The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of the LEM development team in SolarWinds Czech, Ltd., which will lead to changes proposal for increasing the efficiency of development and improvement of the current situation. The main objective of the thesis is to increase integration between software used in LEM development team and selection of the new software for collaborative version control. In the practical part are used facts from the analytical part to upgrade the document management software, finding a suitable tool for team communication and implementation of new versioning system and subsequent mutual integration with the software for project management, bug and issue tracking.

The aim of the diploma thesis is an assessment of the information system of the company followed by the proposal of changes. The introductory part is focused on the theoretical basis of the work. The second part deals with selected company and its analyses, including the analys of the information system. Based on these analysis, appropriate changes are proposed including its costs and benefits.

The content of this diploma thesis is design of a mobile application of attendance system for a selected company. The mobile application is designed for the Android operating system and, in addition to the design itself, the thesis also contains a risk analysis and time analysis for the smooth implementation of the entire project. Part of the work is also decicated to a detailed analysis of the current state and requirements for the application in the selected company, on the basis of which this mobile application is designed. The proposed solution should contribute to the overall efficiency of attendance recording in the selected company.

Substations are joints in the power system that represent nodes that are vital to stable and reliable operation of the power system. They contrast the rest of the power system in that they are a dense combination of critical components causing all of them to be simultaneously vulnerable to one isolated incident: weather, attack, or other common failure modes. Undoubtedly, the loss of these vital links will have a severe impact to the to the power grid to varying degrees. This work creates a cascading model based on protection system misoperations to estimate system risk from loss-of-substation events in order to assess each substation's criticality. A continuation power flow method is utilized for estimating voltage collapse during cascades. Transient stability is included through the use of a supervised machine learning algorithm called random forests. These forests allow for fast, robust and accurate prediction of transient stability during loss-of-substation initiated cascades. Substation risk indices are incorporated into a preventative optimal power flow (OPF) to reduce the risk of critical substations. This risk-based dispatch represents an easily scalable, robust algorithm for reducing risk associated with substation losses. This new dispatch allows operators to operate at a higher cost operating point for short periods in which substations may likely be lost, such as large weather events, likely attacks, etc. and significantly reduce system risk associated with those losses. System risk is then studied considering the interaction of a power grid utility trying to protect their critical substations under a constrained budget and a potential attacker with insider information on critical substations. This is studied under a zero-sum game theoretic framework in which the utility is trying to confuse the attacker. A model is then developed to analyze how a utility may create a robust strategy of protection that cannot be heavily exploited while taking advantage of any mistakes potential attackers may make. / Ph. The diploma thesis is focused on the design implementation of information security management system in a small business and is applying theoretical knowledge to real-life situations in a manufacturing company. First of all is performed analysis of current status and the consequent threats which can affect the company's assets. Thereafter are proposed measures based on identified risks and requirements of the owner.

In diesem Beitrag wird das am Leibniz-Institut für ökologische Raumentwicklung eV. (IÖR) entwickelte Informations- und Entscheidungsunterstützungssystem „Weißeritz-Info“ vorgestellt, das der Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Informationen zum Hochwasserrisikomanagement für das Einzugsgebiet der Weißeritz dient. Zielgruppen sind sowohl Bürger und Landnutzer als auch Entscheidungsträger in Kommunen, Behörden und Verbänden. Erstellt wurde das WebGIS-basierte System für die Initiative „Weißeritz-Regio“, einem Verbund von 26 Institutionen, die seit Ende 2003 auf informeller Basis zusammenarbeiten, um die Hochwasservorsorge im Flussgebiet zu verbessern.

The diploma thesis focuses on implementation and deployment of information security management system (ISMS) into healthcare organizations. Specifies what is required to include in this process and what not to forget. It includes a risk analysis of a branch of the selected company, and for it is written a safety guide. Safety guide provides advice and recommendations regarding security in terms of human resources, physical security, ICT security and other aspects that should be included in the ISMS deployment in healthcare organizations. The work also reflects the newly emerging law on cyber security. It is expected that the law will also address cyber security in healthcare.
