Diploma thesis creates the project design for changes in the purchase process in the selected company together using the tools and methodologies of project management. Based on an analysis of the business environment and key theoretical background of project management, it brings in the draft plan project, usable for its future company‘s implementation.

This master´s thesis is focused on the practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new attendance system for the primary school Vejrostova. First of all, the specifics of theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, including the analysis of the corporate environment, are explained. The diploma thesis is entitled "Internal Risks of a Critical Infrastructure Entity from the Public Sector". It deals with the analysis and evaluation of the internal risks of a critical infrastructure entity, namely a large business center in one of the regional cities of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on ensuring the continuity of its function and expressing recommendations for adjusting existing risks. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of initial theoretical knowledge and essential terms related to the solving issue of critical infrastructure. In the next sections, the work focuses specifically on the shopping center object and the analysis of the current state of its internal risks, which first reveals possible sources of risk in each part of the shopping center, then describes how to determine the degree of criticality of rooms, risk assessment and last but not least proposes and gives recommendations for action against the risks identified.

The dissertation deals with the issue related to the proposal of insurance portfolio for the town of Bzenec. Based on the analysis of risks there has been suggested such an insurance portfolio that is to minimize the most serious risks of the city by the means of a commercial insurance company.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of a selected company. The diploma thesis describes selected financial indicators, time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis. Furthermore, the calculations of financial indicators for the selected company and the characteristics of the time series are performed. Individual financial indicators are subjected to regression analysis and interval regression analysis. Based on the performed analyzes, the company's risk factors are determined and recommendations for the improvement of the current situation in the company are proposed.

Dissertation "Risk assessment in selected municipality with extended powers with precautions suggestion to eliminate losses and damages to public assets" deals with analyses and assessment of the current situation at the selected municipality with extended powers. Vision of the first part of the thesis is to analyse current status of the analysis issues and risk assessment on the territory of the municipality. The second part of the thesis contains methods to achieve the risk assessment, evaluation of the current threats in the municipality and will provide a draft measure for the targeted risk management.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of strategic development of the family business. In the theoretical background chapter, it describes family business, strategic management and change management. In the practical background chapter, it builds and implements a new strategic business plan according to the theoretical background and the analysis of the external and the internal business environment.

This thesis is focused on a business plan development. The business plan represents the opening of the restaurant, located in the football ground area in Říčany u Brna, and its operation. The thesis is based mainly on the theoretical knowledge and my own experience, there are analyzes processed based on these findings, which are related to the topic of the thesis. The result of this thesis is a complex and feasible business plan.

The master´s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The work is divided into four parts, namely the objectives of the work, methods and procedures of processing, theoretical background, analytical and design part. The theoretical part focuses on measuring the performance of the company and theoretical knowledge gained from the literature, which will then be used in other parts of the work. Through the analytical part of the work, a selected company is introduced and both financial and strategic analysis of the company is performed. The last part of the work is devoted to the creation of the Balanced scorecard model in order to improve the company's performance.
