Hilmarová, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusion of children with autism in pre-school education. It describes the concept of autism and its specificities, which can be significantly manifested in the inclusion of children in joint education up to the age of six. It points to the potential pitfalls that can arise in education and training. It explains concepts related to autistic spectrum disorders and discusses in detail the triad of impairments and related issues based on expert opinions. The thesis also shows different approaches and proven procedures for working with children with autism not only in kindergarten, but also for practice in the family. It describes different cognitive styles and other specifics that may arise in connection with autistic spectrum disorders and have a major impact on the child and his surroundings. It also includes personal examples from practice that illustrate the complexity and diversity of working with children with autistic spectrum disorder in kindergarten. In the second part of this work a case study is described, which can also serve as an example of good practice. It describes the class attended by two boys with autism. Part of the case study and a description of the climate detection program in the classroom designed for preschool children. This is...

Strukturované učení ve školní praxi a jeho využití při vzdělávání dětí s poruchou autistického spektra / Structured Teaching in School Practice and its Use in the Education of Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders

Pavlištíková, Alena January 2019 (has links)
The thesis presents structured teaching and its use in classes where children with autism spectrum disorder are educated. The research focuses on how teachers apply the principles of structured learning in the education of individual pupils. Our intention is to link research to practice. We have chosen a qualitative survey to go into the depth of the chosen issue. We start from analyzes of interviews with pedagogical staff. We want to clarify what are the advantages and disadvantages of this method. We are interested in why pedagogical staff recommend structured learning for children with ASDs to teachers, assistants and parents. We want to pass on the research experience to other teachers for further use in their daily practice. KEYWORDS Autism spectrum disorder, structured teaching, individual approach, education, classroom

Mean Wind and Turbulence Conditions in the Boundary Layer above Forests

Arnqvist, Johan January 2015 (has links)
As wind turbines have grown, new installation areas become possible. Placing wind turbines in forested landscapes introduce uncertainties to the wind resource estimation. Even though close-to-canopy processes have been studied intensively during the last thirty years, the focus has mostly been on exchange processes and the height span of the studies has been below the rotor of a modern wind turbine. This thesis contains analysis of new measurements from a 138 m high tower in a forested landscape. The previous knowledge of near-canopy processes is extended to the region above the roughness sublayer. It is shown that above the roughness sublayer, the surface layer behaves as over low vegetation, and Monin-Obukhov similarity is shown to hold for several variables. However, in stable stratification, effects that could be linked to the boundary layer depth are shown to be present in the measurements. These include wind turning with height, the behaviour of the turbulence length scale and the curvature of the wind profile. Two new analytical models are presented in the thesis. One is a flux-profile expression in the roughness sublayer, which allows for analytical integration of the wind gradient. The model suggests that the roughness-sublayer effect depends on stratification and that the aerodynamic roughness length changes with stability. A decrease of roughness length in stable stratification is confirmed with a new method to determine the roughness length using measurements from the 138 m tower. The other model determines the spectral tensor in stable stratification using analytical solution to the rapid distortion equations for stratified shear flow, with homogeneous stratification and shear. By using a formulation for the integration time of the distortions of an isotropic spectrum, a model is derived which provides the cross spectra of velocity and temperature at any two given points in space. Finally the existence of waves in the wind over forests is investigated and it is concluded that the Kelvin-Helmholtz instability can create waves which are coherent in time and exist over the entire height span of wind turbine rotors. Linear wave theory is shown to be able to explain certain features of the waves. / Vindforsk III, Wind power in forests / Vindforsk IV, Forest wind

Úprava, ověření, standardizace a vydání elektronické podoby screeningového dotazníku Dětské autistické chování (DACH) / Editing, validation, standardization and preparation for publication of electronic version of an screening diagnostic questionnaire DACH

Šporclová, Veronika January 2016 (has links)
The questionnaire DACH was created within the pilot survey of the dissertation project of PhDr. Kateřina Thorová, Ph.D. Since it was put into practice, the questionnaire has become a relatively common tool used in the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders. The theoretical section of my dissertation introduces the reader to the wider context of Autism Spectrum Disorders - from ethiology to treatment (therapy). The empirical section then focuses on editing, validation and standardization of the DACH questionnaire created by Thorová. Empirical testing of the DACH was conducted on a sample of 240 people. Statistical analysis of the collected data demonstrated a relatively high level of reliability, sensitivity and specificity of the method, along with a high predictive value of positive results. The correlation between the questionnaire results and the results of the diagnostic assessment with the use of the methods of the "golden standard" for autism was lower, but can be considered as satisfactory. The main goal of my dissertation is to develop a standardized Czech method for screening early symptoms of autism in children. For wider access of the practical applications of this project, an electronic version of the DACH questionnaire is available, including scoring and general recommendations. The...

Potřeby neformálně pečujících o dítě s poruchami autistického spektra / The needs of informally carers for a child with autism spectrum disorders

Lejčková, Michaela January 2021 (has links)
(in English): The topic of the diploma thesis is the needs of people who informally take care of their close autism spectrum disorders. The aim of the work is to find out whether informal carers are systematically disadvantaged, whether the current system of help and support for these people is sufficient, accessible and clear and what would work differently from the point of view of these people to continue caring for their loved ones in the natural environment. The work defines the basic concepts, describes the specific care of people with autism spectrum disorders. It also presents available services and support for these informal carers and performs at some systemic disadvantage of these people. The practical part of the work contains a quality survey with informally caring people. This survey can show the specific needs of these people, how to change these personal orientations in the system of services and support, what from their point of view it would be good to do differently, what would help them situation, from the beginning of caring for a loved one with autism spectrum disorders. All this focuses on informally caring people from the Central Bohemian Region and Prague.
