This master’s thesis is focused on practical use of project management in order to buy new videotransmitting technical cars for ABC company. First of all, necessary theoretical knowledge and informations are explained, then market analysis is made. Based on outcomes the project proposal solution is created for this project.

This diploma thesis deals with strategy development of family business. The theoretical approach is focused on the basic knowledge, which is used to analyze the current state of the business. Simultaneously, the specifics of the family business are introduced. The results of strategy analysis serve as a basis for making proposals to solve the identified shortcomings.

The diploma thesis processes analysis of information system of the primary school and proposal of modifications. The thesis consists of three parts, first part is about theory you need to know to understand the issue. The second part is the analysis of the informational system and the company itself. This diploma thesis covers the risk analysis and risk management related to occupactional health and safety (OSH). The analysis of the current situation is done concerning the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The extension of the legal duties and obligations are formed by standards that follow the legislation, possibly provide the sphere for implementation and maintenance of the OSH management. Due to the interconnections between OSH and seeking the risks at the workplace, it is appropriate to use the methods for identifications and analysis of these risks. The chosen methods are applied in the research part of this work. The system access for searching and evaluating the risks provides data to find the weak spots causing risks at the workplace. For the main risks, the measures are proposed to eliminate them or at least minimize their occurrence. These measures and procedures and proposed with regards to their costs.

This thesis deals with problematics of secure operations of microcontrollers. During long-term use, the microcontrollers can be affected by error or malfunction. The aim of this thesis is to describe the types of errors which can affect processors, cause of creation of these errors and possibilities of preventing malfunctions in microcontrollers. There is many problems connected with operation of microcontrollers, therefore there are many methods to prevent these problems. First part of this thesis deals with description of types of mistakes and with attempts of theirs modelling. Second part of this thesis narrate possibilities of preventing each type of mistake during designing the system or during operation of microcontroller and explaining methods of fault toleration by using redundant circuits in case of hardware fault and by modifying source code in case of software faults. In third part the hazard analytical methods are described. The recognition of events able to damage the system has high importance. The risk analysis takes place during developing and during operation of the system. Fourth part is trying to describe some of the processor testing techniques as main method of finding errors before operating use of microcontroller. Last part attempts to practical draft of testing algorithm for chosen microprocessor and application of one of analytical techniques.

This thesis concerns the question of the suitable insurance portfolio for chosen enterprise - SMERO, spol.s r.o. The thesis contains risk analysis and also the concept of insurance portfolio that aims to minimize the most serious risks influencing the business using insurance products.

The thesis is bent on problems associated with concept of suitable proprietary insurance of municipality Vrbátky. On the basis of the municipality’s risk analysis is designed proprietary insurance coverage, which minimizes the impact of the most severe risks on the municipality’s running.

It contains basic theoretical solutions in the area of the insurance of entrepreneurial subjects, risk analysis, and complex insurance protection to minimize analized risks that threaten company operation.

Safety policy deals with processes of security in company to protect assets regardless of a branch office size. Nowadays is the company exposed to a lot of threats and risks, which the company has to face to prevent work threats. This risks and threats don't have to be caused by competition, they can caused randomly, sporadically and someone can't be avoided or its protection is too expensive, whereas protection against some hazards can be easy or cheap. Analysis and appropriate safety actions are made for correct examination. This thesis put mind to create complete suggestion of safety policy for a small Czech branch of an international company. It contains required analyses, tips, theoretical solutions, policy for personal management and changes for easier suggestion of necessary safety documents. I made use of up-to-date information from the domain of security during the process, but special care has been made while writing the concepts, so that the document's contents wouldn't age so quickly.

The aim of the thesis is to draw up a business plan for a small cafe. Thesis begins with thorough analysis of general and field business environment and uncovering strengths and weaknesses of a new beginning company. Then a target customer group is identified. Based on those analyses, a comprehensive business plan for establishing a cafe is created along with marketing plan, financial plan and risk analysis.
