In general, such systems should be able to overcome adversities such as noise influence, communication channel variability, age, accent and speed of speech, concurrent speech from other speakers and spontaneous speech. Even with this challenging scenario, this work aims to investigate this technology to be employed in the medical field. The research was carried out through a systematic review for the scientific basis of concepts and identification of relevant research studies. To validate the feasibility of using these systems in the medical field, a Web System Prototype was developed to generate medical reports through automatic speech recognition for the Brazilian Portuguese Language. The prototype was developed with the application of Delivery in Stage technique, from Software Engineering. The selection of the automatic speech recognition technology to be integrated to the prototype was based on an evaluation of the accuracy rate of seven systems for the Brazilian Portuguese Language. The development of this work allowed to conclude that these systems of automatic speech recognition can be used in the medical environment, providing support not only for making medical reports, but also acting as a monitoring record during a medical procedure. / O propósito geral de sistemas de reconhecimento automático de fala é o de permitir a interação de seres humanos com dispositivos eletrônicos por meio da fala, por exemplo, a partir da fala do usuário, captada por um microfone, o seu conteúdo pode ser convertido em transcrição textual. Em geral, tais sistemas devem ser capazes de enfrentar adversidades como influência de ruídos, variabilidade do canal de comunicação, idade, sotaque e velocidade da fala, fala concorrente de outros oradores e fala espontânea. Mesmo diante desse cenário desafiador, este trabalho possui como propósito investigar essa tecnologia para ser empregada no âmbito médico. A investigação foi realizada por meio de uma revisão sistemática para o embasamento científico de conceitos e identificação de pesquisas relevantes. Para validar a viabilidade do uso desses sistemas na área médica, foi desenvolvido um Protótipo de Sistema Web com finalidade de gerar laudos médicos por meio do reconhecimento automático de fala para a Língua Portuguesa do Brasil. O protótipo foi desenvolvido com a técnica Entrega em Estágio, presente em Engenharia de Software. A seleção da tecnologia de reconhecimento automático de fala para ser integrada ao protótipo, foi baseada em uma avaliação da taxa de precisão de sete sistemas para a Língua Portuguesa do Brasil. O desenvolvimento desse trabalho permitiu concluir que esses sistemas de reconhecimento automático de fala podem ser empregados no ambiente médico, provendo suporte, não somente à confecção de laudos médicos, mas também atuando como um registro de monitoria durante um procedimento médico.

El uso de la tecnología en el proceso de ventas permite mejorar significativamente el servicio que ofrecen las empresas a sus clientes. En ese sentido, el presente proyecto consiste en diseñar la arquitectura de un Sistema de Gestión para el proceso de Ventas de Terceros. La propuesta se basa en un sistema Web para la gestión administrativa del proceso de Venta de Terceros. De forma general, la propuesta tiene como objetivo reducir el tiempo promedio de atención de nuestros clientes en 55% (de 11.3 días a 5 días útiles) y visibilizando el proceso para la gestión interna del mismo. La primera etapa se centra en el análisis de la empresa y el proceso aplicando el marco de trabajo de Zachman y TOGAF, para conocer la situación actual (AS-IS) del proceso de Venta de Terceros y poder analizar su problemática. Después, se identifican las oportunidades de mejora en el proceso con la aplicación de tecnología para posteriormente presentar una propuesta de solución (TO-BE). La siguiente etapa comprende el diseño de la propuesta tecnológica siendo el insumo principal los requerimientos de software identificados por los usuarios, se definen los respectivos drivers arquitectónicos funcionales y de calidad. Además, se establecen los estilos y conceptos arquitectónicos que serán parte de la solución. Finalmente, se utilizarán los diagramas de modelo C4 para explicar la arquitectura de software mediante una “aproximación” al detalle dividida en 4 pasos. / The use of technology in the sales process makes it possible to significantly improve the service that companies offer to their customers. In this sense, this project consists of designing the architecture of a Management System for the Third Party Sales process. The proposal is based on a Web system for the administrative management of the Third Party Sales process. In general, the objective of the proposal is to reduce the average attention time of our clients by 55% (from 11.3 days to 5 business days) and to make the process visible for its internal management. The first stage focuses on the analysis of the company and the process applying the framework of Zachman and TOGAF, to know the current situation (AS-IS) of the Third Party Sales process and to be able to analyze its problems. Afterwards, opportunities for improvement in the process are identified with the application of technology to later present a solution proposal (TO-BE). The next stage includes the design of the technological proposal, the main input being the software requirements identified by the users, the respective functional and quality architectural drivers are defined. In addition, the architectural styles and concepts that will be part of the solution are established. Finally, the C4 model diagrams will be used to explain the software architecture through a detailed “approximation” divided into 4 steps. / Tesis

Propuesta para la construcción de un sistema web con integración por APIs para la gestión de órdenes de producción de una empresa gráfica

El objeto de estudio del presente proyecto es DA.L.Q. GRAPHIC S.A.C. (Dagoberto Luna Quispe SAC). Empresa especializada en el rubro de impresión gráfica a nivel industrial. La problemática se centra en el proceso de Gestión de Producción y Operaciones en Planta, donde el empleo de herramientas físicas de gestión y actividades manuales son causal de demoras en la atención de los pedidos. Todo esto genera que los clientes reciban mal servicio debido al incumplimiento de fechas de entrega y retrasos (o ausencia) de comunicación del estado de sus pedidos. Nuestra propuesta de solución es un sistema web basado en tecnología Cloud que permite automatizar parte de las operaciones en planta y de, esta forma, agilizar el proceso para que el cliente reciba un mejor servicio. En primer lugar, para realizar el análisis del negocio, se emplea el marco de trabajo Zachman que, bajo su enfoque de arquitectura empresarial, permite analizar los procesos de la empresa desde un nivel macro hasta llegar al foco del problema. En segundo lugar, se realiza el análisis de requerimientos, requisitos y drivers que fueron la base para el planteamiento de la arquitectura de software. Las referencias del marco de trabajo UML y el modelo 4C son de mucha utilidad para el desarrollo de la sección. Finalmente, la guía de buenas prácticas del PMBOK® versión 6 es la base para llevar a cabo el capítulo de gestión del proyecto. / This project is based on DA.L.Q. GRAPHIC SAC. Company specialized in industrial graphic printing service. The main problem is focused on The Production and Plant Operations Management Process, where using physical management tools and manual activities are the cause of delays in orders attention. For this reason, the customers have a bad service feeling, because they cannot check their orders status. The solution proposal is a Cloud based web application that allows automating the process to improve the customer service. First of all, we use The Zachman Framework™ to do the business analysis. Its enterprise architecture let us to analyse the process from a macro level until find the problem origin. In second place, we did the requirement, requisites and drivers analysis, wich were the basis for the architecture proposal. Finally, the PMBOK® guide was the tool for the project management chapter. / Tesis
