Durch die Schaffung von Lernangeboten in der Zivilgesellschaft bietet Service Learning die Möglichkeit, neben der praktischen Erprobung von zuvor theoretisch erworbenem Wissen auch Formen bürgerlichen Engagements erfahrbar werden zu lassen. Auf diese Weise können in der Lehrer_innenbildung Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten vermittelt werden, welche durch den sonst in der universitären Lehramtsausbildung üblichen Lernort Hochschule allein nicht transportiert werden könnten. Der vorliegende Artikel skizziert zwei Fallbeispiele hochschuldidaktischer Praxis der Umsetzung von Service Learning in der ersten Phase der Lehrer_ innenbildung, um dessen potentiellen Mehrwert für die Lehramtsausbildung zu veranschaulichen.

Thesis concerns with the point of protection of those using institutions for dangerous youth against prejudices and negative rating. The protection against prejudices and negative rating is one of the criterions of quality standards of social services in the Czech Republic but also a criterion of the quality measure rating at the same time. This criterion will be probably removed from the czech legislation, therefore the thesis focused on consequences of this change. The first chapter is applied to the protection against prejudices and negative rating from the point of view of the czech legislation. It also describes issue of prejudices and negative rating from the point of view of various scientific disciplines which corncerning with this subject. The second chapter provides a comprehensive overview of activities of institutions for dangerous youth in the Czech Republic. The third chapter reflects request for the protection of those using institutios for dangerous youth against prejudices and negative rating in those institutions. On the basis of this reflection, the point of the mentioned request is set from the point of view of ethics and legal system. Practical issues and factor, entering into this field, are took into consideration in that part too. The protection against prejudices and negative rating is ethically substantiated, but it isn't a good tool for the quality rating of the service, because on its basis, it isn't possible to judge if the service quality is fulfilled or not. The design of the request is in breach of two sections of law about social services. The protection against prejudices and negative rating is closely connected with othe documents concerning with the human rights which have to be fulfilled by the institutions for dangerous youth.It follows that if the request will be removed from the social services standards, it won't disappear completely. The protection against prejudices and negative rating would remain in the awareness of the institution staff, but it is misleading to judge service quality on the basis of the protection.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is the explanation of process of creation a new Conception of Family Policy in perspective of Institutional Analysis and Development Framework by Elinor Ostrom. In particular, data from seven expert interviews, minutes from meetings of the Family Policy Expert Committee and other documents of a legislative and non-legislative nature are used to meet the objectives and answer the research questions. The core of this thesis is the analysis of four action situations and relevant rules-in-use in the process of creation the Conception, namely: creation of the Conception of Family Policy, internal commentary procedure, inter-ministerial commentary procedure and settlement of inter-ministerial commentary procedure. As a key actor, which is permeated by almost every action situation, there is a Family Policy and Aging Policy Department. The Conception was also created in cooperation with Family Policy Expert Committee, which is composed of experts from relevant areas. The paper also briefly summarizes the content and structure of the proposed Conception, taking into account the most important measures. The theme of the diploma thesis is the policy-making process, specifically the process of making of the National Action Plan for Positive Ageing for the Period 2013 - 2017. It's about exploring its creation from the viewpoint of active members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who was discussing it at meetings. The theoretical framework - Multiple Streams Framework deals with the aspect of policy entrepreneurs. Using qualitative, semi-structured interviews and then analysis of qualitative data, it was possible to explore the means, used by policy entrepreneurs to promote their ideas at meetings. This diploma thesis does not only study the creation of an action plan, but also the identification of policy entrepreneurs, through document analysis. After that were analysed primary data from interviews with members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who had been appointed by The Ministry of labour and social affairs. The studied, strategic document is the answer to the demographic ageing phenomenon the population of the Czech Republic.
