Deformačně napěťová analýza proximálního konce tibie s totální endoprotézou / Strain stress analysis of proximal tibia end with replacement

Tekalová, Soňa January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with stress analysis strain proximal end of tibia with total joint replacements. The analysis is done on the basis of deformation characteristics of voltage, through the finite element method (FEM). We have developed two-dimensional models of the proximal end of tibia with tibial components total endoprosthesis (TEP), without loss and bone loss. Geometry model is created based on data obtained from computerized tomography, which were further processed in the program, Rhinoceros 3.0 and SolidWorks 2009th Computational solution was carried out by finite element method in Ansys Workbench 12.0. The model without loss of bone tissue was tested the hypothesis that the deformation is very small and there is no violation of the shank prosthesis. Due to loss of bone tissue is lost support to the tibial pulse in the proximal tibia and by a progressive increase in stress, which can lead to a breach of the shank total joint replacement. The analysis results show that, if the loss of bone tissue, so that the tibial part of the TEP will lose support, there is a crack stem total hip replacement due to stress.

Návrh horizontální výměnné hlavy - VA1 –C / Design horizontal exchange of the head - VA1-C

Vyplašil, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with the concept of interchangeable straight spindle head type VA1-C, used for automatic clamping in 80 kW spindle head from production of TOS Kuřim. Thesis contains survey of interchangeable heads, analysis of the spindle housing, strenght analysis of the spindle with the safety calculations in critical sec-tions and analysis of the clamping mechanism together with the calculation of the camping force, which holds the tools in the spindle. Analysis of the camping mechanisms contains calculation of the contact stress between balls and housings. All results are shown in the graphs. In the last part of the thesis are described the construction elements using the model of the interchangeable head. Enclosed is the assembly drawing of the spindle head, bill of material, detail drawing of the spindle and also 3D model of the interchangeable spindle head.

Návrh dvoumotorového letounu pro sběrnou dopravu dle předpisu CS-23 / The design of a twin-engined airplane in the commuter category according to CS-23 regulation

Dula, Jan January 2011 (has links)
This work's objective is to create a type design of a new commuter class airplane according to CS-23 certification specifications. The design will take under account the EV-55 design to reduce the number of new parts and subassemblies. Part of this thesis are mass balance of the new design, basic airplane dimensions and fuselage dimensions estimates. The critical crossection of the fuselage is analyzed (stress analysis) and the system drawings is worked out.

Mostový jeřáb 125t / Overhead travelling crane 125t

Peprník, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of drafted steel construction of overhead travelling crane by using finite element method. The crane’s lifting capacity is 125t/32t. It is going to be placed in hall of Slovácké strojírny, a. s. in Uherský Brod. Span of the crane is 25.8 meters, wheelbase is 6.7 meters and lifting height is 17 meters. My work contains analysis and assessment of crane construction with a load of fatigue according to ČSN 27 0103.

Návrh plošiny simulátoru / Design of platform simulator

Hlaváček, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with an analysis and the strength check of selected componenets of a parallel mechanism containing six degrees of freedom. The device uses crank mechanisms as chain guides. The strength calculation takes advantage of the finite element method. The paper also suggests a design of selected components contributing to a reduction of the maximum stress von misses (according to the HMH condition) causes by the load.

Konstrukční návrh pece / Furnace design

Stříž, Michal January 2012 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with issues of tube furnaces in the process industries, especially with a design of a transfer pipeline, which is one of the main parts of the furnace. According to the requirements, designed pipeline is stress analyzed using the two pipeline programs Japar and Caesar II, that are briefly described. In addition to this design several variants of analysis are performed and the results are compared. Comparison helps to explain the diversity of the programs. For example, the effect of elbows on the stress analysis. The master´s thesis also describes the factors that affect the working life of the furnace.

Konstrukční návrh pedálové skupiny formulového vozidla / Formula Car Pedal Assembly Design

Pech, Zdeněk January 2012 (has links)
The aim of my diploma thesis is the formula car pedal assembly design. The introduction of the thesis presents the possible design variants of the car pedal assembly of the current vehicles completed with requirement that are demanded from them. Furthermore, there are mentioned and described individual elements of the car pedal assembly including their principle and function. The thesis mentions collected basic information about the design of the components. On the basis of this mentioned information the thesis aims for the design including the choice of appropriate and relevant components. The final design of pedals and the basic console results from the mentioned calculation of stress analysis. In conclusion of the thesis there are evaluated achieved results that are compared with the current pedal assembly and there are presented the possible ways of designs with the respect to their production.

Pevnostní analýza stojanu lisu LKDS800 / Stress-strain analysis of the LKDS800 frame

Tománek, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with frame of the two-point crank press LKDS800, which was designed by company ŽĎAS a.s. Frame is welded construction creating the base of the press which has mass approximately 90 tonnes. Aim of this study was to perform strain-stress analysis of the frame. From obtained results perform optimization of mass this frame leading to reduce material costs and machining. In the process is frame loaded by nominal forces from the shearing process, under its own weight and inertia forces caused by moving components. As a result of the dynamic loading in welded joints there are risks of fatigue fracture. The manufacturer of the press is required to find the most loaded welded joint and it to assess the fatigue life.
