證券投資信託產業自民國八十一年開放信投信產業以來，由於每年之新基金設立數增加急速，致造成此市場之競爭更為激烈，又共同基金本身即具備國際化經營之特質，故思考在國際化環境下證券投信產業之競爭策略，並以司徒達賢之策略矩陣分析法作為分析之工具；同時以深度訪談之方式瞭解其國際化發展因素和成功關鍵因素。本研究發現其國際化之重要因素以獲取國外資源，提昇經營技術，和發揮綜效為主。
