This is a design for reconstruction of bridges, roads and road-bed on the system of Tyršův Bridge in Litomerice to the extent of the diploma work. During the reconstruction will replace bridges registration no. 15-040 and 15-041 new ones of the same lightness, on the bridge registration no. 15-042 will be replaced roadway and bridge ev.č. 15-043 will be replaced and the structure of the supports. Will be extended road-bed between bridges registration no. 15-040 and 15-041 using gabion construction.

The objective of the thesis is to determine the economic rent amount for a family house located in Brno. The concept “economic rent” refers to the amount of payment that brings adequate profit to the landlord. First, all the factors are identified that compose cost rent, i.e. the rent of mere providing and maintaining a property. The main variable is represented by the reproduction value of a dwelling. For the purposes of this thesis, the reproduction value is determined using the cost method (in agreement with the evaluation regulation). Second, the capitalization rate is determined so that an adequate profit could be calculated. The following two methods are employed: the surcharge method and the method of comparison with the financial market. The thesis presents seven alternatives of an economic rent, depending on the interest rates. Lastly, the calculation of the rate of return is performed, along with a correctness test of the calculation of the economic rent amount.

This thesis summarizes my work on a new apartment building in Slovany, neighbourhood in Pilsen. My primary responsibility was to develop documentation for the project´s design and implementation. The building consists of four floors above ground, an underground floor and a flat roof. The building´s L-shaped plan, rebound 4th floor above ground and balconies lighten the mass of the building. The structural system of the building combined reinforced concrete system of the underground floor, column system of the 1st up to the 3rd floor above ground and wall system of the 4th floor above ground. The building is designed for six residential units with cellars, two garages, a relaxation room and a gym. The thesis includes the preparatory and study reports, architectural and construction solutions, and fire-safety building and construction site equipment solutions.

In the Czech legal system, the regulatory measures of administrative bodies, along with the participation of the affected stakeholders, contribute to the environmental protection of the individual development project. This dissertation examines the methods, means, and tools of environmental protection within the framework of designated proceedings regulating the construction. Specifically, it analyzes the possibilities of implementing protective environmental measures within the construction-permitting procedures enshrined in the provisions of Sections 103 to 117 of the Building Act. Five construction-permitting regimes are examined separately: the building permit process; notification; public law contract; notification with certificate of the authorized inspector and projects requiring neither building permit nor notification. Practical part of the thesis consists of a case study of the wooden family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.
