The analist acting as long as presence justify himself like a transpose trial the compartmented vision and technicist, that impose itself in the context of the pos-modern world we live. And it s one of the principal generating causes of the contemporary sufferings. Through of the clinic I propose myself to explorer these versants, specialy the spiritual one, that in my point of view enfold every ones, and its little exploreds, although always present. I employed as access instrument to this versant, my acumulated practice Aikidô experience / Esta dissertação visa explorar outras vertentes da relação analítica que transcendem ao âmbito da transferência. O setting analítico pode e deve comportar outras facetas da pessoa humana como: a corporeidade, a comunidade e a espiritualidade. Para tanto é necessário que o analista se coloque de uma maneira pessoal na relação, que eu chamo de presença. A atuação do analista enquanto presença se justifica como uma tentativa de transpor a visão compartimentada e tecnic ista, que se impõe no contexto do mundo pósmoderno no qual vivemos. E que é uma das principais causas geradora dos sofrimentos contemporâneos. Através da clínica me propus a explorar estas vertentes, em especial a espiritual, que a meu ver abarca todas as outras e que é pouco explorada apesar de muito presente. As consequence, there was a general presentation of the theory of personal development of D. W. Winnicott, which emphasized on the early stages of matureness, the absolute dependency and relative dependency, because those are the phases when the association psyche-soma starts to develop, initiating the psychosomatic existence. Winnicott s ideas about regression to dependency and regression itself as a defensive organization are addressed as key points to the understanding and visualization of the possibilities for clinical management of the environment of this hospitalized patient regressed to the very primitive stages of matureness. The contextualization of the origins and functions of the hospital provides a better understanding of some aspects of the environment, which can be compared to those of the mother-environment in the early mother-infant relationship. The functions of the mother during this period, when well adapted to the needs of the baby, facilitate certain events promoting the integration of psychosomatic unity. The absolute adaptation to the needs of the regressed hospitalized patient can be observed in some aspects of the ambient hospital. The research about Winnicott s theories of development and regression can provide the hospital clinic psychologist Professional a better understanding of the regressed hospitalized patient, grounding the work of this Professional and others in theory an also tecknically, in the clinical care of the hospitalized patient / A presente dissertação teve como objetivo apresentar a teoria winnicottiana do amadurecimento pessoal e da regressão para a compreensão do paciente hospitalizado regredido. Para tanto, fez-se uma apresentação geral da teoria do amadurecimento pessoal de D. W. Winnicott, com ênfase nos estágios iniciais do amadurecimento, de dependência absoluta e dependência relativa, pois é nessa fase que se inicia a parceria psique-soma, dando início à existência psicossomática. As ideias de Winnicott acerca da regressão à dependência e da regressão como organização defensiva, são abordadas como pontos fundamentais para a compreensão e visualização das possibilidades de manejo clínico do ambiente do paciente hospitalizado regredido a etapas muito primitivas do amadurecimento. A contextualização das origens e funções da instituição hospitalar proporciona um melhor entendimento acerca de alguns aspectos desse ambiente, que podem ser comparados com os da mãe-ambiente no início da relação mãe-bebê. As funções da mãe durante esse período, quando bem adaptadas às necessidades do bebê, facilitam determinados acontecimentos que promovem a integração da unidade psicossomática. A adaptação absoluta às necessidades do paciente hospitalizado regredido pode ser observada em alguns aspectos do hospital ambiente. A pesquisa sobre a teoria winnicottiana do amadurecimento e da regressão pode proporcionar ao profissional psicólogo clínico hospitalar uma melhor compreensão do paciente hospitalizado regredido, e embasar teórica e tecnicamente o seu trabalho e dos demais profissionais, na clínica do paciente hospitalizado

In order to reach this goal, this work was developed on differences between the concept of regression in Winnicott clinic and the tradicional psychoanalysis. Thus, the study of beginning of life was done where the emphasis falls on the absolute dependence step, because, by Winnicott, this is the category the human being returns into the regression in clinic at the moment when the maturity development was interrupted by the environmental fail. For this reason, the regression theory of Freud was analysed, as well as Winnicott terms to reach regression as signal of health, highlightining differences found in treatments (psychoneurosis and psychosis).It was shown how Winnicott treated these differences in clinic by building his theory, highlightining also the importance that he assign to the handling in psychoanalytic setting; and finally a synthesis of a case serviced by the author which illustrates a Winnicott clinic of regression / Este estudo tem por objetivo destacar a relevância da regressão à dependência na clínica winnicottiana visando a saúde do indivíduo em termos positivos. Para atingir esse objetivo este trabalho foi pautado nas diferenciações entre o conceito de regressão na clínica winnicottiana e na psicanálise tradicional. Sendo assim, fez-se o estudo do início da vida onde a ênfase recai sobre a fase da dependência absoluta, pois essa é a categoria em que segundo Winnicott, o ser humano retorna dentro do processo de regressão na clínica no momento em que o desenvolvimento maturacional foi interrompido devido à falha ambiental. Para tanto, analisou-se a teoria da regressão de Freud e, em seguida, as elaborações de Winnicott para se chegar à regressão como sinal de saúde, realçando as diferenças encontradas nos tratamentos (psiconeurose e psicose). Mostrou-se como Winnicott tratou essas diferenciações na clínica ao construir a sua teoria, destacando também a importância que o autor atribui ao manejo no setting psicanalítico e, por fim, uma síntese de um caso atendido pelo autor, que ilustra a clínica winnicottiana da regressão
