Fotochemické reakce přírodních organických látek, změny absorpčních a fluorescenčních charakteristik / Photochemical reactions of natural organic compounds, changes in absorbance and fluorescence spectra

KŘÍŽ, Dalibor January 2009 (has links)
Types of intrinsic fluorophores were characterized in several soil humic and fulvic acid samples and the photochemical stability of the fluoropheres under UV (300 {--} 400 nm) irradiation was tested.

Forenzn analza pdy metodami FTIR a NIR s multivariaÄn analzou / The forensic analysis of soil by FTIR and NIR with multivariate analysis

Nawrath, Pavel January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis is about forensic multivariate soil analysis in the localities Ostrava and Tinec. A total of 52 samples were taken in the areas near metallurgical companies. These samples were measured for concentrations of chromium, manganese, copper, nickel, lead, mercury and zinc. Mercury concentration was analysed using AMA 254 device. The remaining metals were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FâAAS). Additionally, IR spectra were acquired by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) using diffusion reflectance technique (DRIFT). In the end the results were used to create correlation models and statistical models of PCA (principal component analysis) methods with CA (correlation analysis).

Nové materiály pro nelineární optiku - soli a kokrystaly heteroaromatických bází / Novel materials for nonlinear optics - salts and cocrystals of heteroaromatic bases

Kloda, Matouš January 2014 (has links)
The main issue of this master thesis is investigation of new compounds of aminopyrazine and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazine in consideration of their potential usage in the field of nonlinear optics. The focus of this thesis was finishing of characterisation of an adduct of aminopyrazine and boric acid prepared as a part of previous bachelor thesis, as well as preparation of salts and cocrystals combining 3-amino-1,2,4-triazine with selected acids. Prepared materials were characterised mainly by the means of vibrational spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction analysis. Prediction of nonlinear optical properties of selected molecules and interpretation of recorded vibrational spectra was based on quantum chemical calculations. Finally, measurements of second harmonic generation efficiency of selected powder samples were performed.

Využití zoorehabilitace se psem při výuce dětí s poruchami psychického vývoje / The effect of the dog-asissted activity in children disorders of psychological development during education

Schwarzová, Kristýna January 2016 (has links)
The goal of the thesis was to find out if dog´s presence and the targeted work of a child with a dog helps improve children´s attention to teaching and their results. The majority of academic literature shows that dog assisted therapy constitutes a clear benefit for children. However, the research on this topic is still in its infancy and the literature is still relatively limited. The thesis deals with the interactions of a child and a dog, especially in the case of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), specific learning disorders (SPU), and autistic spectrum disorders (PAS). The general conclusion of the existing literature is that animal assisted therapy with the dog helps children with ADHD improve their fine motor skills, increases their attention, decreases aggressiveness, and helps to improve speech disorders. But it is not clear what the impact on other types of disorders is. This thesis first focuses on reviewing the existing literature and its main results that mostly confirm the positive influence of involving the dog in therapy by all observed disorders. The second part of the thesis deals with experimental verification of the hypothesis of a positive influence the dog´s presence and the targeted work of 8 children in the age of 7-9 years from a special school has on attention and behavior in the classroom. Four of the children were diagnosed with ADHD, two with SPU, and two with an autistic spectrum disorder. The experiment was carried out two times a week, and focused on observing the extent of children´s concentration on the given task, calming down, attention while solving the assignments, and reduction of negative physical contacts among observed subjects. The data collection took place during regular classes. Once in a week, the class was preceded by the animal assisted therapy with the dog, which formed the treatment group. The second session in the week was not preceded by any therapy to establish the control group for the experiment. The results verify our hypothesis by revealing the strengthening of the positive influence of teaching on the observed skills of the children. The positive influence of the dog is supported by the fact that the children achieved more success in its presence. However, further research on larger samples and children from other age categories is needed.

Životní příběhy dospívajících s Aspergerovým syndromem / Life stories of adolescents with Asperger syndrome

VORÁČKOVÁ, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is dedicated to the life stories of adolescents with the Asperg syndrome and their problems in particular periods of development. The theoretical part describes every period of development from the prenatal period to the adolescence. In the next part the pervasive development and autistic spectrum defects are described, main focus is aimed to the Asperg syndrome. Subsequently problems of the family where the individual with the autism is involved, leisure time of the members of the family and their socialization are described. Practical chapter consists from the description, analysis and comparison of the problems of three chosen adolescents with Asperg syndrome.

Pedagogická práce s žákem s PAS v běžné školní praxi / Pedagogic work with PAS pupil in common school practise

Pelcová, Zuzana January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis represents inclusive education of a pupil with ASD in a common type of primary school. It deals with the definition of the autism spectrum disorder concept and relates it with the difficulty of educating pupils who have this diagnosis. The thesis describes the adjustment of educational conditions and possible differences in approach of pedagogical staff to these pupils. Attention is further focused on inclusion and its specifics. The practical part of the diploma thesis gathers pedagogical staff opinions on the education of a pupil with ASD and also the strategies which are applied in his education by these members of staff. Qualitative reserach is realized through pedagogical documentation research and through individual interviews with participants of the educational process, especially with teachers and teaching assistants. The aim of the work is to determine the opinion spectrum of pedagogical staff in a common school type towards educating a pupil with ASD. The focus of the work presents interviews and analysis with teachers. Findings based on open coding showed that the education of a pupil with ASD in a common type of primary school is a challenging process for the pedagogical staff, who require better preparation, support and mutual cooperation among the participants....

Vlastnosti slabých meteorů studovaných pomocí videotechniky / Properties of faint meteors studied by video observations

Vojáček, Vlastimil January 2017 (has links)
Parallel double-station video observations paired with spectroscopic video observations are a good way to study millimetre-sized meteoroids. Almost two decades of video observations of meteors at the Ondřejov observatory give us broad database to study large quantities of meteoroids and their properties. In this work we combined spectral video observations and results of the modelling of the fragmentation of meteoroids. Along with complex infor- mation about meteoroid's trajectories and orbits, this can give us better understanding about origin, internal structure etc. of these millimetre-sized interplanetary bodies. Meteoroids that contained small grains tend to release the sodium early. Since there is a smaller amount of sodium for Na depleted meteoroids, the sodium was released earlier than it was released for meteoroids with same grain sizes and without the sodium depletion. Overall, meteoroids with sodium depletion showed different composition: they were composed of stronger material without very small grains and they did not showed very bright wakes. Two iron meteoroids on Halley type orbits were observed. They are probably remnants of complicated early years of our solar system. The dis- tribution of grain sizes of Jupiter-family members was in a good agreements with results from the COSIMA...
