A hipótese do trabalho é que esta estrutura compõe a proficiência tecnológica americana no tema; a sua liderança econômica no mercado digital e a sua capacidade de inovação constante; e a estrutura política internacional americana capaz de reduzir outros atores estatais e supranacionais à irrelevância quando o assunto é o espaço digital e a Internet. A pesquisa também resulta em indicadores que trazem a China como um dos atores que ameaça a estrutura de liderança norte-americana no espaço digital.<br> / Abstract : This thesis tries to answer the following question: how is structured the American predominance on digital space and Internet? Considering the economic, political and technology dimensions. The hypothesis of this thesis is that the American predominance structure comprises the following topics: American proficiency on technology field; American predominance on the digital market and its constant capacity for innovation; American internacional political structure that is capable of constrange other national and supranational actors towards irrelevance on the matter of digital space and Internet. The research also results in indexes that bring China as one of the state actors that threat the American structure predominance on the digital space and Internet.
