The Spiritual Dimension in the Films of Evald Schorm thesis deals with the creation of the director as viewed from the perspective of the theological hermeneutics and christian ethics. It is based on analysis of intertextual references, biblical themes and Christian symbolism, with an emphasis on the specifics of their integration into the author's creative concept and socio - political context. The introductory chapter provides insight into the issue of spirituality and spiritual dimension in Czech Film in 1960' and defines the creation of the period in terms of intertextuality, moral- ethical and formal aspect, thus creating three groups of films designated as biblical, sacred and spiritual. The core of the thesis is the interpretation of the Passion narratives set in films The Parson's End and The Seventh Day, the Eighth Night, as well as interpretations of characters from movies The Tourist, The Every Day Courage and The Return of the Prodigal Son, which are in the spirit of theological hermeneutics compared with the biblical type of Christ. The latter film is confronted with the biblical story of the same name. The subject of this work is to describe czech mountains as a qualitatively different phenomenon from most of the other territory of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters outline the theoretical background and methodology. On the basis of this methodology, the other two chapters analyse the landscape of the Bohemian Forest on three levels: natural, cultural and symbolic. Este estudo teve como objetivos identificar o significado da dimensão espiritual no cuidado para a equipe de Enfermagem da UTI, verificar os meios pelos quais a equipe identifica a dimensão espiritual do cuidado, verificar se existe relação, na percepção dos profissionais de Enfermagem, entre a expressão da comunicação interpessoal e a identificação das necessidades espirituais dos pacientes e verificar se os valores de espiritualidade interferem no processo de cuidar. Foram adotados como referenciais a Teoria do Cuidado Transpessoal e os fundamentos da Comunicação Interpessoal. Tratou-se de um estudo descritivo-exploratório e a coleta de dados se deu a partir de entrevista semi-estruturada, com trinta e quatro profissionais da equipe de Enfermagem de um hospital público de grande porte do município de São Paulo. A análise de conteúdo e a observação de sinais não-verbais foram os referenciais metodológicos utilizados para o tratamento dos dados. Após seguir os passos preconizados pelo método adotado para análise dos discursos, emergiram as seguintes categorias de análise: a dimensão espiritual e seus significados, composta pelas subcategorias: fé e crença religiosa; crença em uma Força/Poder Superior; bem-estar espiritual e atributo do espírito. A segunda categoria foi nomeada: formas de percepção das necessidades espirituais e necessidades religiosas dos pacientes, dividida nas subcategorias: o verbal; o não-verbal; a família e o Histórico de Enfermagem. Uma terceira categoria pôde ser identificada no sentido de expressar a relação entre a comunicação interpessoal e a identificação das necessidades espirituais, cujas subcategorias pertencentes são: relação mecanicista; relação verbal e a relação não-verbal. Por fim, a última categoria emergente foi denominada: entre o vínculo e o conflito: a influência de valores no cuidado ao paciente gravemente enfermo, subdividida em: os valores religiosos e os valores bioéticos. Este estudo concluiu que a multiplicidade de significados fez relação direta com o cuidado prestado ao paciente e são preditivos das condições emocionais dos próprios funcionários, por interferirem nas relações de empatia e em suas questões existenciais. Evidenciou ainda a influência do significado religioso no acesso à dimensão espiritual dos pacientes. Também demonstrou que o mecanicismo cotidiano e as relações verbais podem influenciar negativamente na identificação das necessidades espirituais dos pacientes e que os profissionais pouco ou nada conheciam sobre a influência das expressões não-verbais no acesso à dimensão espiritual dos pacientes. Os valores de espiritualidade pouco apareceram nos discursos dos profissionais, sendo detectadas a influência de valores religiosos e bioéticos, onde estes foram geradores de situações ambíguas de vínculo e conflito. Por fim, o estudo concluiu que a Teoria do Cuidado Transpessoal associada aos pressupostos da comunicação não-verbal aparenta ser um importante veículo orientador para a prática espiritual na Enfermagem / This study aimed to identify the significance of Spiritual Dimension in caring for Intensive Care Unit Nursing staff, check the means by which nursing staff identifies the Spiritual Dimension of care, verify if there is relationship on the perception of professional nursing, between expression of interpersonal communication and identifying the spiritual needs of patients, and verify if the values of spirituality interfere in caring process. This was a descriptive- exploratory study, and collecting data occurred by half-structured interviews among thirty-four ICU nursing professionals of a large public hospital from São Paulo city, Brazil. The content analysis and observation of non-verbal signals were the reference methodology used for speeches treatment. Following the steps recommended by the methods adopteds for analysis of speeches, emerged the following categories of analysis: Spiritual Dimension and their meanings, made by subcategories: Faith and religion, belief in a Force/Higher Power; Spiritual Well-being and Spirit\'s attribute. The second category was nominated: Forms of perception of spiritual and religious patients needs, divided into subcategories: the verbal and the non-verbal, the family and Historical of Nursing. A third category could be identified in order to express the relationship between interpersonal communication and the identification fo spiritual needs, which are owned subcategories: mechanistic relationship; verbal and non-verbal relationship. Finally, the last category was denomied: between the bond and conflict: the influence of values in caring to critical patient, subdivided into: the religious values and bioethical values. This study found that multiplicity of meanings has direct influence on care provided to patients and are predictive on nursing emotional conditions for interfering in empathy relations in their existential issues. also evidented, the influence of religious is significance in patients spiritual dimension access. also it showed that mechanicism and verbal relationships may adversely affect the identification of patients spiritual needs and the professionals little or nothing knew about the influence of non-verbal expressions in access to patients spiritual dimension. Had the following questions: how nurses from primary health care in the municipality of Conde-PB understand spirituality and how do they relate to the integrality? How nurses provide spiritual care facing the demands of the users, considering the spiritual context of ethnic groups and mestizos in the municipality '. The objective was to analyze the understanding of nurses about the spirituality, into care production in the perspective of completeness. Were interviewed, following the method of thematic oral history, seven nurses. The data analysis was made for two modes simultaneously, because they interpenetrate and complete. First, narratives transcriadas were presented in textual form. Then, based on the literature, the analysis was performed on three themes: spirituality in the view of the basic health care nurses; spirituality in the care production of the spiritual dimension, and spirituality as a theoretical framework for health promotion in the context of the right to diversity of religious practicese and ethnic equity. The theoretical framework used was Frankl, Foucault, Solomon, Boff, Gadamer, Pine, Light, among others. The narratives revealed that nurses comprise predominantly spirituality expressed by beliefs in the Judeo-Christian traditions. Only some of them have shown visions that came from other types of spirituality: streamlined, energy and liberating. The narratives also indicated that all nurses recognize the relationship between spirituality, wholeness and humanity; personal beliefs that support the production of care in times of crises of their clients. However, even claiming not to have received preparation to take care of the spiritual dimension, they identify behaviors manifestations of spiritual needs. Indeed, the narrative speeches showed that the respondents do not value the domestic practices of spirituality of african descent and indigenous roots used by users in search of health. We consider it essential, both in undergraduate education and in continuing education for nurses, seizing conceptions of spirituality and issues related to the right to the diversity of religious practices and freedom of religion not by choice. / Este trabalho foi desenvolvido no curso de mestrado em ciências das religiões da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), na cidade de João Pessoa-PB, nos anos de 2011 e 2012. Teve as seguintes indagações: Como os enfermeiros da atenção básica à saúde do município do Conde-PB compreendem a espiritualidade e a relaciona com a integralidade? Como os enfermeiros prestam cuidados frente as demandas espirituais dos usuários, levando em conta o contexto espiritual dos grupos étnicos e de mestiços existentes no município?. O objetivo foi analisar a compreensão de enfermeiros acerca da espiritualidade, na produção do cuidado perspectiva integralidade. Foram entrevistadas, seguindo o método de história oral temática, sete enfermeiras. A análise dos dados obtidos se deu por dois modos simultâneos, por se interpenetrarem e se completarem. Primeiro, as narrativas transcriadas foram apresentadas em forma textual. Depois, à luz da literatura, foi realizada a análise em três temáticas: espiritualidade na visão de enfermeiros da atenção básica à saúde; espiritualidade na produção de cuidado da dimensão espiritual; e espiritualidade como referencial teórico na promoção da saúde direito à diversidade de práticas religiosas e equidade étnica . O referencial teórico utilizado foi de Frankl, Foucault, Solomon, Boff, Gadamer, Pinheiro, Luz, dentre outros. As narrativas evidenciaram que as enfermeiras predominantemente compreendem a espiritualidade expressa pelas crenças nas tradições judaico-cristã. Apenas algumas delas demonstraram visões que se aproximaram de outros tipos de espiritualidade: racionalizada, energética e libertadora. As narrativas ainda apontaram que todas as enfermeiras reconhecem a relação existente entre espiritualidade, integralidade e humanização; que as suas crenças pessoais as apoiam na produção de cuidado nos momentos de crises de seus clientes. No entanto, mesmo afirmando não ter recebido preparo para cuidar da dimensão espiritual, elas identificam manifestações de comportamentos de necessidades espirituais. Com efeito, os discursos narrativos mostraram que as entrevistadas não valorizam as práticas domésticas de espiritualidade de raízes indígenas e afrodescendentes utilizadas pelos usuários na busca de saúde. Consideramos ser indispensável, tanto no ensino de graduação como na educação permanente dos enfermeiros, a apreensão de concepções de espiritualidade e das questões relacionadas ao direito à diversidade de práticas religiosas e a liberdade da não opção por religião.

The thesis deals with investigation of activities of Catholic sports association Czechoslovak Eagle from the beginning of the century to the Second World War. It describes its history and explains its most important activity with reference to the activities in South Bohemia, in particular in Jindřichův Hradec and Třeboň. It explains the aims of its work as well as the historical value with reference to particular examples. Its how is the main meaning in connection of spirituality and materialism. The first part describes the history of Czechoslovak Eagle, its foundation, organization, and, its most interesting historical moments. The second part describes its activities in the region of South Bohemia. The third part sets the Eagle's work in Třeboň into the historical context. The fourth does the same with the Eagle's work in Jindřichův Hradec.

Master's thesis called Spiritual needs in people with cerebral palsy and their saturation in social care focuses on expressing spirituality in people with cerebral palsy (CP) and studies what the spiritual needs may be and if personal care assistants (PCAs) can help to fulfil clients' spiritual needs. The theoretical part shows the issues of CP and the view to people with this disability, with the emphasis to the options of their participation for life in society. It deals with the topic of spirituality and spiritual dimension as one of many dimensions of human personality. After presenting several important theories of needs it continuous with the role of PCAs and their role in fulfilling the clients' spiritual needs. The practical part proceeds from the combination of quantitative and qualitative research; from a questionnaire inquiring the expressiveness of the spirituality and its sharing with PCAs, and interviews seven people with CP inquiring their spiritual needs and possibilities of their fulfilling by PCAs. The results show concrete and stronger spirituality expressing in people with CP than in major population and that the spiritual needs come out from their live situation.
