Theme of the diploma thesis is an elaboration of a building construction project for Pavilion F of the Elementary School in Šlapanice. This thesis deals with the engineering report for the construction technology project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building, solving broader transport relations with the design of the building supply, object time and financial plan, time schedule of the main construction object, project of the site facilities, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms for selected technological processes, technological regulation for the execution of monolithic constructions, control plan and test plan for the execution of monolithic constructions, the balance of workers and the deployment of main construction machinery and a health and safety plan for selected construction processes. In this diploma thesis, there are also construction calculation according to technological economic indicators, itemized budget of selected technological processes and formwork drawings.

The subject of diploma thesis is the elaboration a selected part of construction technological project of an apartment houses in Bučovice. The selected part iswith the apartment building SO 01.X, on which rough construction will be solved . The apartment building consists of three above ground floors and is partially basement. An important part of the thesis is an item budget of the rough construction and the time schedule. The diploma thesis also deals with construction site equipment design, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, design of the machinery, solution of the transport routes, technological prescription for selection operation, the protection of health and safety at work and environmental requirements for the construction of the building SO 01.X.

Theme of the diploma thesis is technical report of the technological project for apartment building Hroznatova – Brno - Zidenice, which will be realized on Hroznatova street. For object I prepare technical report of the technological project, studies of realization main technological phases, solution of wider transport relations, objects time and financial plan, time schedule, project for site facilities with drawing of four main technological phases, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological specification for realization of horizontal monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling construction, health and safety solutions for the solved construction, where I evaluate concreting ceilings, balance of workers and main machines, inspection and test plan for constructions from technological specification. As other assignment I make a itemized budget for Etics and ceiling construction, calculation according to THU and comparative truck crane with tower crane.

This gradution thethis deals with and compares the basic concepts of construction project realization planning. The work is concertrated on the methods and procedures for planning time building structure and simultaneously are used on concrete practical of building structure.

Dissertation work deals problems Law Of Building in relations to new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb. (NOZ - new Civil Code) Legal regulations are for all new and rather are in common level. Supplying present, more than 40 years old Civil Code new recipe, presents revolutionary changes in civil right. NCC starting from the another ideological, political and terminological bases. With new Civil Code loom incomming new questions: What will real property and what will no. What kind of law is possible newly to real property to establish. How will new property owners limited. Important is appreciate, that by the new Civil Code was cancelled current Civil Code, so and current Business Code too. New legal regulations cancelles more than 238 law regulations. All the law, which affected law relations to real property are cancelled. Contribution is solving the problems and summaries the cases, where would had Building Law to do. This thesis is dedicated to comparing overall prices as well as the creation of budget indicators in individual phases of documentation for buildings belonging among public orders. The thesis primarily determines fundamental terms and definitions regarding this issue. The creation of a new database for the buildings that is compiled of twenty subjects projected in the last four years is described in the second more detailed part. Objects in this database are indexed by temporal indexes for the sake of future more accurate comparisons and the creation of indicators. The comparison of the objects' prices in different phases of documentation can be found in this part along with two calculated specific budget indicators corresponding to unit price per one cubic meter of building volume and to the price per one meter squared of floor area. The average indicator for informative price based on previous indicators is then created for faster evaluation of similar types of objects in their study phase. Performed research has revealed significant differences between study phase prices and the prices of more detailed phases of documentation that can negatively affect the future of a specific project. The main conclusion of this thesis are average overall unit prices for civil constructions, production and service buildings as well as other specific buildings. In the final part I have created methods of a more accurate calculation for the unit price of buildings in the study phase of documentation.

This thesis discusses housing issues and its solutions in a village named Kobylí. The theoretical part focuses on introducing the issues by defining basic concepts related to housing, local real estate market and evaluating feasibility of projects. The thesis provides an overview of current as well as historic data and graphs related to housing. In the practical part, a feasibility study is presented and focuses on an economic evaluation of a construction of a new apartment building in Kobylí, followed by requirements assessment such as an effectiveness of critical variables and a crucial input value from the investor's point of view. Lastly, this thesis identifies and defines new tenants of the building which is offering appartemnts, and evaluates whether the tenants can afford housing in their new apartment.

Theme of the diploma thesis is architectural study of school buildings in Ostrava. It combines a kindergarten, primary and secondary school – a grammar school. The school is situated next to the cultural cluster Černá louka in Ostrava – the new designed cultural center of the city, and also on the bank of the river Ostravice. The main idea is adaptation of the scale of school spaces due to children of a different age, an orientation of classrooms to south-east and at the same time to the river bank. The kindergarten is separated from service and volume of the school, the primary school and the grammar school are united in one two- and three-store building with an inner yard. The buildings are accessible for pupils from an entrance square near Černá louka, the entrance for public is situated on the new designed street connecting Černá louka and Nová Karolina. The complex offers also sport facilities, a gym, a swimming pool and exterior sport ground which is accessible from the cycling track along the river Ostravice. The exterior look of the buildings is based on the construction, the reinforced concrete structure from white architectural concrete, and is animated by shading panels from corten sheets.

The main idea of project is to design heraldic zoo in the area of old castle park Horní Hrad, which is located few kilometers next to the Karlovy Vary. Heraldry is science of knowledge of family symbols. Concretely it will be zoo, which will be focused on animals, which can be found on the old czech signs. The idea comes from surrounding relations of dramatic terrain and it's affected by context of the historic monument. Castle is the huge dominant of the all views to the surrounding countryside.
