Diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikáciu metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu vrámci projektu Ples VUT. Kapitola 1 skúma teoretické základy Projektového manažmentu a jeho metód. Kapitola 2 analyzuje súčasný stav, udržateľnosť akcie, konkurenciu a ponúka zhrnutie poučenia, ktoré sa môže využiť na zlepšenie stavu v budúcnosti. Kapitola 3 zahŕňa návrhy využiteľné pre projekt Ples VUT 2017, avšak ak by boli návrhy prispôsobené podľa potreby, sú využiteľné aj v ďalších ročníkoch. SMART cieľ, logický rámec, výstupy a WBS, analýza rizík, a plánovanie zdrojov, času a rozpočtu sú navrhnuté využitím metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu.

The diploma thesis is focused on a selection of company, which an identification of risks and their causes is elaborated for. The selected company is AB JET spol. s.r.o., where systematic identification of company's risks and their core causes, evaluation of discovered risks' weight and specification of possible negative consequences were performed by using method IPR (Identification of Processes and Risks). Processed results should be used as a template for suggestions of preventive measures.

The aim of this dissertation is to find a suitable methodological procedure of evaluation of public investment project. In the methodological part the defining the procedure for economic evaluation of specific projects in the field of leisure infrastructure is formulated. The emphasis here is primarily on the assessment of non-financial benefits and costs. This procedure is subsequently verified on selected case study.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during order processing in the production company, named Slévárna Kuřim, a.s., which produces castings. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background. In the practical part, a specific company is introduced, an order processing is described, and all possible risks that may occur during order processing are identified. Their identification is done by using selected tools - the FMEA method and the Ishikawa diagram. The goal of the diploma thesis is to identify possible risks based on performed analysis and for the most serious risks propose measures that would minimize them.

The topic of this master's thesis is focused on the area of safety in lifting technology. Specifically, to prevent mistakes during bridge crane operations and to increase reliability of the human factor. The thesis summarizes the most important legislative regulations for crane operators, including the requirements for operation. Furthermore, there are analysis of bridge crane accidents including data about number of occupational accidents. Other part of the thesis deals with analysis HTA, human HAZOP, BOMECH and FMEA. Conclusions are set based on these analyzes and preventive measures are suggested.

This thesis deals with evaluation of insurance protection of the municipality of Lešná as well as with the analysis and comparison of proposals of insurance protection property of the municipality offered by other commercial insurance companies. Based on risk analysis and the current status of insurance coverage are proposed steps to make it more efficient by using the current offer of insurance products. This thesis also contains recommendations for choosing an insurer with regard to the ratio of the scope of the offered insurance protection and the amount of the premium.

The diploma thesis deals with a problematics of project management. The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. This knowledge is desribed in first chapter of the diploma thesis. The second chapter contains basic informations about company and the analysis of company surroundings. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of information security management in the industrial environment. In the first part of thesis is mentioned the theoretical background from the area of information security. The analysis of the default status is followed, and the risk analysis is also performed. Further, the thesis deals with the design of the industrial network infrastructure and its management.

The master’s thesis focuses on area of security countermeasures in accordance with information security management system. Presents basic theoretical background of information and cyber security and describes a current state in the company. The thesis’s output is the design of security countermeasures implementation which contribute to information security in the company.

This master’s thesis focuses on practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new website for a selected town section. Initially, the thesis specifies theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, after which continues by analysing the corporate environment. Based on the outcomes, the project proposal solution is created for the main purpose of improving the offered services to citizens and elevating the municipal reputation.
