The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of suppliers security systems to a selected company. After a thorough analysis of the company, a decision model was created based on the fuzzy logic in MS Excel and MATLAB environment. These models serve as a decision support and allow to evaluate individual offers.

This Master´s thesis "Revitalization of a Panel Building in Ownership of a Cooperative Building Society" is directed to the particular measures and processes at the reconstruction of the panel building. The priority of the work was to dedicate much attention to the selection of supplying firms and possibilities of financing. To select a supplier and financing company I proceeded according to the stated criteria in a contractual terms. By the selected way was comparison of both supplier subject and form of financing. As a result of the practical part is a proposition of the ideal terms for complex restoration of the panel building.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of company supplier selection in the florist Dagmar. Several methods solving similar problems with different tools have been described. The group of potential suppliers has been introduced and their most important features summarized for the purpose of this work. The main part is focused on the evaluation of the suppliers according to specified metrics by the method using fuzzy logic and Matlab simulation tool. The results of this work leads to suggestion of the supplier most suitable for florist and its business strategy.

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o řízení dodavatelů firmy. Odlišné softwary jsou použity pro applikace fuzzy logiky. Nejprve jsou představeni dodavatelé firmy pro asijský region. Dále jsou vybrány hlavní parametry které vztahy s dodavateli ovlivňují a jsou použity jako vstupy pro fuzzy model. Fuzzy model poté na základě nastavených pravidel vyhodnotí vstupy a dává hodnotu na výstupu. Výstup je tedy hodnota, která vyjadřuje rating dodavatele a říká, který by měl být preferován.
