The master thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter discusses examples of redevelopment in the world and in Yekaterinburg, examines federal and regional programs for financing sports and sports facilities in Russia. In the second chapter, a marketing analysis of the redevelopment project is carried out. We consider the sports and hotel components of the project, how they interact and complement each other. The third chapter calculates the financial performance of the project. They are counting on investments in the redevelopment of the Yuzhny stadium, it is planned to use the stadium and potential revenue. The proposal on the ratio of investments of private investors and the state is given. A model of public-private partnership is being formed for the implementation of the project described. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. Во второй главе проводится маркетинговый анализ проекта редевелопмента. Рассматривается спортивная и гостиничная составляющие проекта, как они взаимодействуют и дополняют друг друга. В третьей главе производится расчет финансовых показателей проекта. Рассчитывают вложения в проведение редевелопмента стадиона «Южный», планируется использование стадиона и потенциальная выручка. Дается предложение по соотношению вложений частного инвестора и государства. Формируется модель государственно-частного партнерства для реализации описываемого проекта.

This Master's Thesis aims to apply methods of investmets to project of very specialized sports facilities. It uses Cost Benefit Analysis, Criteria Indicators, Risk Analysis to assess costs and benefits of sports infrastructure project. The theoretical part deals with a sport infrastructure definition, methodological part provides theoretical basis of methods used in next practical part. This is the previously mentioned Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Marketing Strategy. To define real situation, practical part contains also statistic data regarding sports facilities in the Czech Republic and government strategy documents, which serves as basis of sociological part of the analysis.

В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliographic list. The main characteristics of Russian and international ski complexes are analyzed, a map of the positioning of ski complexes is left, and a financial and economic justification for the implementation of a development project for the construction of a tourist and recreational facility is developed. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

В работе рассмотрено обоснование финансово-экономического проекта создания ледового дворца с применением smart-технологий в городе Заречный, Свердловская область. Проанализирована территория расположения рассматриваемого объекта, рассмотрены smart-технологии, применяемые в сфере спорта и разработаны концепция и финансово-экономическая модель проекта по созданию ледового комплекса с применением механизма государственно-частного партнерства при финансировании проекта. Сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны интегральные показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The Master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list and appendices. The paper considers the rationale for the financial and economic project of creating an ice palace using smart technologies in the city of Zarechny, Sverdlovsk region. The territory of the location of the object under consideration is analyzed, smart technologies used in the field of sports are considered, and the concept and financial and economic model of the project for the creation of an ice complex using the mechanism of public-private partnership in financing the project are developed. The project budget has been formed, integral indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Este trabajo se realizó basándose en el análisis y situación de infraestructura deportiva en la región Amazonas; desarrollándose así la propuesta del proyecto en la ciudad de Chachapoyas, en la que el porcentaje de población dedicada al deporte supera el 50% de la población total e incluye más de diez disciplinas practicadas según datos del IPD, para lo que existe actualmente solo tres infraestructuras deportivas que no cubren ni la capacidad, ni la variedad de deportes practicados. De esta manera se propone un polideportivo que aparte de cubrir la demanda y necesidades deportivas de la población de Chachapoyas, ayude a repotenciar la identidad de la ciudad, con la propuesta arquitectónica basada en el regionalismo crítico, ya que a pesar de la conservación de la arquitectura tradicional existente, se ha estado perdiendo la identidad por parte de los ciudadanos, vista en el desarrollo y ampliación de la ciudad, la que se está realizando en base a la producción en masa y a la copia de patrones externos. / This work was carried out based on the analysis and situation of sports infrastructure in the Amazon region; thus developing the project proposal in the city of Chachapoyas, in which the percentage of population dedicated to sport exceeds 50% of the total population and includes more than ten disciplines practiced according to IPD data, for which there are currently only three infrastructures sports that do not cover neither the capacity nor the variety of sports practiced. El futbol es uno de los deportes más importantes a nivel global, con la mayor cantidad de fanáticos y a su vez siendo uno de los deportes más practicados por la mayoría de usuarios. El Perú no es la excepción ante esto. Sin embargo, el futbol profesional es un elemento que algunos desean conseguir como un objetivo de vida y para llegar a este objetivo se requiere mucha habilidad, técnica y sobre todo talento, el cual se obtiene a través de diferentes filtros y formaciones desde la niñez y/o juventud, que por ahora no es accesible para todos los menores que aspiran a ser futbolistas profesionales en el país. En la siguiente investigación se analiza las diferentes maneras y procesos sobre la formación de menores a nivel global y nacional para enriquecer el futbol de la nación, en este caso el futbol peruano. A su vez se llega a recaudar las ventajas y desventajas que tiene el Perú como formadores de menores en el ámbito futbol, a cargo de diferentes entidades y clubes a nivel nacional, el cual la más importante, ‘’La Federación Peruana de Futbol (FPF)’’, cuya entidad está ligada a todas las categorías de formación. En conclusión, el objetivo del análisis es entender la poca cantidad de menores que se forman en el Perú, a pesar de que existe el talento, demostrando así que existen planes, pero no una infraestructura como oportunidad para todos, por el cual se busca proponer un recinto que pueda formar a estos usuarios. / Football soccer seems to be the most popular sport in the world, with a lot of followers and passionate fans that play and practice it since very young. Peru is no exception. Many people want to achieve being a professional soccer player, but for that it requires a lot of practice, technique, skill and most of all, talent. This is only achieved by rigorous training and careful selection since youth, which here in Peru, is still deficient, because it’s not accessible for everyone, just for a few. This means that the dreams of many children are shattered before they can even have a chance. In the following investigation, the different ways and processes on the training of minors at the global and national soccer level will be analyzed to enrich our Peruvian soccer system. This investigation also will present the pros and cons of the actual Peruvian soccer system, as well as the different entities and clubs that are in charge of training the future professional soccer players, being the most important the Federación Peruana de Fubol (FPF), whose entity is linked to all training categories. In conclusion, the analysis’ objective is to understand why there is a lack of children who become involved in professional soccer, even thou Peru has many skillful children. There seems to be a lack in sports infrastructure, and it makes it inaccessible for those who can’t afford it. The ultimate end is to propose a place that can satisfy the needs of this matter and boost the professional formation of children who want to make a career in football soccer. / Tesis

Определен источник финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and Appendix. The article discusses the theoretical foundations, domestic experience in the construction of sports complexes, as well as new directions for the development of concepts of health complexes. The district and microdistrict of the planned sports and recreation complex are analyzed. The source of funding was determined, the project budget was formed, and the project's economic efficiency indicators were calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке подходов к управлению устойчивым развитием муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург» за счет использования комплексного эффекта от проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий. В диссертации осуществлен анализ теоретических подходов к изучению крупных спортивных мероприятий как инструмента развития территории. В ней представлены нормативно-правовые основы организации крупных спортивных мероприятий и использования эффектов от их проведения в программах развития территории, а также методические подходы к разработке социальных технологий развития территории муниципального образования, основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. Аналитическая глава посвящена разработке социальных технологий развития муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург», основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. В ней автор осуществил анализ опыта организации и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий в г. Екатеринбурге и их влияние на социально-экономическое, социальное и культурное развитие территории муниципального образования, оценку управленческих подходов к планированию и использованию социально-экономических, социальных и культурных эффектов от проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий для развития территории г. Екатеринбурга. Были выделены проблемы и перспективы устойчивого развития г. Екатеринбурга в контексте подготовки и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий. Практическое значение диссертации заключается в разработке направлений совершенствования деятельности органов власти по проведению крупных спортивных мероприятий и развитию спортивной инфраструктуры в постсоревновательный период. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of approaches to the management of sustainable development of the Yekaterinburg through the use of the integrated effect of major sporting events. It presents the regulatory framework for the organization of major sporting events and the use of the effects of their implementation in the development programs of the territory, as well as methodological approaches to the development of social technologies for the development of the territory of the municipality based on the conduct of major sporting events. The analytical chapter is devoted to the development elaboration of social technologies for the development of the Yekaterinburg, based on major sporting events. In it, the author analyzed the experience of organizing and holding major sporting events in Yekaterinburg and their impact on the socio-economic, social and cultural development of the territory of the municipality, assessed management approaches to planning and using socio-economic, social and cultural effects of major sporting events for the development of the territory of the city. Yekaterinburg. The problems and prospects of the sustainable development of Yekaterinburg in the context of the preparation and holding of major sporting events were highlighted. Undoubtedly, the organization of this event is accompanied by not only a high level of cost, but also by ability to attract investment in the host cities of the World Cup matches. Creation of conditions for effective use of heritage of the World Cup becomes a problem of a city administration and the government of the region. Investment appeal of the city after holding the World Cup can become an efficiency evaluation of this heritage. This work is also devoted to attempt to determine investment appeal of a sports Mega-event.
