Summary Children are especial members of society. Children do not have the self-dependent status that is why they are depending on adults and on created social institutions in country also. Adults are expecting from children certain behavior and relations, which would reflect parents importance to their kids. In that case, when adults are expecting the certain behavior from children, which are inclinable to crime, situation becomes even more complicated. These children are feeling the “pressure” not only from adults, but from society, where all rules and regulations for children have already been existed, also. In the beginning of the year 2003, 802.3 thousand of children lived in Lithuania, which is 23.2% of all population of the country. There is a constant reduction of children and other population also since 1992. Every forth country’s resident is a juvenile, this means the person who doesn’t have 18 years old. Because of financial, social and other reasons the number of waifs, socially and pedagogically abandoned kids are increasing together with their crimes. In 2002 14 – 17 year old juveniles have committed 5.2 thousand of crimes – 14.7% of all crimes that have been solved. Today many scientists are studying the violence problem, but there is not enough attention is paying to the solving the problem of crimes of juveniles.
