Pohybové programy pro ovlivnění tělesného složení a tělesné zdatnosti seniorů / Motion programmes to influence body composition and physical fitness of seniorsHráský, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
In this work we focused on the application of physical activity, which aimed to reduce the negative impact of physical deprivation and associated functional and structural changes in the musculoskeletal system. The principal criterion was the diagnosis of the organ systems of the locomotor system, focusing on the muscular system. The subsequent application of appropriate forms of exercise intervention was designed to mitigate the effects of the aging process and functional changes in the body of the senior individual. Finally, we wanted to assess the impact of changes in body composition in its own self- sufficiency and independence of older people and the quality of life of older people in terms of physical and psychosocial aspects. The most significant is the loss of muscle mass, sarcopenia development, increase fat mass with frequent reductions in body weight. The focus of our work and its specific purpose is to clarify the influence of the applied physical interventions. To assess changes in body composition are needed for our work used the method of multi Bioanalysis. Results in body composition in older adults have been evaluated and intra-individual measured data were compared with the general senior population. Kinesiology testing shortened muscle groups was carried out repeatedly to reduce...

Rawls versus Nozick: Teorie spravedlnosti jako slušnosti, a nebo oprávnění / Rawls versus Nozick: Theory of Justice as Fairness, or EntitlementPILNÁ, Martina January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with the different concepts of justice that are presented by works of John Rawls and Robert Nozick. Seeing that they are liberal authors, the first chapter is devoted to liberalism and its forms. Rawls is presented as a supporter of modern liberalism and Nozick is presented as a representative of classical liberalism, concretely libertarianism. The second chapter discusses how both authors describe natural state. The third chapter is devoted to it how Rawls and Nozick talk about conception of liberty. The following chapter describes and compares their theories of justice: justice as fairness and justice as entitlement. The fifth chapter deals with the final reflection on the theories of both authors. There are presented various reactions and interpretations of the mentioned theories. At the same time, there is shown considerable asset of Rawls?s Theory of Justice and Nozick?s Anarchy, State and Utopia which both influenced political-philosophical discussion.

Připravenost příslušníků a civilních zaměstnanců Vězeňské služby České republiky na mimořádnou událost v Jihočeském kraji / Preparedness members and employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic to incidents in South regionVLAS, Vlastimil January 2013 (has links)
The choice of the topic Readiness of members and civilian employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic to the emergency in the South Bohemian Region for my thesis was my independent decision. This choice was entirely deliberate, since this service is also incorporated into the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). However the active service of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic in case of emergency can be very specific. The Prison Service of the Czech Republic may be according to Act No. 239/2000 Coll., on the Integrated Rescue System, used to deal with emergencies. It is incorporated among the other IRS bodies. All these bodies can be deployed to deal with emergencies, but only on condition of a written contract for the assistance. Usable forces and resources of the body must be known. Based on these facts I defined following objectives of the thesis: ? analysis of readiness of members and civilian employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic to the emergency in the South Bohemian Region, ? detection of methods, possibilities and conditions of use of the Prison Service in this context, ? training materials design for members and civilian employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. There were also these two hypotheses tested: ? members and civilian employees are adequately trained and are ready to deal with emergencies, ? the Prison Service of the Czech Republic can be fully utilized for an active service in the solution of emergencies. If we focus on the first goal of my work, I have prepared an anonymous questionnaire containing eight questions to adequately analyse readiness. These questionnaires were distributed to all members and civilian employees of PS in South Bohemian Region. I would be able to confirm or refute the first hypothesis on the basis of these results. I could evaluate executed analysis on the basis of the obtained information and comment on the first hypothesis. The maximum number of points in the questionnaire was set for 24. The average score was between 19 to 20 points. It can be concluded that members and civilian employees are adequately trained, and the first hypothesis was confirmed. To be able to evaluate the second hypothesis, I had to perform historical analysis and due to this analysis I concluded that the second hypothesis can be confirmed only partially. The hypothesis was related to the possibility of deploying members and employees of PS on the incident. The historical analysis shows that this body was deployed in the past, however its forces and resources were not represented by members or civilians, but crews of convicted persons. This way of utilization was repeated and it could be said that the deployment of work crews is successful, so I concluded that the second hypothesis was confirmed, but only partially. The Prison Service is fully usable for dealing with emergencies, but its forces and resources are constituted mainly of work crews of convicted persons. If we focus on the legislation determining the use, communication or coordination of this body with the municipal authorities, this is provided only by contract for the assistance. I tried to design a document, how such contract for the assistance could look like. The next chapter outlines the information that could be used as a guide for the decision into what area and what depth members and civilian employees should be trained. Members and civilian employees are annually trained in this matter by the appropriate employee of PS. All objectives of the thesis have been met and are completed by own opinion of the author.

Aspekt ve verbonominálním predikátu s kategoriálním slovesem / Aspect in French Light Verb ConstructionsVENUŠOVÁ, Alena January 2018 (has links)
The dissertation deals with aspect in light verb constructions in French (LVCs). Light verb predicates such as faire du doublage, faire une découverte, and donner un conseil, constitute a specific kind of verb-noun construction recognizable by two transformational tests i.e., the cancellation test and the argument co-reference test. From the aspectual point of view, there are three parameters to be recognized: the lexical aspect (states, processes, events), grammatical aspect (perfectivity, imperfectivity), and aktionsart (quantity, quality, and phase of action). Being the semantical root of LVCs, the predicative noun is a starting point for aspectual analysis, nevertheless this aspectual interpretation is drawn from the whole sentence and takes account of the whole LVC, as well as of other aspectually relevant components (aspect shifting and aspectual composition). The objective of the research is to clarify the aspectual properties of the predicative noun and examine whether and how the principle of lexical aspect shifting is applied in the context of LCVs with a focus on the role of semantics (creation, motion containing a goal destination), of the predicative noun's complement (its quantization and cumulativity), countability, and determination of the predicative noun. It is observed that countability marked by articles has a crucial effect on the interpretation of the lexical aspect and aktionsart (faire un saut - sauter une fois, faire un emballage - emballer un cadeau, *emballer une fois). The research is based upon a systematic use of real corpora contexts (InterCorp 2018, FrWac, araneum), French lexicon-grammar data (Maurice Gross and his colleagues), and native-speaker competence.

Zdravotní stav populací neolitu a eneolitu na základě studia kosterního materiálu z Čech / Health Status of neolithic and eneolithic populations based on study of the skeletal material from BohemiaShbat, Andrej January 2013 (has links)
There were used human skeletal remains from eight Older and Late Eneolithic burial sites from Bohemia to set their health status. I used remains of 307 individuals. Paleodemography analysis of cemeteries and cultures was made. There were shown possible modifications of life table values based on experiment with modern population values. During paleoepidemiological analysis I described the most important categories of pathological findings. The results of analysis were used to make comparisons between themselves and with individuals from the Moravian cemetery of Bell Beaker Culture from Hoštice I za Hanou. An unexpected result was the statistically significant difference in the height of Bohemian and Moravian population of Bell Beaker Culture. Male individuals of Funnel Beaker Culture had the lowest height of all. There were found only two congenital anomalies, plagiocephalia and Klippel-Feil syndrome (fused cervical vertebrae). X-ray images were made of the most important findings for better diagnosis. Except the classic categories of pathologies I detected two cases of hyperostosis frontalis interna, both females from a burial site of Corded Ware Culture in Vikletice. In five cases were found osteoplastic growth on the visceral surface of the ribs of individuals of Bell Beaker Culture from...

Inzulínová rezistence a postprandiální stav u diabetu 2. typu. Vliv frekvence a složení jídel na metabolismus glukózy a další projevy metabolického syndromu / Insulin resistance and postprandial state in type 2 diabetes. The effect of meal frequency and composition on glucose metabolism and other manifestations of the metabolic syndromeThieme, Lenka January 2017 (has links)
The project focuses on dietary interventions in type 2 diabetes(T2D). The aim was to investigate how glucose metabolism and other manifestations of insulin resistance should be influenced by a) the composition of macronutrients and b) frequency of meals; and to characterize the possible mechanisms of these dietary interventions in patients with T2D. A. In a randomized crossover study, 50 patients T2D and 50 age-matched healthy subjects underwent in a random order meal tolerance tests with three isocaloric meals (vegan sandwich; V-meal, hamburger; M-meal, or cheese sandwich; S-meal. Blood samples for analysis were taken at time 0 and after 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes after meal ingestion. Plasma concentrations of plasma glucose, insulin, C-peptide, lipids, oxidative stress markers and gastrointestinal hormones (GIHs) were investigated. Both basal and postprandial plasma concentrations of glucose and insulin were significantly higher in patients with T2D (p<0.001); basal and postprandial concentrations of almost all other GIHs (except for ghrelin) and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were significantly increased (p<0.001), while ascorbic acid, reduced glutathione and superoxide dismutase activity were decreased in patients with T2D compared to healthy controls (p<0.001). The meal rich...

Analýza strojního zařízení jako prvku nehodového systému v oblasti provozu silničních motorových vozidel. / Analysis of the machinery as a component of the accident system in the area of traffic operations of self-propelled motor vehiclesSLUKA, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The theme of this student thesis is {\clq}qAnalysis of the machinery as a component of the accident system in the area of traffic operations of self-propelled motor vehicles``. It deals with problems of traffic and main causes of deaths and injuries in road accidents, and proposes a possibility of their elimination. The solution is based on the fact that most of the road accidents are caused by drivers themselves who don´t pay enough attention by driving or their behaviour behind the wheel isn´t sufficient. The proposed solution is supposed to monitor the traffic in real time and in co-operation with specially-designed program installed in the electronic control unit of the vehicle it´s able to notify the driver of dangers around him. The system is also able to dynamically control the traffic in order to prevent traffic-jams, accidents on pedestrian crossings, etc. As a result of system implementation the author estimates rapid decrease in fatal road accidents, serious injuries and physical damages.

Návrh metodiky pro hodnocení nákladové přiměřenosti v rámci dosažení dobrého stavu vodních útvarů / A suggestion of methodology for assessment of cost proportionality to achieve good status of water bodiesHekrle, Marek January 2014 (has links)
The EU Water Framework Directive (Directive 2000/60 EC) provides numerous requirements, including achievement of good status of all water bodies by 2015. However, meeting this environmental target brings substantial costs. In justified cases, member states may request an extension of the deadline based on disproportionality of costs of meeting the WFD requirements. Definition of disproportionate costs must be based on economic analysis and on the WFD general requirements. This thesis provides a review of proportionate costs in the context of the WFD, identifies main requirements for its practical definition as an exemption and provides a review of foreign methodical approaches to define cost proportionality. It is clear that the Cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and the Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) are most commonly used methods to determine the cost proportionality treshold. This thesis discuss the relevance of these methods to define cost proportionality to reach good status of water bodies. The thesis also provides methodology to assess cost proportionality based on modified CBA and analyses ecosystem services of water bodies. In addition, the thesis points out the methodological complications and uncertainties of suggested methodology. Main methodological issues are connected with definition of right scale of analysis and synergy effects of measures, analysis of costs and definition of suitable measures and analysis of benefits and quantification of ecosystem services of water bodies.
