This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a real cultural monument in Fulnek. It is a four-winged object with almost rectangular atrium. The main subject of the diploma thesis is the change in the use of the building and the proposals for remediation of damp walls. Knurr's palace has three above-ground floors and is non-decked, covered by a classic shell with fiber cement. The use of the object is mainly designed as a civic amenities, now the building is not used. The building is located in close proximity to the slope and the building is adjacent to the building. The project is solved at the level of the documentation for construction.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a draft of a mountain holiday resort. The building is three-story, semi-basement and with one above-ground floor and attic. There are employee utility rooms and two social rooms with a bar in the basement. Five apartments with own bathroom and kitchenette are built in the two above-ground floors. The building is designed to be made of ceramic and concrete blocks with additional thermal insulation. The roof of the building is saddle with saddle dormers. The land for this new building is situated on a sloping terrain and is located in the western part of Modrava village. The thesis contains a documentary and drawing part and is processed as documentation for the execution of the construction.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the amount of economic rent for an apartment building in Jindřichův Hradec. Firstly, there is calculated the amount of the running coasts of the apartment house. As follows, the market survey in Jindřichův Hradec reveals the amount of rent in apartments of different sizes and dispositions. From the stated values it is determined the economic rent, which is compared with the real amount of the rent obtained by the owner of the apartment house.

At the end, it is described how to use current pricing system for budgeting in the BIM environment.

This diploma thesis focuses on processing and data collecting for the use of creating functional 3D informating model that we call BIM (Building Information Modelling) which is getting more and more attention throughout building industry and it is used by all of the participants in the industry from designers and architects to those who are dealing with building installations. This process is slowly getting into legislations of many countries including Czechia. The thesis is divided into two parts where one of them is describing the Building Information Modeling in general and the other part is describing the work which is behind the colleting good data which is needed when making the 3D documentation in Revit software which is wildly used for designing building constructions. Practical part of the land surveyor´s work is devided here into two parts where one of them is dedicated to collecting data by laser scanning process, GNSS and measuring by total station and levelling machine. Second part focuses on the description of the data processing in order to make 3D model. The example of the output production data is the BIM 3D model of the family house in selected level of detail and besides that we also have the visualization of both interior and exterior and 2D simplified building documentations.

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction of the new building boarding house with a wine cellar near the recreation area Leopoldov, the local Městyse Buchlovice. Due to the location near the attractive location with a rich tradition of folklore object at the same time offers space for a presentation and wine tasting for the public, with the possibility of organizing smaller events. For added convenience, the services offered includes the construction of a total capacity of 48 beds. The total required capacity are dealt with in two separate buildings of rectangular plan in mutually perpendicular arrangement. The visible design of both buildings respects the landscape and sensitive integration of the building into the surrounding buildings. SO-01 Wineries Object wineries (production 60.000l/rok) with a wine cellar for the production, storage and presentation of wine products, a lounge for 48 people and an accommodation for 10 persons.The building is brick, single-storey, basement, covered with a wooden roof truss attic, partially flat grass roof.
