transformation of Czech Radio after the Introduction of Web 2.0. The research was carried out from the Czech Radio employees (working on both Prague or regional stations) point of view, who have had experience working at Czech Radio before and after the advent of Web 2.0. The subjects of the research questions were: adaptation of employees, the impact of changes on the content of broadcasting and ethical principles and finally, their general consequences on Czech Radio in the digital age. The answers to the presented questions were then explained in the practical part of the thesis by a qualitative research using the method of semi-structured interviews and the method of grounded theory for the subsequent analysis of the collected data. The analysis of the data shows that changes could not have taken place without the employees who set them in motion. Within the changes associated with the new communication environment of Web 2.0, feedback plays a important role. It affects Czech Radio employees who use it to influence changes in content, changes in its presentation and partly on its topics. The adaptation process differed at the level of positions. The position of web editors played an important role in the adaptation of other members.

Die Arbeit setzt sich mit dem Einsatz der Component Metadata Infrastructure CMDI im Rahmen der föderierten Infrastruktur CLARIN auseinander, wobei diverse konkrete Problemfälle aufgezeigt werden. Für die Erarbeitung entsprechender Lösungsstrategien werden unterschiedliche Verfahren adaptiert und für die Qualitätsanalyse von Metadaten und zur Optimierung ihres Einsatzes in einer föderierten Umgebung genutzt. Konkret betrifft dies vor allem die Übernahme von Modellierungsstrategien der Linked Data Community, die Übernahme von Prinzipien und Qualitätsmetriken der objektorientierten Programmierung für CMD-Metadatenkomponenten, sowie den Einsatz von Zentralitätsmaßen der Graph- bzw. Netzwerkanalyse für die Bewertung des Zusammenhalts des gesamten Metadatenverbundes. Dabei wird im Rahmen der Arbeit die Analyse verwendeter Schema- bzw. Schemabestandteile sowie die Betrachtung verwendeter Individuenvokabulare im Zusammenspiel aller beteiligten Zentren in den Vordergrund gestellt.

A large number of professional articles or academic works have been written about the series Sex in the City, but none of them directly dealt with the impact of the series on their fans. From an empirical point of view, the diploma thesis Research of the Perception of the Influence of the Cult Series HBO Sex in the City on its Viewers is a qualitative analysis. It is examined opinions of the series' viewers on various aspects of the series and also their motivation to watch such media content are examined through in-depth interviews. In the qualitative analysis, the author focuses mainly on the phenomena such as gender stereotyping, consumer lifestyle (product placement in the series) or, for instance, the postfeminist tone of the series itself. The inspiration for this thesis was the work of Ien Ang, who also focused on fans of the cult series Dallas in her researches and tried to interpret the success of this phenomenon through qualitative research.

The coaching is currently and dynamically developing access and newly emerging qualifications, and it is especially in the field of management and professional leadership of staff in the field of management. It is usable as the method of the support of proffesional growth and develop of staff in the various type of the contexts. The coaching is widely used in today's time, no only in personal life, but in proffesional life too. The coaching style is very often aplicated to the nursing practise in abroad, however in czech nursing it's completely new problem. In theoretic part of my thesis it's aimed for the basic characteristic of the coaching and its priciples. I pursue the problematic of the coaching and its possibilities of application, especially in field of conversional process at the graduates at the department of the intensive care. The diploma thesis deals with contacts of a child in foster care with a child's biological family. The aim of this work was to map the experiences of children in foster care with contacts with biological family. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on approaching the system of surrogate family care, further explains the differences between partial forms of surrogate family care. Attention is paid to the experiencing of children, child's identity and also to the subject of attachment. The work deals in detail with the biological family of a child in foster care and their subsequent contacts as one of the main topics. The practical part follows the qualitative processing of narrative interviews, where the effort is to describe how children in long-term foster care experience contact with a biological family. The work is focused on the experience of a child in foster care with contacts with a biological family from the perspective of nine young people growing up in a foster family who formed the research set. The method of simple intentional selection and the snowball method were used to select the participants. The obtained data were evaluated using the cluster method. The research showed 7 clusters common in the participants' statements. These are the following clusters: the child's contact with the biological family; obtaining information about the biological family; feelings connected with contact; child's attitude to the biological parent (relatives); foster parents' reaction to the contact; child-foster relationship; current view of the contact. Each participant looks at the course of contacts with the biological family individually, but the results of the research have shown that there are situations that informants and informatics have in common. For example, the desire to get to know their biological parents, although individuals need time to process the obtained information about the biological family before contacting the biological family. The thesis will help to raise awareness about foster care and may be useful for future foster parents.

This thesis puts a goal to find out opinions of parents of children placed into institutional care. We are interested in reasons for withdrawal of children from their care and for placement of children to institutional care or into foster care. In the introduction of the theoretical part there is mentioned history of care for orphaned or deferred children and history of development of theory of attachment. In the next part there is paid attention to developmental psychology with respect to emotions and factors shaping physical and especially psychical child's development. The theory of attachment and psychic deprivation is closely related with this issue and they are described in the next parts of this thesis. With respect to chosen issue the next part discusses the essential statutory regulations, especially Act No. 359/ 1999 Coll. as amended about activity of the authority child protection, then Act No. 109/2002 Coll. as amended about the performance of institutional education or protection education and other related acts.
