Guiou-nos a investigar: “Como cada criança constrói sentidos de si em um Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada (SPA), após a psicoterapia?”. Permitindo pensar a criança como co-construtora de si e do seu mundo ao posicionar-se discursivamente, em tempo e espaço contextualizados. Defendemos que o cuidado à criança é uma construção histórica voltada para a qualidade de vida em sua integralidade biopsicossocial, principalmente em uma rede de atenção psicossocial em saúde mental através das políticas públicas. Sabendo disso, este estudo teve como objetivo investigar através das narrativas pessoais, como as crianças que já finalizaram o processo psicoterapêutico constroem sentidos de si em um SPA. Para isso, recorremos à noção de “posicionamento agentivo” como forma de construção de sentidos pela integração das narrativas pessoais reguladas pelas sociais. Na construção de dados, registramos em áudio as construções narrativas dos participantes Flor e Super-Herói, que disseram como se sentiam após o processo psicoterapêutico. Para uma maior precisão das posições, destacamos a importância de apreender os personagens, atividades, recursos explicativos, qualificadores, contexto, ao longo do enredamento. Após isso utilizamos da “análise de posicionamento”, para interpretar as construções de sentidos a partir das posições de Flor e Super-Herói em relação a elas mesmas, aos demais personagens das “estórias”, e à narrativa social sobre o cuidado à criança em relação ao que é normal e patológico, bem como pelas mudanças de posições morais assumidas antes, durantes e depois da psicoterapia. Dentro dos resultados, admitimos a predominância das posições de fortalecimento através da Flor, bem como a afiliação a narrativa social demonstrando uma satisfação após a psicoterapia. Enquanto para Super-Herói, alterna entre fortalecimentos e fragilidades ao longo das narrativas, sendo que no decorrer das construções narrativas questiona o porquê da sua saída do SPA. Quanto às transformações pelo processo narrativo, Flor pouco muda de posição ao longo do enredamento, em comparação ao Super-Herói. Os resultados deste estudo podem contribuir para a reflexão/para repensar o atendimento infanto-juvenil na rede de atenção psicossocial, pois além de não funcionar como atendimento psicológico, surge como possibilidade de uma nova prática, pensando na qualidade de vida e desenvolvimento biopsicossocial das crianças após a finalização da psicoterapia. / In this study, based on the narrativist perspective by the approach of Discursive Psychology, in which it argues that we narrate the world and we build meanings of identity through mutuality between cognition and culture. It has led us to investigate: "How does each child build senses about itself in a Applied Psychology Service (APS), after psychotherapy?". Allowing the child to think as co-builder of itself and its world by positioning itselves discursively in contextualized time and space. We argue that child care is a historic construction focused on the quality of life in its biopsychosocial integrality, mainly in a network of psychosocial care in mental health through public policies. By knowing this, this study aimed to investigate through personal narratives, such as children who have completed the psychotherapeutic process construct meanings about itselves in a APS. For this, we use the notion of "agentive positioning" as a way of building senses by the integration of personal narratives regulated by social ones. In the data construction, we recorded in audio the narrative constructions of the participants Flower and Super Hero, who said how they felt after the psychotherapeutic process. For greater position accuracy, we emphasize the importance of apprehending the characters, activities, explanatory resources, qualifiers, context, along the entanglement. After that, we have used the "positioning analysis" to interpret the construction of meanings from the Flower and Super Hero positions in relation to itselves, to the other characters of the "stories", and to the social narrative about child care in relation to what is normal and pathological, as well as the changes of moral positions taken before, during and after psychotherapy. Within the results, we have admitted the predominance of the strengthening positions through Flower and affiliation with social narrative demonstrating satisfaction after psychotherapy. While for Super Hero, it alternates between strengths and weaknesses throughout the narratives, and in the course of the narrative constructions, the question of why he left the APS is questioned. As to transformations through the narrative process, Flower almost does not change position along the entanglement, in comparison to Super Hero. The results of this study may contribute to the reflection, to rethink children and youth treatment in the psychosocial care network, because in addition to not working as psychological service, it arises as a possibility of a new practice, by thinking about the quality of life and biopsychosocial development of children after the end of psychotherapy.
