Die Arbeit ist ein Beitrag zur betrieblich-ökonomischen Optimierung der Eisenbahninfrastruktur auf der Grundlage ihres Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnisses. Der wesentliche Inhalt der Arbeit ist die Erarbeitung einer Methodik, mit deren Hilfe die Kosten einer Eisenbahnstrecke je fahrbarer Zugtrasse, basierend auf Streckenstandards, der Deutsche Bahn AG, berechnet werden können.

Lorsqu'un boson Z de haute impulsion se désintègre en paire e+e-, l'électron et le positron laissent des traces très rapprochées l'une de l'autre, ce qui rend la reconstruction de ce processus peu efficace. L'identification de signature leptoniques d'évènements massifs issus de théories telles l'extension du groupe de jauge électrofaible SU(2)_1 x SU(2)_2 x U(1) pour ajouter des bosons massifs W' et Z' se couplant directement aux bosons vectoriels et aux fermions du modèle standard est important dans l'optique de recherche de nouvelle physique puisque les états finaux leptoniques fournissent le canal de détection de plus pur. Ici, un outil d'identification des paires d'électron-positron issues de bosons Z à haute impulsion basé uniquement sur les variables décrivant les jets est développé en se basant sur des simulations d'évènements massifs produits dans le détecteur ATLAS du LHC au CERN. Une étude topologique des évènements candidats est portée dans un ensemble d'échantillons Monte Carlo. Une série de coupures rectangulaires est optimisée sur un échantillon de bosons Z produits avec une haute impulsion. L'efficacité de reconstruction des paires d'électron-positron est maximisée. Cinq sources de bruit de fonds ont été soumises aux critères de sélection pour l'étude de la suppression du bruit de fonds. Finalement l'outil développé est comparé à l'identification de paires d'électron-positron basé sur la reconstruction usuelle d'objets leptoniques au LHC. Cette comparaison met en évidence le gain significatif de l'outil développé, atteignant une efficacité de reconstruction de 93% dans des échantillons Monte Carlo à haute énergie, avec un bruit de fond négligeable. / When a Z boson with high transverse momentum desintegrates into an e+e- pair, the electron and the positron leave nearly superimposed tracks which makes the detection process very difficult. The identification of massive events arising from theories like the extension of the electroweak gauge group SU(2)_1 x SU(2)_2 x U(1) leading to the existence of massive W' and Z' bosons coupling directly to standard model vector bosons and fermions is more readily performed through leptonic channel. Here, a series of rectangular cuts comprising a purely jet substructure based electron positron pair arising from the decay of a Z boson identification in boosted topologies (p_T(Z)>1TeV) is presented. The selection process of the cuts is done through a topology study of candidate events in various Monte Carlo simulation samples. The reconstruction efficiency of the electron-positron pairs is maximised. Five background sources were tested against the selection criteria to study the background rejection efficiency of the methodology. Finally, it is found that the reconstruction tool developped nearly triples electron positron identification, reaching 93% efficiency in high energy Monte Carlo samples, with insignificant background noise.

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential buildings Rozhledna in Chrudim. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulation are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main object, object time and financial plan and budget of main building are also solved. An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology project for an apartment building in the Campus residential complex II, situated in Brno – Bohunice. Specifically, an apartment building (object F, designated SO 204) was selected, on which monolithic structures of the substructure will be solved. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, evaluation of transport routes, elaboration of technological regulations for selected technological stages, time schedule for the selected stage and partial detailed section of a typical floor. Furthermore, the construction site equipment with drawing and text part, control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of machine assemblies and work safety solutions are elaborated.

This master’s thesis is focused on technological and constructional project of apartment building – Block „B“ in the Hustopeče city. Content of this thesis includes engineering report of technological project, construction site equipment, used machinery, situational concept of transport routes and technological regulations for drilled pilots. This thesis also contains construction time schledule, itemized budget and assessment of the masonry systems.

This thesis deals with the exploration and evaluation of the existing bridge carried him on the highway D2. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the technical surveys, diagnosis of building structures and some methods of investigation and testing of building structures. In the practical part the visual inspection and diagnosis of disorders of the highway bridge substructures ev. No. D2-058, to determine material characteristics substructure and evaluate the state of the bridge. In conclusion, the practical part of the recommendations for the design and method of repairing the bridge.

The aim is design of Ledeč nad Sázavou railway station renovation. This renovation has to satisfied current traffic and valid legislation, especially entrance for persons with reduced mobility. There is the new platform at Chotěboř railway station according to current legislation. Change of trackage was in a very small way.

The content of this thesis is the construction project of technological of residential building U Vojanky in Prag. The new residential building is comprised of two parts that are interconnected by connecting neck. Author deals with the most important technology stages of construction that are processed in following parts of this thesis.
