Desde a sua existência, a instituição universidade vem passando, paulatinamente, por reformas e transformações no intuito de responder às demandas do Estado, culturais, sociais, religiosas e do capital. Para atender aos objetivos da pesquisa e buscar as possíveis respostas ao problema, foi realizada uma abordagem qualitativa, a partir da etnografia institucional, utilizando como instrumento de pesquisa a análise crítica dos documentos oficiais da UFBA, do Reuni e do Processo de Bolonha, da legislação brasileira e de outros acervos pertinentes à temática, no intuito de identificar os aspectos convergentes entre os Bacharelados Interdisciplinares da UFBA e o Processo de Bolonha. Os resultados encontrados na investigação sustentam a existência dos nexos entre o sistema brasileiro de educação superior e o europeu. A identificação e compreensão dos pontos semelhantes destes sistemas de ensino podem fornecer subsídios para a formulação de políticas que contribuam para a melhoria da nova arquitetura curricular na UFBA, que pode ser implantada a partir da adesão ao Plano de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades Federais (Reuni) no ano de 2007 e passou a vigorar a partir do ano acadêmico de 2009. / This dissertation has as main objective to analyze the links between curricular restructuring of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) started in 2008 and the premises of the Bologna Process. Since its origin, the university has gradually experienced institution renovations and transformations in order to respond to the cultural, social, religious, economic and State demands. To meet the research objectives and seek possible solutions to the problem, we conducted a qualitative approach, based on institutional ethnography, using as a research tool critical analysis of the official documents of the Federal University of Bahia, of the Reuni and of the Bologna Process, the Brazilian legislation and other achievements relevant to the topic, in order to identify consistent aspects in both, the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary at UFBA and the Bologna Process. The findings of the research support the existence of the ties between the Brazilian and European higher education. The identification and understanding of these education systems similar points can provide information for the formulation of policies that contribute to the improvement of the new architecture in UFBA curriculum, which can be implemented upon accession to the Plan of Reorganization and Expansion of the Federal Universities (Reuni) in 2007 and came into effect from the academic year 2009.
