The main target of this bachelors work named: „Entrepreneurial project“ is to offer suggestions and options how to create and develop business from small size to medium size business, which will have realistic preposition of use at todays market. Bachelors work is consisted of three parts, which are: Theoretic part, analysis of problem and finally the part where the suggesti-ons of solution are being held. In theoretical part are stated the main points and findings, which are applied in the practical part. The analysis is focused on transition of businessman from trade activities to the company with limited liability and the future enviroment of the company. On basis of conclusions, which resulted from analysis are formulated particular recomendations. The plan is processed into compact procedure, which provides steps necessary to acomplish goal of company development.
