The Master's thesis deals with the safety of operator activities at the BASICTURN vertical turning center. The first part is focused on the requirements arising from the directives of the European Parliament and the Council in relevant areas and a system analysis of the issue. The second part is a risk analysis related to operator activities on the operated machine.

The second part deals with selected company and its analyses, including the analys of the information system. Based on these analysis, appropriate changes are proposed including its costs and benefits.

The thesis contains an analysis of a specific company, for which the proposal is developed using tools and methods of project management, whose knowledges are explained in the introductory part of this thesis.

This diploma thesis deals with design of end effector for collaborative robot which manipulates with RFID labels. The first part of this thesis is theoretical and deals with collaborative robots and end effector for these collaborative robots. The second part of this thesis is practical and begins with selecting the suitable collaborative robot to tackle this issue and then there are presented several variants of end effectors where is again chosen the suitable one. In the next step there are made design calculations for the chosen variant followed by verifications consisted of practical tests of functionality and CFD simulation. According to made verifications is developed the final construction solution of the chosen end effector variant that includes a commentary about the construction documentation. The next step consists of making risk analysis used for reducing the risks leading to increase the workplace safety. In the last part is made an estimation of the cost of eventual production of one piece of the end effector protype.

The diploma thesis deals the risk management during order processing in the engineering company Balák stroje Tišnov Ltd., a producer of custom machines. The aim of the diploma theses is to identify and evaluate the risks that may arise during the order processing. A partial aim is to propose a list of recommendations to minimize the most serious risks. The thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical basis. The second part – analytical part contains the introduction of the company, the research part, description of the order processing and risks identification and evaluation, using selected methods – FMEA and Ishikawa diagram. The last part contains proposals for mitigating the most serious risks.

This master’s thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of an animation agency, which will be located in Žďár nad Sázavou. The first part defines the basic concepts for creating a business plan. In second part, the necessary analyzes are performed. In third part, a business plan is complied on the basis of the theoretical part and the result of analyzes. The conclusion of the work is the evaluation of whether to implement a business plan or not.

The diploma thesis deals with legislative purposes for the operation of machinery in the Czech Republic and the European Union. It deals with the analysis of technical standards of machinery, specific machining centers. The analysis of the risky machining center NHX 5500 DMG Mori is based on this. The result of the work is the minimization of ongoing risks and meeting the legal requirements of the state of the operated machining center.

This master’s thesis deals with the safety of a selected production node of an automated body production line. The first part is focused on a recherche of relevant directives by the Council and the European parliament. Follows a systems analysis of a solving issue and description of the production line. In the next part of the thesis, there is an accomplished analysis of harmonized standards in the safety of the production line. Furthermore, there is made hazard identification, risk estimation and risk assessment. The last part of the thesis is focused on a variants creation of safety of a workplace, technical-economic consideration of variants and computations for a final variant of the workplace.

Main goal of the thesis is to evaluate internal system of a company and proposing changes leading to enhancement of effectivity and security of the system. Based on the analysis, the last part is describing changes to be done in order to make the current informational system more effective.

The content of this diploma thesis is design of a mobile application of attendance system for a selected company. The mobile application is designed for the Android operating system and, in addition to the design itself, the thesis also contains a risk analysis and time analysis for the smooth implementation of the entire project. Part of the work is also decicated to a detailed analysis of the current state and requirements for the application in the selected company, on the basis of which this mobile application is designed. The proposed solution should contribute to the overall efficiency of attendance recording in the selected company.
