Das Studentensymposium der Fakultät für Informatik der TU Chemnitz richtet sich an alle Studierende und Doktoranden der Informatik sowie angrenzender Disziplinen mit Schwerpunkt Informatik aus dem Raum Chemnitz. Das Symposium hat das Ziel, den Studierenden eine Plattform zu geben, ihre Projekte, Studienarbeiten und Forschungsvorhaben vorzustellen. Im Mittelpunkt des Symposiums stehen studentische Projekte aus Seminaren, Praktika, Abschlussarbeiten oder extracurricularen Aktivitäten. Das Symposium bietet die Möglichkeit, vor einem akademischen Publikum Ideen, Pläne und Ergebnisse zu präsentieren und zu diskutieren. Darüber hinaus sind Doktoranden eingeladen ihre Promotionsprojekte mit einem Poster zu präsentieren um dadurch Feedback von anderen jungen Wissenschaftlern und Professoren für ihre wissenschaftliche Arbeit zu erhalten. Futhermore, it offer the familiarization with their available functions and features, robustness and simplicity, advantages and disadvantages. It also offers practical guidance for the implementation of enterprise social networks, or other instrument of enterprise social interaction and what to avoid. The entire paper is conceived to three parts that are logically linked. The first part is theoretical, which is discussed fundamental issues what are social networks about. The second part discussed the concept of corporate social networks, the issue of implementation and at the same time this paper shows the major products to the market. In the first part the main objectives, targets and methods to achieve them are defined. The second part deals with the theory that is needed to understand the issue. In the practical part, which is based on the theory is prepared SWOT analysis and the modified HOS-8 analysis of the current state, whose results are then analyzed. The next section presents design of new solution. The conclusion summarizes all the proposed solutions and knowledge that have been achieved in this work.

87	Optimalizace plánování úkolů pro management pomocí Sharepoint / Management Tasks Planning Optimalization Using Sharepoint Winkler, Tomáš January 2015 (has links) The problem discussed in this thesis is the optimization of the process of planning, tracking and evaluating tasks in the management area of the department Corporate Technology in Siemens, Brno. Having studied theories of CMMI and principles of ISO 9001, the given process is optimized by automating certain manual tasks. As Corporate Technology uses a SharePoint server to manage tasks, the application is developed to improve his functionality. This application has therefore been tested in the environment of the organization with real-life data and complies to all necessary requirements to be able to save at least 50 % of time in the optimized process. The results of this thesis prove the usability of automating manual repetitive tasks being conducted in the processes of the organization and introduce possibility of increasing process level by preventing human errors.

90	Nasazení Google+ pro efektivní komunikaci v profesním kolektivu / Google+ implementation in order to improve communication effectivity within workgroup Peter, Martin January 2015 (has links) Diploma thesis is focused on electronic social networks and implementation of these networks inside a work association from information technology industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts which systematically follow each other. In theoretical part the chosen online social networks are described with highlights of possible usage in professional association. Also the usage of these networks in Czech Republic is compared and analyzed. Next in line are shown current standards in business communication and these are then softly connected to an explanation, why some kind of electronic social networks should be used in a company, regarding the law. The applying part describes the researched professional association and analyses problematic situation which is solved in this writing. Using the Multiple-criteria decision-making method an electronic social network which suits best is picked for usage in researched association and then implemented in real life. Data collected after implementation from user feedback is used to cast a résumé, whether the process went well or not, and the lasting result on communication effectivity from both management and employee views. Based on the result mentioned above, a bonus set of advices and possible innovations which the association should obey when using implemented electronic social network is included.
