Complex rehabilitative care for pre-school children undergoing c urative stays is the care of which the main task is to promote the health of a child as a whole or, if impaired, to bring it back to normal. A child sanatorium is a health care facility providing long-term preventive care for child patients through its complex therapeutic and rehabilitative methods during the child{\crq}s entire curative stay. It strives for reaching the optimum health condition of a child and for the elimination of possible fallouts. Curative stays are recommended by pediatricians. Generally, curative stays are designed for children between 3 and 15 years of age. They are covered by all health insurance companies. The aim of the thesis was to find out the current possibilities of the use of curative stay offers in the Czech Republic and how the offer of such stays is used, specifically in the mountainous climatic conditions. Also, the work aimed at the factors leading to the fact that some children use the curative stays repeatedly. In order to gather the necessary data to define the aim of the thesis, the method of questionnaire was used and the technique of written questionnaire was used to collect the data. The research used parents and other relatives of the pre-school children who at least once participated in the curative stay together with their child or children. The research was conducted at the Child Sanatorium of Javorník in Šumava during the months of January and February 2007. The hypothesis based on the presumption that the opportunity to use the offer of curative stays for pre-school children is influenced mostly by socio-economic factors was not confirmed. It has been detected that the physicians play an important role in this field. The second hypothesis concerning the repetitive use of the curative stays offer as not being directly linked to the curative effect of the previous stays was also not confirmed because the reasons leading the guardian escort to the decision to send the child or children for a repetitive curative stay are directly linked to the fact that the recently undergone stay has helped the health condition of their child or children.

The theme I have chosen for my diploma thesis is named "Usage of the Spa Internet Marketing``. It is focused on the Spa in Hodonín and the results of the marketing research which assignes the great importance to the internet during the process of information and the point-to-point communication with customers. Hodonín Spa is young and modern facilities located in the South Moravia, whose sole owner has been the city of Hodonín since 1993. The Equipment is used to treat the musculoskeletal system, relaxation, and also offers reconditioning wellness stays. The aim of this study is evaluate the current use of the Internet Marketing Spa, its coverage and propose ways to improve in this area. The operational objective is to determine customer satisfaction - self-payers - the internet presentation of the Spa, their attitudes and opinions of the other tools of Internet communication. The basic terms and the Internet Marketing methods are defined in the theorethic section of the diploma. These findings became the basis for a personal interview with a marketing specialist and to define and evaluate the tools of communication of the Spa. The lists of questions were the way used to collect the primary facts about the customer´s satisfaction and their attitude to the www presentation. Consider the finance, personal, technical and other possibillities the Hodonín Spa´s internet activities fulfil the function very well even in the confrontation with other similar facilities. The research results and the Facebook realized advertising campaign on my own found out the improvement ways and the new suggestions of a ppc advertising, an emailing, a sales promotion and social networks. The improvement of effectivity communication with clients was the goal of these suggestions. The Spa´s internet activity is necessary at the present competition time. The Marketing department should adequately reacts on this situation to improve the customer relations.

The main objective of the study is to compare the predictive accuracy of multivariate models, containing macroeconomic information, against Naive models and against disaggregated data models of inflation, which in the recent literature have been successful in overcoming benchmark models for Brazilian inflation. We found evidence that most models with macroeconomic variables have predictive accuracy higher than the traditional benchmark of the literature, the autoregressive model of order 1. There is also evidence regarding the superiority of forecasts generated by the model with greater data disaggregation. In addition, the ranking of model forecasts changes when we change: the loss function, the forecasts horizons, and the time windows used for evaluations. / A presente tese realiza um estudo pseudo tempo real sobre a previsibilidade da inflação brasileira, medida pelo IPCA, utilizando dados de janeiro de 1995 a dezembro de 2015. O principal objetivo do estudo é comparar a acurácia preditiva de modelos multivariados, contendo informações macroeconômicas, contra modelos ingênuos e contra modelos de dados desagregados da inflação, que na literatura recente apresentaram sucesso em superar os modelos benchmarks. Foram encontradas evidências que a maioria dos modelos com variáveis macroeconômicas possuem acurácia preditiva superior ao benchmark tradicional da literatura, o modelo Autorregressivo de ordem 1 (AR(1)). Também há evidências quanto à superioridade de previsões geradas pelo modelo com maior desagregação de dados. Além disso, verifica-se que o ranqueamento das previsões dos modelos se altera quando se alteram: a função de perda, os horizontes de previsão e as janelas de tempo utilizadas para as avaliações.

This thesis is devoted to the spa fashion and clothing in Czechoslovakia, particularly in the years 1924 - 1930. On the basis of sources and comparing the findings from the literature is reflected here penchant for spa clothing in the years 1924-1930 in Poděbrady. The entire work is divided into five sections. The first part focuses on the history of spas in Bohemia and in the context of Europe. The second part of the work attends the idea of the 1st Republic ideal of beauty. In the third section deals with the everyday venerable fashion during the given time. The fourth part introduces the readers to the history of the town, emergence of spa. It also deals with some points of interest about this local spa and, of course with spa advertising. The last part reflects the specific spa dress codes in Poděbrady. The work aims to describe local fashion site of this small town. The work also contains annexes, photographs that illustrate contemporary fashion ambience in provincial spa. The main source for the thesis was the fund of the Spa Poděbrady which is deposited at the Museum of the Labe Region. The present diploma thesis called Speech Therapy as a part of Spa Treatment is about to describe the profession of the speech therapist as a part of a team in rehabilitation programmes. This is also the main objective of the thesis and other sub-objectives are created. One of these is to determine the type of communication ability that is most frequent in these types of facilities. Next sub-objective is identify and describe the methods that are the most used by speech therapist in diagnostics and, last but not least, to attempt to chart the most used therapies. Semi-structured interviews with speech therapist and questionnaires, that were presented to patiens, were used in qualitative research. The research was realized in two spa facilities of the same orientation located in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze comparatively spa tourism in the United States in relation to European countries. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents definitions and characteristics of general terms concerning spa tourism. After that there is approached importance of the spas in the tourism sector and health care. Particular attention is paid to the field of wellness, which is one of the most important components of spa tourism in the US. The practical part presents the characteristics of the United States from the perspective of basic and economic data and subsequently within the particular forms of tourism. The main part of this thesis presents a chapter devoted to the characteristics of spa tourism in the US, where is a briefly presented historical development of the spas, as well as the organizational framework and significant Spa Associations. Subsequent analysis of spa tourism, as well as the wellness area defines on the basis of statistical data the current state of spa tourism and its position in the United States to other countries. The final part presents selected spas in terms of significance of the occurrence of natural healing resources, and also in terms of tourist importance.

Qualidade microbiológica de queijos coloniais sob inspeção higiênico-sanitária comercializados em Porto Alegre

A produção de alimentos inócuos, aptos ao consumo humano, é de extrema importância tanto à saúde pública quanto para atividade econômica. O queijo colonial é tipicamente consumido pela população do Rio Grande do Sul, porém ainda há poucos dados sobre a qualidade microbiológica desse produto. Sendo assim, os objetivos do presente estudo foram: (i) avaliar a qualidade microbiológica de queijos coloniais comercializados em feiras modelo e mercado público de Porto Alegre; (ii) caracterizar as cepas de Staphylococcus aureus e Listeria monocytogenes presentes neste produto quanto a alguns fatores de patogenicidade, resistência e tipificação genotípica. Para tanto, no período de novembro de 2014 a maio de 2015, foram analisadas 205 amostras de queijo colonial inspecionado, compreendendo 17 marcas distintas comercializadas em feiras modelos e no Mercado Público de Porto Alegre. As análises microbiológicas evidenciaram que 47,31% dos queijos estavam não conformes com pelo menos um dos parâmetros microbiológicos estabelecidos na RDC nº12, portanto impróprios ao consumo humano. Com relação à quantificação de coliformes termotolerantes e Staphylococcus coagulase positiva, 10,73% e 40,48% das amostras apresentaram contagens superiores ao limite máximo estabelecido na legislação, respectivamente. Valores acima do padrão aceitável foram observados em 5,85% dos queijos amostrados para ambos os parâmetros. No que diz respeito à pesquisa de Salmonella sp., todas as amostras apresentaram-se em conformidade. Listeria sp. foi detectado em 12,19% dos queijos, dos quais 24% foram classificados como L. monocytogenes, 52% L. inoccua, 16% L. welshimeri/L. seeligeri e 8% L. grayi. / The production of innocuous food, fit for human consumption, is of extreme importance to both public health and economic activity. Colonial cheese is typically consumed by the population of Rio Grande do Sul, but there is still limited data on the microbiological quality of this product. Thus, the objectives of the present study were: (i) to evaluate the microbiological quality of colonial cheeses marketed in model fairs and central market in Porto Alegre; (ii) to characterize Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes strains present in these products according to some pathogenicity and resistance factors as well as to their genotype. Thus, from November 2014 to May 2015, we analyzed 205 samples of colonial cheese, comprising 17 different brands marketed in model fairs and in the Public Market of Porto Alegre. Microbiological analyzes showed that 47.31% of the samples were not compliant with at least one of the microbiological parameters established in RDC nº12, therefore unfit for human consumption. Regarding the quantification of thermotolerant coliforms and Staphylococcus coagulase positive, 10.73% and 40.48% of the samples presented counts higher than the maximum limit established in the legislation, respectively. Values above the acceptable standard were observed in 5.85% of the samples for both parameters. With regard to Salmonella sp., all samples were negative. Listeria sp. was detected in 12.19% of the samples, of which 24% were classified as L. monocytogenes, 52% L. inoccua, 16% L. welshimeri / L. seeligeri and 8% L. grayi. Concomitant isolation of L. monocytogenes and L. inoccua species was observed in one sample. Two samples presented counts of 3.6 NMP.g-1 and 11 NMP.g-1 of Listeria sp.,; in the others, the population found was <3.0 NMP.g-1. Serotyping of L. monocytogenes indicated the presence of serovars 1 / 2a, 1 / 2b and 1 / 2c and the PFGE profile showed five pulse types. The amplification of the nuc gene, confirmed the 83 isolates of Staphylococcus coagulase positive as S. aureus. Regarding the antimicrobial susceptibility profile, all strains were susceptible to cefoxetin, oxacillin and vancomycin. Strains resistant to: penicillin (26.5%) were detected, all of them confirmed as beta-lactamase producers; ciprofloxacin and erythromycin (9.63%); tetracycline (7.22%) and gentamicin (4.81%). Of the total strains, 66.26% were susceptible to all antimicrobials tested, while 6.02% were considered multiresistant. The gene blaZ was detected in 31.32% of the strains. All strains were negative for mecA and lukS-F genes. As for the presence of genes coding for classical SEs, 16.86% amplified some gene being sea and sec the most frequent. From the molecular typing of the 83 strains of S. aureus it was possible to detect 19 different spa types among the 11 brands of cheeses commercialized; the t127 and t002 genotypes were predominant. Three different types of sequences were detected in the four strains of S. aureus selected for typing by the MLST technique performed in silico: ST-133, ST-5 and ST-1. The colonial cheese marketed in model fairs and in the public market of Porto Alegre, was confirmed as a possible carrier of microorganisms that cause DTA. Among these pathogens, the frequency of isolation of L. monocytogenes and, especially, of S. aureus is noteworthy.

The thesis deals with the influence of specific localities on the price of a family house. The introductory part is devoted to defining the basic concepts of work and the characteristics of specific localities within the Czech Republic. The application part opens up the formulation of problems, setting the goals of the thesis solution and the methodology used in the research. From various specific locations that may affect the price of a family house were selected protected landscape areas and spas. Based on these specific territories, cities were selected for market analysis. Using statistical methods, the obtained data set was tested and the influence of a specific location on the price of a family house could be determined from the resulting information.
