Ou seja, nesses shoppings, normalmente, encontra-se uma franquia da rede O Boticário, outra da Pakalolo, etc. Essas franquias são aqui denominadas de bem formatadas, por apresentarem uma dinâmica organizacional inerente à própria rede a que pertencem, dinâmica esta teoricamente explicada por autores neo-schumpeterianos.
