CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / Fortaleza has undergone many urban restructuring process, during your process of socio-spatial organization. It produced a city increasingly segregated, with periodic expulsion of poor residents of the central areas. Many of these migrated to the outskirts of the city, promoting an expansion of the urban fabric. This process opened precedent for an intensification in the occupation of the coast, especially in the eastern part, which over the years was being appropriated by population segments with greater purchasing power, as well as the real estate market. The Grande Mucuripe is an important example of this dynamic in the capital, because since the mid-twentieth century it became an axis of expansion of the city, expansion of industrial and tertiary activities, as well as real estate capital. In the first decade of this century, it was intense spatial production process in the area, especially in Fortaleza, for World Cup 2014. This served as a backdrop for a major restructuring process in the Grande Mucuripe. The State provided many actions in the process of building and large equipment installation, opening the way for the application of surplus capital in targeted areas, important for the branch of building. This movement has generated resistance of the poorest, who suffered because an intense process of accumulation by dispossession. The struggles revealed the continuity of the housing problem in Fortaleza, and the process of poverty peripheries, generating worsening of socio-spatial segregation. The saturation the space and the market in certain neighborhoods of eastern portion of the city that was historically large recipient of investment, allowed for expansion further east, an area that still has gaps in urban speculation and land reserves inhabited by poor people. Its location, combined with proximity to the beach and the ideology of social status, allowed a great appreciation of mucuripenses land, exacerbating this dispute over the ownership of urban land and consolidating the socio-spatial segregation in Fortaleza. For the implementation of the thesis, qualitative and quantitative data were collected, mostly provided by IBGE (2010) and PMF, and the basemap used in the construction of maps. In addition, they conducted bibliographic and photographic records of the study area. / Fortaleza, em seu processo de organizaÃÃo socioespacial passou por inÃmeras reestruturaÃÃes urbanas que produziram, uma cidade cada vez mais segregada, com expulsÃo periÃdica dos moradores pobres das Ãreas centrais. Muitos destes, migraram para a periferia da cidade promovendo uma expansÃo da malha urbana. Tal processo, abriu precedente para uma intensificaÃÃo na ocupaÃÃo do litoral, em especial na parte leste, que com o passar dos anos foi sendo apropriado por segmentos populacionais com maior poder de compra, bem como, pelo mercado imobiliÃrio. O Grande Mucuripe à um importante exemplo desta dinÃmica na capital, pois desde meados do sÃculo XX tornou-se um eixo de expansÃo da cidade, expansÃo de atividades industriais e terciÃrias, bem como do capital imobiliÃrio. Na primeira dÃcada do sÃculo XXI, foi intenso o processo de produÃÃo espacial na Ãrea, acelerada no perÃodo de preparaÃÃo de Fortaleza para Copa do Mundo 2014. Este serviu como pano de fundo para um grande processo de reestruturaÃÃo no Grande Mucuripe, onde se verificou aÃÃes do Estado no processo de construÃÃo e instalaÃÃo de grande equipamentos, abrindo caminhos para a aplicaÃÃo do capital excedente em Ãreas visadas hà tempos pelo ramo da construÃÃo imobiliÃria. Esse movimento, gerou resistÃncia dos mais pobres, que se viam em meio a um intenso processo de acumulaÃÃo por espoliaÃÃo. As lutas revelaram a continuidade da problemÃtica habitacional em Fortaleza, bem como o processo de periferizaÃÃo da pobreza, gerando acirramento da segregaÃÃo socioespacial. A porÃÃo leste da cidade, que historicamente foi grande receptora de investimentos, saturou o espaÃo e o mercado em determinados bairros, permitindo uma expansÃo mais a leste, Ãrea que ainda apresenta vazios urbanos em especulaÃÃo e reservas de terras ocupadas por populaÃÃes pobres. Sua localizaÃÃo, aliado a proximidade da praia e a ideologia de status social, permitiu uma grande valorizaÃÃo dos terrenos mucuripenses, acirrando esta disputa pela apropriaÃÃo do solo urbano e consolidando a segregaÃÃo socioespacial na capital cearense. Para a execuÃÃo da tese, foram levantados dados qualitativos e quantitativos, principalmente os fornecidos pelo IBGE (2010) e PMF, bem como a base cartogrÃfica utilizada na construÃÃo dos mapas. AlÃm disso, foram realizados levantamento bibliogrÃfico e registros fotogrÃficos da Ãrea em estudo.

nÃo hà / Baseado nas teorias sobre a economia do trabalho, a pesquisa em questÃo propÃe-se a averiguar o nÃvel de diferenciaÃÃo salarial de determinada empresa, atravÃs dos ganhos de um grupo especÃfico de funcionÃrios e relacionado Ãs suas funÃÃes, dentro do plano de cargos e salÃrios da instituiÃÃo. A importÃncia do estudo baseia-se na anÃlise de dados intrÃnsecos à firma e ao mercado no qual està inserida, microfinanÃas, tornando-se assim uma fonte de dados para um ambiente onde as informaÃÃes sÃo escassas. Os resultados obtidos apÃs os estudos propostos nÃo indicam haver diferenciaÃÃo salarial no que diz respeito ao gÃnero ou cor dos funcionÃrios em torno da anÃlise denominada estÃtica. Por outro lado, a anÃlise, aqui conhecida por dinÃmica, identificou uma diferenciaÃÃo em relaÃÃo ao gÃnero dos empregados. / Based in the theories about modern work economy, the research presented proposes to examine the level of salary differentiation in a determined company, through the gains of a specific group of employees and related to their job description, inside the companyâs job description plans and salaries. The importance of the study is based on intrinsic data analysis to the firm and the market in which the company is present â microfinance â, becoming a source of data to an environment where information is scarce. The obtained results after the proposed studies do not indicate that there is salary differentiation in respect to gender or color of the employees, according to the static analysis. On the other hand, the dynamic analysis identified a salary differentiation in gender between the employees.
