The master´s thesis deals with implementation of ERP system in the company using project management methods. The theoretical part is focused on the most important areas of project management and the essence of ERP systems. Afterwards there are carried out strategic analysis of the company. The main part of thesis contains the specific proposal of project of implementation of ERP system which includes risk analysis, time analysis and budgeting.

Master´s thesis describes the process of project management in case of project of realization marketing launch of JOBST® brand in the medical field. The first part deals with the basics of project management, risk analysis, risk management and marketing. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company and market of medical products. The third part includes the project for the launch of JOBST® brand to the market and its support of risk management.

The purpose of my diploma thesis is to define risk management in manufacturing process of particular company. The thesis is composed of two main parts. First theoretical part defines basic terminology such as risk, examples of risk breakdown and procedures for evaluation of manufacturing process. The enterprise should focus on the efficient running of the main processes and risks associated with these procedures. My thesis deals with the risk analysis of selected manufacturing processes particular company from qualitative and quantitative point of view. First, the results are presented from qualitative risk analysis, especially in scope of failures of the machines or in the sequences of production. Second part focus on the problems of optimization sequence batches that the total time required for pre-setting of machines between doses should be minimal. The thesis also takes random waiting period into the consideration and applies wait-and-see approach of stochaistic programming applied in task traveling salesman. Calculations are processed by the GAMS. The results from the GAMS are refered in MS Excel, they are further discussed and interpreted by using descriptive statistics.

The diploma thesis is focused on the packaging industry. Through the application of project management methods it proposed a solution a sewing workshop for the VMT Ecopack s.r.o. The Introductory part is aimed at the description of basic concepts and all subsequent stages of the project, focusing especially on the methodologies in the planning part. The Analytical section primarily states information about the company including conducted analysis of the internal and external area. The last part has been designed and developed my own proposal to establish, encompass and develop a new section of the company through the use of effective project management tools and approaches.

The master’s thesis is aimed at the proposal of network infrastructure and introduction of the managerial system for the safety of information in the industrial environment. At the beginning the work is focused on theoretical knowledge concerning the safety of information wherein it describes basic concepts and common procedures of the managerial system of the safety of information. Further, the work deals with risk analysis in which the measures for reduction in hazard are suggested. The proposal for a new network infrastructure is finally carried out. The work draws the information from CSN standards ISO/IEC, series 27000.
