Na busca pelo referencial teórico, realizou-se levantamento em livros, periódicos, teses, monografias, dissertações, entre outras fontes. Concomitantemente, foi efetuada uma pesquisa documental, reportando-se às legislações, decretos e às resoluções relacionadas com o objeto de estudo. Para o aprofundamento do objeto de pesquisa, utilizou-se o método dialético, e como base teórica, o materialismo histórico-dialético, com abordagem qualitativa. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto foi realizada pesquisa de campo em três das cinco instituições de acolhimento do município de Uberaba (MG), as quais de forma coletiva contabilizam 38 (trinta e oito) crianças e adolescentes em situação de acolhimento; destas, 26 (vinte e seis) encontram-se com o poder familiar destituído, de acordo com os profissionais das instituições. Participaram cinco profissionais, sendo dois assistentes sociais e três psicólogos. A intenção inicial era entrevistar um assistente social e um psicólogo de cada instituição, ou seja, seis sujeitos. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the services provided by the host institutions in a medium-sized municipality, Uberaba (MG), as well as to know the professional performance of these institutions in the realization of the right to family life. In the search for the theoretical reference, a survey was carried out in books, periodicals, theses, monographs, dissertations, among other sources. Concomitantly, a documentary research was carried out, referring to the legislations, decrees and resolutions related to the object of study. For the deepening of the object of research, the dialectical method was used, and as theoretical basis, historical-dialectical materialism, with a qualitative approach. In order to reach the proposed goal, field research was carried out in three of the five host institutions in the city of Uberaba (MG), which collectively account for 38 (thirty-eight) children and adolescents in the host situation; of these, 26 (twenty-six) are deprived family power, according to the professionals of the institutions. Five professionals participated, two social workers and three psychologists. The initial intention was to interview a social worker and a psychologist from each institution, that is, six subjects. Diante deste cenário, a pesquisa suscita uma reflexão profícua sobre o exercício profissional e as demandas atendidas pelos Assistentes Sociais, que atuam no CREAS e integram o Processo de Trabalho dessa unidade pública. A base teórica utilizada foi o materialismo histórico dialético, pois este método permite a apreensão da essência do fenômeno, indo para além da aparência imediata do problema. Para tanto, utilizou-se da abordagem qualitativa, por saber que esta possibilita uma maior apreensão da realidade. O estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa de campo. Esta abordagem busca oferecer cuidados multiprofissional aos pacientes com doenças que ameaçam a continuidade da vida, para que tenham qualidade de vida e uma morte digna. O familiar muitas vezes torna-se parte integrante da equipe com a responsabilidade de realizar os cuidados diários deste paciente. This approach offers multiprofissional care to patients with terminal diseases so they have quality of life and are provided a dignified dying. The Social Work is part of the mentioned multiprofissional team and has an essencial role, specially concerning the work with the patients' families. The family member often becomes part of the care team as they take upon them the responsibility to care for the patient on daily basis. The idea to do a research about palliative care came from this researcher's professional experience, which made it possible to observe the everyday struggles faced by family members that are also carers of patients going through oncology palliative care. A primeira parte do texto aborda o histórico do Cooperativismo na região de Franca/SP através da história da Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas, universo da pesquisa e o seu produto, o café, fruto do trabalho dos mais de dois mil cooperados da instituição. O trabalho traz uma discussão sobre as famílias e o trabalho na sociabilidade capitalista, apresentando o núcleo familiar com elemento fundante desta sociedade e partícipe importante das relações de produção no cotidiano social. A historicidade cooperativista foi descrita desde o início em Rochdale, na Inglaterra até sua estrutura moderna atual, como os empreendimentos cooperativos, seus ramos de atuação e sua representação no mundo. Este estudo teve por objetivo a busca da compreensão do significado da doação de órgãos para os familiares de potenciais doadores, com morte encefálica, que participaram da entrevista para autorização da retirada de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes, na Santa Casa de Franca. Entender a decisão da família sobre a doação de órgãos é um processo de ampla complexidade, que pressupõe ao pesquisador várias questões a serem consideradas como o atendimento que a família recebe no hospital; a experiência vivenciada durante o processo saúde doença, a experiência da perda diante da morte, a decisão sobre a doação dos órgãos, bem como a concepção do sagrado e formação religiosa. A escolha do método é de extrema importância para elucidar fatos da realidade e contribuir com o conhecimento científico. A pesquisa qualitativa foi o percurso metodológico encontrado para a realização deste estudo. Sua capacidade de aprofundar a complexidade dos acontecimentos a serem estudados, envolvendo os seres humanos em suas relações sociais propicia ao pesquisador o contato com as reais condições de vivência dos sujeitos, o seu modo de vida, suas experiências sociais, o significado atribuído à sua vivência, bem como o que pensam a respeito do objeto pesquisado. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The donation of organs and tissues for transplantation is directly related to family consent and happens in three moments: the first during life, in cases of people with good health in which the removal will not compromise the individual's vital functions; the second in cases of people who died of cardiac arrest and the third moment in people with brain death. This study aims to search for understanding the meaning of organ donation to relatives of potential donors in brain death, who attended the interview to authorize the removal of organs and tissues for transplant, at Santa Casa de Franca. Understanding the family's decision about organs donation is a process of huge complexity, in which the researcher has to consider several issues such as the care that a family receives at the hospital; the lived experience during the health-disease process, the experience of loss before death, the decision about organ donation, as well as their conception of sacred and religion education. The method choice is of extreme importance in order to clear facts of reality and also to contribute to scientific knowledge. A qualitative research was the methodological approach found to perform this study. Its ability to deepen the complexity of the facts being studied, involving human beings and their social relationships provides the researcher contact with real living conditions of the subjects, their lifestyle, social experiences, the meaning ascribed to their living, and how they feel about the target being researched. The subjects of the research are the relatives of potential organs and tissues donors hospitalized at Santa Casa de Franca with the diagnosis of brain death, during the year of 2007 and that took part in the process of organ-raising. Este buscou um aprofundamento teórico da trajetória sócio-histórica dos direitos sociais na área da infância e juventude, sua estreita relação com a origem do Serviço Social no país, a partir da década de 30 e a legitimação do assistente social como perito social, profissional importante para as decisões judiciais neste contexto. A pesquisa qualitativa se propõe a realizar uma análise crítica, construída através da pesquisa narrativa como possibilidade para apreensão das vivências dos sujeitos diante de experiências concretas, relacionadas ao objeto. Cette cherchait une étude théorique de l'arrière-plan socio-historique des droits sociaux de l'enfant et domaine de la jeunesse, sa relation étroite avec l'origine du travail social dans le pays, depuis les années 30 et la légitimité du travailleur social comme un expert sociale important professionnelle aux décisions judiciaires dans ce contexte. La recherche qualitative vise à faire une analyse critique, construit par la recherche narrative comme une possibilité de saisie des expériences des sujets sur des expériences concrètes liées à l'objet. A presente dissertação de mestrado, objetiva verificar como se deu o processo de inserção do Assistente Social neste espaço sócio-ocupacional no município de Uberaba, bem como desvelar como se dá o processo de trabalho do Assistente Social no espaço do NASF. A partir destas apreensões, este estudo recupera o discurso das sete Assistentes Sociais trabalhadores do NASF e do gestor de saúde na ocasião da implantação do NASF em Uberaba-MG, por meio de roteiro de entrevistas. A metodologia utilizada para a análise desta pesquisa, que também é um estudo de caso está embasada no materialismo histórico-dialético, método utilizado para a análise de conteúdo e referenciais teóricos desta pesquisa. Além de se ocupar em analisar o processo de implantação do NASF no município de Uberaba,a pesquisa resgata também o debate da centralidade do trabalho a partir da teoria marxiana, e ainda analisa o embate intelectual travado por Sérgio Lessa e Marilda Iamamoto, contribuindo para a discussão acerca da materialidade do trabalho do Assistente Social, bem como as demandas que foram construídas historicamente para a profissão. As principais contribuições da pesquisa foram: manter o debate da centralidade do trabalho aquecido no interior da profissão, o oferecimento de subsídios para a compreensão do processo de trabalho do Assistente Social e ainda revelar o significado social da profissão no espaço do NASF / Abstract: The presence of the Social Worker in the Family Health Teams (FHT) through the Support Center for Family Health (SCFH) is recent and not only in the city of Uberaba, but in the country. The following Master Thesis aims to verify how does the inclusion process of the Social Worker happened in the socio-occupational setting in Uberaba, as well as unfold how does the work process of the Social Worker occurs. From these considerations, this study recovers the discourse of the Social Workers who work in the SCFH and in the health manager in the moment of implantation of SCFH in Uberaba (MG), through interview scripts. The research recovers the debate about the work centrality starting from Marxist theories, and also analyzes the intellectual shock proposed by Sérgio Lessa and Marilda Iamamoto, contributing to the discussion about the materiality of the Social Worker, as well as the demands that were historically built for the profession / Mestre

Apresenta-o no contexto histórico das políticas econômicas brasileiras dos últimos 50 anos, enquanto resultado de um processo evolutivo das instituições do país em paralelo à continuidade da situação de pobreza em grande parte da população, narrando também seu surgimento em conjunto às condições socioeconômicas da época. Discorre sobre suas diretrizes, funcionamento e população atingida, mostrando suas limitações e perspectivas de atuação, bem como apresenta e destaca nos pilares fundamentais necessários ao seu entendimento suas origens e objetivos. Por fim averigua os resultados do seu sistema de condicionalidades nos índices de educação dos municípios brasileiros, através do modelo de dados em painel, observando sua eficiência na manutenção escolar dos alunos da rede pública de ensino em todos os níveis, infantil, fundamental e médio, seja no aumento no número de alunos por turma como reduzindo o abandono escolar, assim como acompanha a melhoria nos números de aprovação no ensino médio / This dissertation deals with the Bolsa Família Program. It displays the program within the historical context of the brazilian economic policies of the last 50 years as a result of an evolutionary process of the institutions of the country in parallel to the ongoing poverty in a great part of the population, also chronicling its rise together with the socioeconomic conditions of the period. Its discusses the program’s guidelines, operating approach and people affected, showing its limitations and perspectives of performance, as well as presents and highlights its origins and objetives in the key pillars necessary for its understanding. Finally, the results scrutinizes its system of conditionalities in the levels of education of the brazilian cities through the data panel model, noting its efficiency in maintaining school students from public schools at all levels, kindergarten, elementary and high school, be it in the increase in the number of students per class or reducing school dropouts, as well as accompanying improvement in approval numbers in high school
