Subject of this thesis are the issues concerning financial subsidies from the EU funding instruments. The thesis focuses on education, science and research, and briefly describes their current situation in the Czech Republic. The main possible instruments financing these areas are the Structural Funds and the Community Programs. In the second part, there is given detailed instructions on how to prepare an application for a grant. The instructions are more amenable to the Operational Programs administrated in the Czech Republic, but its principles and structure of the project cycle can be used for any project or application.

This diploma thesis deals with the photovoltaic power plant in Zlín. Power plant is used for electricity supply of office building and stock. For better self-sufficiency there is designed battery system as storage for electrical energy which the object can not consume itself. In the theoretical part there are described development of photovoltaics and components used in power plants. Further there was described the building, construction of photovoltaic power plant and eventually also a subsidy program by which the project was financially supported. Main task in the practical part was to develop scripts in Matlab for evaluation of online measured data. Next point was an energetic evaluation of power plant operation. In the end there was calculated power plant return with subsidy support and without support. These calculations were done in PV SOL software. Eventually, there was evaluated how the system works and how the power generated by the photovoltaic power plant is used. In conclusion, there is summary of the measurements and calculations.

This diploma thesis deals with the emergence of the regional educational center as a part of company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. , which is co-financed subsidy operation program business and inovations proposed by the European Union and propeses a comprehensive training program for company´s employees.

The Master´s Thesis deals with the posibility of receiving funding from the European Union. It contains a theoretical background about structural funds and an analysis of the present status of a selected company. The practical part focuses on selection of the most suitable endowment title, checking of financial health of a company as a fundamental prerequisite for applying for EU funds and on preparation of the project development application.

The diploma thesis “Risk analysis of public construction project” is focused on the risk of project financed by the public sector. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the structural policy of the European Union and the funds of which are supported by public projects. Another chapter is dedicated to the classification, measurement and management of risk. The practical part describes the financing of an infra-structure project and its potential risk in terms of their significance and the proposal to elimi-nate them. The risk analysis may serve workers of public administration community as a basis for the management of risk arising from the construction of the water supply and drainage.

Diploma thesis is focused on a public funding; mainly on possibilities of public financial investment. Theoretical part discusses about means which municipalities dispose on their financial intent. In this connection, both Czech and European funding are closely analyzed. Practical part of diploma thesis poses as an investment study. Firstly, particular investment has been chosen; sequentially, all possible types of funding have been confronted among each other. Goal of that thesis is evaluation of all available funding, including concept of the most suitable solution dedicated to municipal council.

This doctoral thesis deals with modelling and simulation of investment projects and linking risk management with new trends in construction industry. Process of balancing of acceptable risk level and investment costs is really complex and is influenced by several uncertainties. Simulation methods are able to model future scenarios of project development and quantify impact of risk factors. The aim of the doctoral thesis is to find an optimal methodology for risk analysis during decision-making process using simulation methods. The methodology links modeling by simulation method Monte Carlo with CBA, with risk analysis respectively. The aim is to reach more effective process of planning of investment projects. An accurate project plan in preinvestment phase will influence effectiveness of life cycle costs significantly. This is proved also by BIM methodology which works on base of transfer and storage of actual and complete information about investment plan within its whole lifecycle. Expected output of the thesis is effective application of simulation methods in risk prediction for modeling of outputs of investment project. Data from model are useful for decision making process, risk management, controlling and postaudit of investments. Projects can be evaluated by their complex benefits and quality with respect to sustainability.

The aim is to describe the structural policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Including their tools. Another section contains familiar with the particulars of the project and the procedure for drawing up requests for support from European funds. The practical part is analyzed and evaluated finished investment project and on project applied theoretical knowledge.

The thesis contains is familiar with the issues of renewable energy and global warming. Assessing the use of these resources in households in the Czech Republic. The selected family house, perform measurements on the existing heating system. In conclusion, there is suggestions for optimalization system houses, the possibility of linking the with renewable energy sources and an assessment of economic turn.

Este trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar el impacto de los subsidios gubernamentales en el marco del COVID-19 en relación con la gestión financiera de las empresas de servicios del sector Telecomunicaciones del distrito de San Isidro en el período de noviembre 2020 a abril 2021. Este tema es porque el Perú, como el resto de los países del mundo, atraviesa las consecuencias de la crisis sanitaria. Dicho impacto se ha visto también en las empresas que han tenido paralizadas sus actividades, por este motivo el Gobierno aprobó el otorgamiento de un subsidio a las empresas del sector privado; el cual consiste en otorgar temporalmente dinero para promover el ingreso de personal a las empresas, preservar los puestos de trabajo e impulsar el regreso al trabajo de los empleados que estuvieron en Suspensión Perfecta de Labores. Este subsidio es solo para las empresas elegibles por el gobierno que cumplan con ciertas condiciones, para lo cual el gobierno utilizará los datos de otras entidades gubernamentales. El trabajo de investigación consta de cinco capítulos: Capítulo I Marco Teórico, compuesto de conceptos acerca de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad (NIC), NIC 20 Contabilización de las Subvenciones de Gobierno e Información a Revelar Sobre Ayudas Gubernamentales, Subsidios Gubernamentales. Capítulo II Plan de Investigación, con el planteamiento del problema, la justificación, los objetivos e hipótesis; así como, los parámetros y limitaciones. Capítulo III Metodología de Trabajo, con la determinación de población y muestra para los análisis de la investigación. Capítulo IV Desarrollo de la Investigación, aplicación y ejecución de las metodologías señaladas en el capítulo III, que se llevaron a cabo a través de entrevistas a profundidad a especialistas y encuestas a las empresas seleccionadas. Capítulo V Análisis de Resultados, revisión de las entrevistas y encuestas. Finalmente, se llega a la conclusión validando las hipótesis, basado en los resultados obtenidos en las tablas cruzadas y CHI cuadrado. / The present research work aims to determine the impact of government subsidies in the context of COVID-19 on the financial management of telecommunications services companies in the San Isidro district in the period from November 2020 to April 2021. This issue is because Peru, like the rest of the countries of the world, are going through the consequences of the health crisis. This impact has also been seen in companies for having had their activities paralyzed. For them, the Government approved the creation of a subsidy to private sector companies that consists of temporarily granting money to companies to promote the hiring of personnel, preserve jobs and encourage the return to work of employees who were in suspension of work. This subsidy is only for eligible government-eligible companies, for which the government will use data from other government entities. The research work consists of five chapters: Chapter I Theoretical Framework, composed of concepts about the International Accounting Standard (IAS), IAS 20 Accounting for Government Grants and Disclosure of Government Aid, Government Subsidies. Chapter II Research Plan, with the statement of the problem, the justification, the objectives and hypotheses; as well as the parameters and limitations. Chapter III Work Methodology, with the determination of population and sample for research analysis. Chapter IV Research development, application and execution of the methodologies indicated in Chapter III, which were conducted through in-depth interviews with specialists and surveys of selected companies. Chapter V Analysis of Results, Review of Interviews and Surveys. Finally, the conclusion is reached by validating the hypotheses based on the results obtained in the crossed tables and CHI squared. / Tesis
