Då samverkan under den senaste tiden utvecklats till en mycket viktig byggsten i det socialaarbetet fann vi det intressant och givande att belysa just fenomenet samverkan i vår c-uppsats.Vi valde att rikta in oss på SSPF-samverkan vilket är en brottspreventiv samverkansmodellmellan socialtjänst, skola, polis och fritid som riktar sig mot ungdomar som befinner sig iriskzon att lagföras. Syftet var att belysa framgångsfaktorer, utmaningar ochutvecklingspotential som de olika samverkansparterna identifierar vid SSPF-samverkan. Vidareundersökte vi SSPF-samverkans framgångsfaktorer, utmaningar samt vilkenutvecklingspotential samverkansparterna kunde se. För att besvara studiens syfte genomfördesåtta semistrukturerade intervjuer med två forskningsdeltagare från varje yrkeskategori. Detinsamlade materialet analyserades med hjälp av organisationsteori och dess perspektiv samtsamverkansteori och interaktiv styrning. Detta gav förutsättningar för att få ett resultat somvisade att de viktigaste faktorerna för en lyckad samverkan enligt SSPF-samverkansparternavar god kommunikation, gemensamma mål och fenomenet “rätt person på rätt plats”.Utmaningarna med SSPF-samverkan som uppdagades under studien var svårigheten attorganisera en god samverkan gällande exempelvis storlek på samverkansgruppen. Det kan varasvårt att förstå varandra och att det finns en osynlig maktobalans inom samverkan som kanpåverka ibland. Den utvecklingspotential som intervjupersonerna belyser handlade om att nå utmed förebyggande arbete till fler aktörer samt allmänheten genom exempelvis information tillföräldrar kring droger. Vidare var det att skapa tätare samverkan där ett önskemål var att hasocialsekreterare som arbetar nära elever på skolor, även att SSPF-samverkan ska etableras istörre utsträckning internationellt. / In recent times collaboration has developed into an important building block in social work.We chose to focus on SSPF-collaboration, which is a crime prevention collaboration modelbetween social services, school, police and leisure/recreation workers that targets young peoplewho are in the risk zone (to commit criminal offences). The purpose of the study is to shed lighton success factors, challenges and development potential that the various collaborating partiesidentify in SSPF-collaboration. Furthermore, we investigated the challenges of SSPFcollaboration and the development potential the parties could see. To answer the main researchquestion of the study, eight semi-structured interviews were conducted, of which two interviewswith representatives of each professional category. The collected material was analysed usingorganizational theory and its associated perspectives, as well as collaboration theory andinteractive governance. According to the SSPF-collaborators, it is important to practice goodcommunication, shared goals and to have "the right person in the right place". The study showsthat organizing a good form of collaboration is a challenge. The development potentialhighlighted by the interviewees was focused on reaching out with preventive work to morecollaborators and the public, for example by providing parents with information about drugs.Furthermore, it was stressed as important to create an even closer collaboration, where one ofthe wishes was to have social secretaries working at schools. Finally, a result of the study isthat SSPF-collaboration should be established to a greater extent internationally.
