The Master thesis "Evaluation of the performance of the company using financial analysis tools" is focused on the evaluation of the financial efficiency of the selected enterprise based on classical and modern methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of performance evaluation of a company from a theory point of view. The individual methods, including the ways of their calculations, are described. The theory from the first part follows the second part, where the selected indicators are applied to real company. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis. Based on the results of individual indicators of classical and modern methods of financial analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve corporate performance.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

This diploma thesis focuses on the determination of the value of Bosch Rexroth, spol. s.r.o. due to 1st of January 2018 using the revenue method of company evaluation, specifically the method of discounted monetary flows in entity variation. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic theoretical concepts are described in relation to the topic of the thesis. In the practical part, strategic and financial analysis is conducted next to the prognosis of value generators, financial plan and evaluation of the company using the revenue method and accounting method.

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ProMedica spol. s r.o., which is achieved through the tools of situational and financial analysis, and on the basis of this evaluation, proposals are further formulated to improve financial health and increase competitiveness.

First part of this study consists theoretical solutions which targets strategies of the best way to enter a new market in Austria. In this particular analysis it is covered a research on local and outlying regions. And this study covers the possibility of entering this market and consider the viability of expansion that may enhance it's growth and profitability. There are strategies put in place in this study that will outline the expenses of marketing and other solutions. It is vital to perform this study to assure that such business is not only going to be successful but also to perform at it's highest level.
