Title Changes speed indicators by influence of specific fatigue in soccer players. Aim of Study Diagnose specific effects of fatigue from the soccer match on the manifestation of speed abilities of football players at AC Sparta Praha categories of players up to 19 years. Method Selected research sample consists of 11 players on the year of birth 1994 (3 players), 1995 (7 players) and 1996 (1 player) U19 category. Tested sample passed measurement in one friendly match against the same old players. They passed the test 4 times before the game, 4 times at the half-time break and 4 times immediately after game. During this testing, I watched the effect of fatigue on specific speed capability of players. At work, I used a quantitative research method. I prepared and statistically evaluated the resulting data obtained during testing using photocells. Results Testing was attended by 11 players from selected professional club team U19 category . Measurement of speed in field test was measured using photocells Brower Timing System. The results provide informations about the speed capabilities of the players and their reduction during the fatigue gradually emerging during a football game. The results reveal that the speed capabilities of most players were reduced. They also briefly deal with the question...

Vliv her malých forem a běhů na výkon ve sprintu a agility u hráčů fotbalu / Effect of small side games and runs on performance in sprints and agility in soccer players.

Jiskra, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Title: Influence of small side games and runs on sprint performance and agility in football players. Purpose: The aim of the thesis is to find out the influence of selected movement interventions (small side games versus runs) on sprint performance and agility in elite football players in U14 category during the preseason period. Methods: The 30-meter Sprint was used to rate speed-strength performance. Players have executed 2 sprints at 30m. Sprint time was measured at 5, 10 and 30m. Agility tests included: test 505 and three-step test. Players also have executed 2 tries (one of each leg). A set of photocells (Alge Timing GmbH, Lustenau, Austria) was used to measure the time of all tests. Results: Both groups significantly improved in the three-step test (p <0.05; r> 0.5). The SSG group, after a two-month intervention, significantly deteriorated in the sprint to 5, 10 and 30m (r = 0.38 - 0.69). The race group did not significantly improve in sprints at 5, 10 and 30m. In the agility test, we saw a significant improvement only in the Run groups and only on the left leg (r = 0.42). Based on the findings, we believe that the training units of the linear speed and speed with the change of direction maintain the level of player's speed during the season. Therefore, I recommend that they should appear in...

Title: The influence of two different lower limb exercises on the speed of skating during dry land training in young ice hockey players aged 17 to 20. Aim: The aim of this study was comparation of the effect of two variations in preseason pre preparation on speed of skating. Methods: The hockey players in the age from 17 to 20, who have been training ice hockey for 12 - 14 years, have been watched. The hockey players have been divided into two groups on the base of the technology of the skating. The speed of the skating, have been measured at all hockey players at the beginning of the watching. Then the hockey players have absolved the summer preparation. The capacity of the training has been the same for both groups (the amount of the lessons, frequency, etc.). The difference was in the way of performing of some exercises, mainly the exercising of the legs. The first group has been doing the exercises in the "speed" form, while the second group has been doing the exercises in the " strength" form. The effect of the used training has been controlled by the motoric tests. The speed of the ice skating has been evaluated again before the beginning of the playing season. The results have been statistically elaborated and compared. The results: Both training systems have significantly improved...

Vliv různých druhů rozcvičení na rychlostní schopnosti u hráčů fotbalu z pohledu ontogeneze / The influence of different kinds of warm-up on the speed skills of football players from the ontogenetic point of view

Turbák, Filip January 2020 (has links)
Title: The influence of different kinds of warm-up on the speed skills of football players from the ontogenetic point of view. Aims: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to compare the results of the times achieved by football players in the U18 youth team with their previous times measured two years ago, and in this way to evaluate their development of speed capabilities. Another aim of the research is to evaluate the progress of these players' flexibility at a chosen time interval (two years) and to inquire into other possible connections of these outcomes. Methods: For the assessment of speed power performance, each player goes through two runs at a distance of 30 meters, with measurements in this section also at distances of 5, 10 and 15 meters. Before the measurement itself, all participants are being prepared by a selected type of stretching. Two standardized tests are used for secondary research dealing with potential connection between the attained speed and the degree of flexibility of lower limbs. Outcomes: Testing revealed that subjects had a deterioration in the average running time with a two-year interval at distances of up to 15 meters (5,10,15 meters). On the contrary, when analyzing the results of measuring the distance of 30 meters, a significant improvement in average...

Дифференцированный подход к развитию скоростных качеств у футболистов на этапе углубленной специализации : магистерская диссертация / Differentiated approach to development of speed abilities in soccer players in the stage of in-depth specialization

Красильников, В. Н., Krasilnikov, V. N. January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the study was to create and justify recommendations for differentiated development of speed abilities in young soccer players during in-depth specialization stage. We studied methods of estimation of speed abilities in soccer players, evaluated and analyzed speed abilities in young soccer players and elaborated recommendations on their differentiated development. Novelty of the idea is the separation of speed abilities into 9 manifestations for further development: speed of simple visual-motor reaction, speed of complex visual-motor reaction, speed of single movement, frequency of movement, speed of entire movement action, single explosive effort, start acceleration, distant speed (speed endurance), braking speed. Practical outcome is elaboration of set of exercise for differentiated development of speed abilities in young soccer players during in-depth specialization stage. Separate exercise complex was invented for each type of speed ability. These exercises may be used during the whole training process of soccer players.
