The subject being discussed constantly at present is the age of criminals which is becoming younger and younger. This is a great problem of our society because the future of a society depends not only on the economic results but also on the proper social potential of the people who act. A survey shows that a large number of teenagers under sixteen who do not learn is crucial to their inappropriate and criminal activity. School, whose main aim is to educate an independent and creative personality, can contribute to the solution of this problem because only keeping a child at school enables us to reduce the threat of doing inappropriate activity. The current paper discusses the causes crucial to the schoolchildren who can be involved into a risk group. It also analyses the possible contribution of a tutor as a coordinator of the education process to the positive change in the society through the positive changes of the risk group schoolchildren. To be able to foresee the possibilities for the activity of a tutor, two surveys were carried out. The first one was a general survey in which 667 schoolchildren of a risk group and their tutors were questioned by the group of post graduates. Business risk is the level of exposure to uncertainties that the enterprise must understand and effectively manage as it executes its strategies to achieve its business objectives and create value. This master’s final work formulates problems of investment projects’ risk management. It analyzes and systemizes theoretical and practical aspects into methods of investment projects’ risk management, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages, describes the main types of risks, which are met in process of investment work, offers integrated risk management model as the one of available strategies of risk management as well. There was performed the research, where is analysed whether companies identifies risk as an phenomenon in their investment work, what risks are met and what is the companies’ opinion about risk managemenet. The authors hypothesis was confirmed, that almost the all companies’ risk management strategies are in initial stage.

Temos aktualumas. Investicijos vaidina svarbų vaidmenį įmonių egzistavime. Visi įmonių įgyvendinami tikslai ir siekiai priklauso nuo investicijų. Tačiau ekonomika tampa nenuspėjama ir įgauna neapibrėžtumą, vis sunkiau įmonėms pavyksta valdyti ir kontroliuoti investicijas. Todėl būtina nagrinėti rizikos valdymo priemones ir kurti investicijų rizikos valdymo modelį, kuris pagrįstų investicijų į pasirinktą projektą naudą. Tyrimo objektas –du potencialūs UAB “Baltijos kuras” investiciniai projektai. Šio darbo tikslas – įvertinti UAB “Baltijos kuras” potencialių investicinių projektų rizikos laipsnį, ir atlikto tyrimo pagrindu pateikti tinkamiausius rizikos vertinimo metodus. Šiam tikslui pasiekti iškelti šie svarbiausi uždaviniai: 1) patikslinti rizikos sąvoką; 2) susipažinti su investicinių projektų rizikos rūšimis; 3) patikslinti rizikos analizės sąvoką ir pateikti jos tikslus, 4) atlikti rizikos ir investicinių projektų rizikos vertinimo metodų analizę; 5) įvertinti UAB “Baltijos kuras” investicinių projektų rizikos laipsnį, ir išrinkti pelningiausią ir mažiausiai rizikingą investicinį projektą, 6) atlikto tyrimo pagrindu, identifikuoti efektyviausius rizikos vertinimo metodus. The efficient planning and control of the investing activities become more and more important and complicated due to the increasing intricacy of business environment and rapid dynamics of its changes. So it is necessary to creat the model of investment projects risk evaluation. Object of this study is two potential investment projects of UAB „Baltijos kuras. The main work goal is to evaluate risk of two potential projects of UAB “Baltijos kuras”, and to find which methods of risk evaluation are the most efficient. The main tasks of this study are: 1) to specify risk definition, 2) to familiarize with risk types of investment projects, 3) to specify definition of risk analysis and to present with its aims, 4) to analyse risk evaluation methods, 5) to evaluate the risk of two potential projects of UAB “Baltijos kuras” and to find which project is more efficient and less risky, 6) to identify the most efficient methods of risk evaluation. This diploma thesis deals ecotoxicity wastewater with a focus on wastewater of Motol University Hospital. Motol University Hospital is the largest hospital in the Czech Republic and has the largest production of wastewater. Hospital wastewater contains many chemicals, pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, heavy metals etc.. And these substances cannot be completely eliminated during wastewater treatment. Such water is then taken into the surface and groundwater where it can be dangerous for the environment. There were studied infectious wastewater before disinfection and discharged wastewater desinfected by solution of a sodium hypochloride. Ecotoxicity was determined by acute toxicity tests which according to valid Czech technical standards, methodological guidelines and legislation. Diploma thesis titled „Risk management proposal of select business entity“ deals with risk management, analyzing and optimizing in the Synergent, s.r.o. The first part of thesis is focused on theoretical background, which describes the basic concepts and methods of risk management. The second part of thesis includes indentifying risks in the company that were found by the internal and external analysis and methods for risk analysis. In the conclusion of thesis are recommendations for measures to help minimize risks in company on preventive or corrective level.
