A investigação realizada, cujos resultados são expostos nessa dissertação, é voltada para os afastamentos por doença entre servidores de uma universidade pública federal sediada no Rio de Janeiro. Sua contribuição consiste em subsidiar o processo de produção de conhecimento acadêmico-científico quanto ao perfil sócio-ocupacional e de adoecimento de trabalhadores afastados por doença nesta universidade, nos anos de 2010 e 2011, e nos marcos de implementação do Subsistema Integrado de Atenção à Saúde do Servidor (SIASS). Contempla o tema a partir da perspectiva de integração das diferentes dimensões previstas pelo SIASS, a saber: perícia, assistência, promoção e vigilância à saúde. Tem como concepção a diretriz de investigação / intervenção, própria ao campo da Saúde do Trabalhador, podendo contribuir, com o conhecimento gerado, para a identificação de alternativas de intervenção nas ações do SIASS. A pesquisa se caracteriza como de natureza exploratória, apoiada em revisão teórico-bibliográfica e pesquisa documental de dados secundários. / The investigation held, whose results are exposed in this dissertation is focused on the sick leaves granted to public employees of a federal public university based in Rio de Janeiro. Its contribution is to support the process of academic-scientific knowledge production regarding the socio-occupational and illness of workers retired due to illness at this university in the years of 2010 and 2011, and on the milestone of the implementation of the Subsistema Integrado de Atenção à Saúde do Servidor - SIASS. It contemplates the issue from the perspective of integrating different dimensions provided by SIASS, namely expertise, assistance, promotion and health surveillance. Its has as guideline the research / intervention, know to the field of Occupational Health, and may contribute, with the knowledge generated, to identify alternative interventions in the actions of SIASS. The research is characterized as exploratory in nature, based on theoretical-bibliographical and documentary research of secondary data.

O sistema consiste de uma interface gráfica de usuário com representação virtual do robô e do ambiente de trabalho, e um painel para programação o -line de tarefas do robô. As tarefas podem ser enviadas via Internet ao ambiente remoto,onde são executados, e o resultado, pode ser visualizado de forma on-line em um ambiente virtual no lado de cliente. O ambiente virtual recebe atualizações via Internet de posições do robô e dos objetos da área de trabalho, permitindo eliminar a necessidade de uma transmissão de imagens de vídeo. Ou so do ambiente virtual neste sistema permite que:(1) atrasos de tempo inerentes à Internet sejam suprimidos; (2) o trabalho do operador seja simplificado e acelerado, se comparado com sistemas que usam imagens de vídeo. Entretanto, os ambientes virtual e físico devem se manter sincronizados de modo que o ambiente virtual possa mapear de forma mais realista o ambiente físico, principalmente se este for dinâmico. Para tratar com essa questão, neste trabalho é apresentada uma solução baseada no uso de redes de Petri para fazer a integração dos ambientes virtual e físico através de técnicas de processamento de imagens, de modo que os mesmos se mantenham sincronizados garantindo atualizações do ambiente virtual para operações subseqüentes. / An Internet-Based-Telerobotic system has been developed in the research here reported. The system consists of a graphic user interface with virtual representation of the robot and of the worksite, and a panel for off-line planning robot tasks. the tasks can be sent via internet to the remote environement, where they are executed, and the result, can be visualized on-line in a virtual environement, at the client side. the virtual environement receives updapes of robot and objects positions at the robot worksite via Internet, thus eliminating the need for a full image transmission. The use of virtual environement in this systems allows: (1) time delays inherent to Internet to be suppressed; (2) work of the operator to be simplified and accelerated, compared to sistems that useTV images. However, the virtual and physical environments have to remain synchronized so that the virtual environment can fit the physical environment in a more realistic way, mainly if it is a dynamic one.To deal with this issue, this work proposes a solution based on Petri nets to do the integration of virtual and physical environments through the image processing techniques, so that they remain synchronized and assuring updates of virtual environment for subsequent operations.

O objetivo é demonstrar que é possível observar as comunicações referentes à formação jurídico-dogmática da tipicidade penal desde a idéia de tipo penal fechado até a construção do tipo penal autopoiético. Com isso, permite-se abstrair a efetividade da norma penal incriminadora, além das limitações impostas pela dogmática jurídica. Para tanto, desenvolve-se uma descrição do estado da arte das principais teorias penalistas ligadas à configuração do tipo penal, iniciando pela doutrina causal/finalista, passando pelas novas questões jusfilosóficas ligadas ao funcionalismo (imputação objetiva), ponderando suas linhas constituintes e delimitando a pertinência de seus opositores. A dinâmica materializada pelo enfrentamento dessas distintas posturas provoca o desenvolvimento de uma nova semântica da concretização do tipo penal, apresentando-se / This argument holds an analysis about the criminal type in its various aspects, with the theoretical contribution provided by the systemic perspective of Niklas Luhmann. The goal is to demonstrate that it is possible to observe the communications concerning the legal-dogmatic formation of a penal typicality since the idea of a closed criminal type until the construction of the autopoietic criminal type. This allows a disregard of the effectiveness of the incriminating penal norm, beyond the limitations imposed by legal dogmatic. Therefore, a description of the artistic state of the primary penal theories connected to the configuration of the penal type must be created, starting from the causal/finalist doctrine, moving thru the new juridical/philosophical questioning linked to the functionalism (objective imputation), analyzing its constituting aspects and marking down the pertinence of it’s opposition.
