The target of my diploma thesis is the proposal of project documentation of Land Register Office for a middle-big town. The administration building of the Land Register Office is designed for 20 people. The theoretical location of the construction is placed in the land register of a town called Litvinovice, in the location specified for building civic amenities. Literary overview limits the fundamental notions regarding the design of building construction, furthermore in this chapter are written out the paragraphs of the valid building act a its execute public notices associated with the projection of building civic amenities. The results of this diploma thesis contain the description of the location, where the building will be located, the project documentation for building permission that is made out according to a public notice No. 499/2006 about building documentation. The particular technical drawings are elaborated in the application AutoCAD 2006. The visualizations present the colour scheme of the front facade or architectural solutions of exterior are processed in the application ArchiCAD 8.1.

This diploma thesis deals with legal, accounting and tax consequences of superficies and easements under the legal system of the Czech Republic. Description of the legal context both subjected institutes is focused on domestic evolution process, as well as historical excursion into the jurisdiction of other states and registration in the Land Registry. Further there is an analysis of superficies and easements reporting approaches of Czech accounting legislation and international accounting standards IAS/ IFRS. This section focuses mainly on the reporting of the superficies in the balance sheet of accounting entity according to the Czech accounting law with regard to the change between 2014 and 2015 and IAS/IFRS standards. Tax chapter deals with income tax, value added tax, transfer tax imposed on both institutes in the Czech tax law, including tax burden on inheritance and donation.

Thesis "Facility management - efficient administration buildings" is focused on building objects and benefit for the use of facility management services. The work tries to explain what is facility management, who provide it in the Czech Republic and how it contributes to savings. Mentioned are also information technology used in facility management, because without those are nowadays almost any industry can do. The first part is also focused on the construction, its life cycle and associated costs. Defined is also building life cycle in the context of facility management, outsourcing, as an external facility management services and neglected nor legislation for facility management.

Master´s thesis contain project documents of design building. It deals with new build guest house. It is situated in the town Brno - Bohunice. The building has got three floors, it hasn´t got basement and it has got flat roof.

This work aims to apply changes to a finished structure of a family house. These changes shall include adding an extension to the upper floor, installment of supporting constructs necessary for the extension, the attic and the roof. The main goal of this project is to determine the costs of these works and to compare them with the actual value of the real estate and also to show the diference in it‘s value before and after the aforesaid reconstruction.

The final part thematically focuses on the progress and character of development in the plots in the 13th - 16th century, considering other contexts - within the city of Most, archaeology of cities in the Czech lands and archaeology of cities in Central Europe. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a low energy house in two structural variants, namely wooden frame construction and massive brick construction. The object is designed on a specific plot with two above-ground floors. The house meets the requirements of a three-member family. Both objects will be compared in terms of energy intensity and energy prices. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part of the thesis there is a description of how the basic wooden constructions are divided. There are also basic characteristics of some wooden frame structures and solid brick structures made of lime sand bricks, including their positive and negative properties. Basic energy balance and categorization of buildings in terms of energy intensity follows, including descriptions of the individual categories. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the wooden structure itself. The text part contains the accompanying and the summarizing technical reports to the designed object. The perimeter structures of the wooden structure and the perimeter structures of the massive brick structure in contact with the exterior are assessed in terms of thermal technical requirements for the perimeter shells. At the end of the work the timber and brick structure are compared in terms of heat losses and energy demands. In addition, the individual alternatives for heating and water heating are compared in terms of fuel consumption costs and price comparability of 1 m2 of perimeter structures of brickwork and wooden structures. The drawing part contains a study of frame wood and brick structures. The building permit documentation is prepared for the wooden building. Part of the project documentation is calculation of heat losses, energy performance certificate, calculation of the energy intensity of the building, energy label of the building envelope and 3D visualization of the proposed building.

This thesis is focused on the new building of the nursery school, its construction solutions, specific land placement, and dispositional solutions regarding the cardinal directions. The dispositional building possibilities are further described in connection with various functional units such as barrier-free access, daylight lighting, acoustic, hygiene, and other respective input information. The information is further applied and described with use of specific nursery school solutions.

Krkonose-Jizera plutonic complex is one of the largest composite plutonic bodies in the Czech massif. The emplacement of this pluton relates to the origin of the structural and thermal aureole. The processes of contact metamorphism are most evident in the northern and southern part. The topic of this work is to find influence of the contact metamorphism in the host rocks. Partial information about contact metamorphism in this area could be found in several papers, but there aren't work which discuss this topic in detail. Goal of this work is to make complex interpretation of contact metamorphic processes connected with intrusion of the Krkonose-Jizera plutonic complex and use this interpretation for discussion about model of magma intrusion. In rocks of contact aureole of Krkonose-Jizera plutonic complex (KJPC) were identified relicts of Variscan regional metamorphism, connected to creation of regional metamorphic fabric S1 and S2. Original mineral associations and deformation fabrics were in near-contact zone of KJPC 1 km in average in width heterogeneously overprinted by effects of the contact metamorphism, which intensity increases towards the intrusive contact.
