The thesis contains analysis earthworks, foundations, carcass substructure of residential house on the street Kopečná 9 in Brno. The work also includes gradual changes in site equipment, detailed schedule of work for selected works, rough schedule of the whole building, construction budget, site equipment budget and details of construction. Specialization in the work addresses the specific use of roads and traffic signs.

The work includes construction of a residential building technological project Villahouse Humpolec. Residential building has five floors with ten housing units. In the first above ground is a garage and workshop with separate entrance. The author discusses the main technological stages of construction, which are processed in the following sections of this paper.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the construction-technological project of apartment house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of foundation construction on deep foundations and total external insulation by external thermal insulation composite system. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be model of the noise load on the surrounding objects resulting from the construction of apartment house which will the proposed appropriate measures of noise control.

Die Arbeit ist ein Beitrag zur betrieblich-ökonomischen Optimierung der Eisenbahninfrastruktur auf der Grundlage ihres Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnisses. Der wesentliche Inhalt der Arbeit ist die Erarbeitung einer Methodik, mit deren Hilfe die Kosten einer Eisenbahnstrecke je fahrbarer Zugtrasse, basierend auf Streckenstandards, der Deutsche Bahn AG, berechnet werden können.

The goal of this thesis was to design the reconstruction of the railway station Svitavy. The line speed was rised from the current value to 160 km·h-1. New platforms were designed, therefore the railway substructure and the drainage were adjusted accordingly. Also, the effective length of the main tracks was extended to 740 m.

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the implementation of multifunctional buildings in Bratislava. These are three detached multi-storey apartment buildings connected by a joint basement. The diploma thesis includes a technical report to the construction technological project, a study of the implementation of main technological phases, solving of broader relations of transport routes with the design of supply routes, a time schedule and a financial plan of the object, a detailed time plan for the rough substructure and rough superstructure, a building site equipment project, a machine assembly design and its assessment, a technological regulation for monolithic structures, a control plan and test plan for monolithic structures, a specification of the time period of the removal of the formwork of monolithic structures, an occupational safety and health plan and selected points of the LEED certification. The thesis also includes a plan for securing resources for the rough structure with added schedules of workers, machines and building materials, a cost estimation budget of selected technological processes, a noise study, and a financial analysis of the expected investment profit.

Theme of the diploma thesis is a construction technology project extension of the building of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is the study of the main technological stages of the main building, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply, objects schedule, time schedule of the main building. The work also includes the project of construction site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulations for special foundations and rough construction, which are supplemented by control and test plans and a plan for securing material resources. The subject of the thesis is the solution of selected parts of the construction technology project of the construction of a kindergarten in Kuřim on Hybešova Street. It is a single-story brick building with a flat roof with a green roof. In my work I solve the study of the main technological stages, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and the green roof of the Smart Roof Solutions system together with inspection and test plans, design of the main construction machines, time and a financial plan for the main building of the kindergarten, the building time and financial plan for the entire construction plan, the balance of workers and the deployment of construction machinery and the construction site equipment project. Then I add a noise study, assessment of selected LEED 2009 Core & Shell credits, design of the TOPSAFE restraint system, health and safety plan, documentation of the green roof of the Smart Roof Solutions system and a search on the topic of green roofs.

The subject of this master’s thesis is a solution of chosen parts of building construction project. The project solves industrial hall that contains productions and administrative space. This thesis includes technological regulations for substructure, study of performing the main technological stages, design of using machines, checking and testing plans. Other phrases parts are time schedules, budget, calculations, design of site equipment including engineering report and report for performing access road. Starting materials, which were used for this thesis, were engineering report also including working drawings.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.
