Vliv architektonického konceptu na potřebu tepla na vytápění energeticky úsporných budov pro bydlení. / Impact of the architectural concept on the energy consumption of heating of the energy-saving residential buildings

Křeček, David January 2012 (has links)
Human efforts to increase their comfort rise in density of population in congested city areas, rapid growth of traffic and electric smog created due to constantly transforming communication technologies all resulted in an increase of stress in the immediate human environment. All of this, along with frequent reports about changes in global climate, gradually contributes to an alteration of thinking of the whole society, which is forced to face the consequences of economic damages caused by climatic changes. If we want to tenably assert adequate economic and social living conditions, we have to approach the natural environment in a more profound way. In accordance with the trend of substantional development for the purpose of enhancement of the quality of the living environment in the field of building industry, it is logical to concentrate on buildings, which are conceptually focused on saving of the energy. That is on energy-efficient houses. Pathway to sustainable building is not based on discovering one or several multipurpose technological solutions, but on usage of new designing principles, new materials and methods of processing them as well as new techniques of construction. For an effective creation of a building concept it is essential to have that kind of device which quickly responds to changes performed on a design, enables an easier work on variants and produces the most accurate results. Consistent application of energy optimizing methods is necessary particularly for designs of energy saving houses. Beginning efficient building design is the most “abstract factor of concept linked with very uncertain inputs,” because a lot of parameters in that moment is still unknown. Many mutually connected factors are invoked during designing passive house e.g. trajectory of the sun and the shielding effect of the surroundings, the aspect of sunlight and interior lighting, power quality construction, etc. Currently, the architect has no choice, he can use only well-known precepts, such as large windows are facing the South not the North. Unfortunately this "empirical formula" for the design of a real passive house is not enough. And yet the first draft of the house is most affected by not only its shape, form, but user´s comfortable, cost, feasibility and future energy behavior of buildings and related operating costs of the house too. It is obvious that this stage should not be underestimated, because “minor variation of the initial inputs greatly influence the outcomes.” With this reasoning, the work focuses on early stage design decision, i.e. the architectural concept of a passive house (an idea, vision). Therefore the aim of this work is to simplify the issue into understandable form, i.e. the creation of relatively simple and illustrative sketches, which generalize the issue satisfactorily, show the individual parameters (glazing, shading, shape, size, etc.) and change need of heat for heating passive house. The results of the work will be useful when the architect picks up the pencil and starts to think about his future house. At this point, he will have on hand sketches, which give him an idea and streamline his further design. Therefore the main goal is to create new outcomes and identify energy behaviour of buildings with a computational tool. This research works with virtual idealized mathematical model in the software PHPP 2007 CZ and uses "phenomenon" of parametric equations and sensitivity analysis.

SNIŽOVÁNÍ HODNOTY STAVENIŠTNÍHO HLUKU POMOCÍ MODELOVÁNÍ VÝROBNÍHO PROSTORU STAVBY A ÚPRAV TECHNOLOGICKÝCH POSTUPŮ PŘI VÝSTAVBĚ / REDUCING THE VALUE OF CONSTRUCTION NOISE BY MODELING THE PRODUCTION AREA OF CONSTRUCTION SITE AND BY ADJUSTING THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCEDURES DURING CONSTRUCTION

Kantová, Radka Unknown Date (has links)
This doctoral thesis focuses on noise generated during construction. It defines the legislative and physical aspects of this topic. It determines heavy machinery as noise source and categorizes them by their usage in construction technologies. It collects source data of the machinery noises which can be further used in prognostic models. It analyses the level of construction noise which can impact the nearby residential areas and offers methodology for modelling and designing the possible arrangements for the noise reduction. It defines partial effects of the construction site which are significant for the noise spreading. It establishes their role in the value of acoustic pressure level of the noise affecting the façade of the considered building. With the data collection and with case study verification it offers a prepared work tool which can be easily used to predict noise levels on construction sites and can be applied in the early constructions preparations. The structure of this thesis is planned for possible usage as university textbook or study support.

Právo stavby a jiné možnosti postavit dům na cizím pozemku / Usufructuary right of building and other ways of erecting house on the land of another

Buchar, Jan January 2015 (has links)
Usufructuary right of building and other ways of erecting house on the land of another The purpose of this thesis is to analyse comprehensively the institute of usufructuary right of building and other ways of erecting house on the land of another. Other legal institutes that can be used to set up home on a foreign land are easements, lease, usufructuary lease, precarious loan and loan for use. The Civil Code, after more than sixty years, is returning to the superficial principle, with which is the usufructuary right of building inherently connected and which represents an exception from that principle. Thesis is divided into four parts. The largest is the first part, which deals with the usufructuary right of building. The second part is devoted to other institutes, which enable the establishment of a house on a foreign land. The third part is the comparison of the usufructuary right of building with other institutes. The fourth part focuses on the usufructuary right of building legislation abroad. The focus of this thesis is in the first part, which consists of nine chapters. The first chapter defines the basic concepts and institutes related to the usufructuary right of building. The second chapter describes the history of the usufructuary right of building. The third to the seventh chapter...

Právo stavby v českém a francouzském právu / Superficial Right of Construction in Czech and French Law

Srbová, Alena January 2016 (has links)
PRÁVO STAVBY V ČESKÉM A FRANCOUZSKÉM PRÁVU, 2015 Abstract (English) Superficial Right of Construction in Czech and French Law The Superficial Right of Construction is one of the new institutions of civil law after the entry into force of the new Czech Civil Code on January 1st , 2014. But the institute is not quite unknown to Czech law, because it was a part of it until 1964. This fact enables to compare the current legislation with the previous provisions and to follow up the development of the explored institute's concept, both in terms of the shift of its nature from public to private, as well as of its content. It is also possible to identify the characteristics of "new" Czech Superficial Right of Construction which reflect not only the development of law in the last fifty years in general, but also of a similar institute in other (European) countries. One of such an institute is undoubtedly French bail à construction, existing since 1964 which seems appropriate for comparison with Czech Superficial Right of Construction mainly due to its continual development and a fairly frequent practice use in its home country. Apart from the relation of Superficial Right of Construction to the Roman principle superficies solo cedit, identification of the expression and legal nature of the institute, excursion into...

Výzdoba pražské obytné budovy od šedesátých let 19. století do první světové války / Decoration of Prague Residential Buildings from the sixties of the 19th Century until World War 1

Šámal, Petr January 2015 (has links)
Dissertation work called Decoration of Prague Residential Buildings from the sixties of the 19th Century until World War I is devoted to sculptures and paintings of buildings, primarily serving for residential purposes. Residential aspect in this work is chosen to express difference from public buildings. City of Prague was chosen as a place of studied buildings not just only in its contemporary range, but in the sense of later "Great Prague". The period of the time covered in this work shows Prague intensely connected through cultural, social and artistic sense.Sculptures and paintings were the key elements for public buildings in the era of Historicism, Art Nouveau and Modernism. There were two essential meanings - ornaments and its richness represented the quality of the builder, as well as its content and symbolism expressed ideas, meaning and message of the building or its institution. The sculptures and paintings to a significant extent were developed not only in public buildings but also in private, ie. entirely residential. Also, these buildings contained their messages in the ornaments. Dissertation focuses exclusively on the part of the building where the ornaments included semantic component. It was either intended to be "read" by the audience, or contained meaning so individual in...

Architekt Antonín Tenzer / Architect Antonín Tenzer

Pučerová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
The work of Antonin Tenzer involves his activities in the period of six decades in the turbulent era of development of Czechoslovak history of architecture. The architect is known as one of the representatives of the avant-garde and High functionalism, author of Faculty Hospital in Prague-Motol and other medical buildings or the Jalta hotel, a building associated with socialist realism. In my dissertation, I tried to map the main typological fields that Antonín Tenzer used in his work. My goal was to widen the portfolio of famous buildings, and on the basis I defined the architect's major themes and current issues, which were responded in his effort. I based primarily on historic materials - published projects, plan documentation and writings of public and private archives, as well as personal heritage, made available to me by the architect's family. In particular thematic areas I focused on Tenzer's vital and successful implementation of competition projects, which he later followed and extended. In addition to impulses from his collaborators, debates and majors works of those days I was looking for elements and methods of Tenzer that influenced the architecture environment. I observed the influence of historical events and the socio-political situation in his work, for example, housing issues in...

Medborgardialog i Rasbobygden : En fallstudie i Uppsala kommun

Östlund, Camilla January 2006 (has links)
ABSTRACT Citizendialogue in the District of Rasbo A Case Study in the Municipality of Uppsala Author: Camilla Östlund Supervisor: Stig Montin The essay is written inside the scope of Örebro Universitys evaluation of the new organisation in the municipality of Uppsala. The purpose of this essay is to study the citizendialogue in the district of Rasbo. This will be done partly by an examination of how the participants themselves perceive citizendialogue. Their descriptions are put in relation to deliberative democracy and its critics amongst other. Partly by study how those involved have choosen to put it into practice. The opponents of the reorganization chose to start a non-profit association, Rasbo in co-operation, to carry on local mobilization and it will be compared with other similar groups. The municipality of Uppsala arranged a citizens forum in the district of Rasbo and the essay will examine how the participants experienced it. The study is based upon a total of 19 semistructured interviews with politicians and officials in the municipality of Uppsala and also working members of Rasbo in co-operation. The overall result of the analysis is that the politicians and the officials as well as the members of the association support the form of actions that endorse the representative system and look att citizendialogue as a tool to regenerate it and make it better. Rasbo in co-operation has almost everything in common with similar groups including a contradictory view on politics. The association has the important requirements for local mobilization, dedicated people, a positive collective identity and a constructive relation to the municipality. The participants of the citizens forum liked the way the forum was arranged and enjoyed the evening. But there was some problem between the unicipality and the association in connection with the preliminaries before the event. There is also some deficiency in the follow-up. Keyword: local democracy, citizendialogue, deliberative democracy, local mobilization, citizens forum, Uppsala, Rasbo, Rasbokil, Stavby, Tuna.
