The aim of the study – to justify theoretically and to investigate empirically the improvement of the education of parents (as adults) in the educational institution for the children with hearing impairment through the case-analysis. Base of study and participants. The subjects were the parents of pupils from one Lithuanian educational institution for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing. The answers were received from 134 parents (mothers, fathers, foster-parents) whose children attend preliminary- the 10th grades. Results and conclusions. The study showed that parents are interested and know quite well about the activity of their child in school, about the activities of school in general, and about persons with hearing disorders. Parents are the most concern about the information, which is directly associated with their child. It was found out that the parents prefer informal learning to formal one. The one fifth of the parents have expressed their wish to be educated during the seminars, and only 2 percents of respondents have named their willingness to study in the formal educational institution. The evaluations of parents’ opinions about the dissemination of their experience let us conclude that majority of respondents has positive attitude toward educational activity: they tend to participate in the mobile groups of self-assistance, to share their knowledge and experience during mass events (meetings, seminars). Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairūs moklinės literatūros šaltiniai apie Švietimo pagalbos šeimoms auginančioms vaikus iki 7 metų. Darbe išanalizuotos ikimokyklinės įstaigos galimybes organizuojant tėvų švietimą, remiantis tėvų nuomone. Taip pat surinkta informacija apie tėvų švietimo formas Šiaulių ikimokyklinėse įstaigose. Apžvelgta ,,Šiaulių krašto“ laikraščių tematika, tėvų auginančių vaikus iki 7 metų švietimo klausimais (2006-2008). Pasitvirtino darbo hipotezė, kad tėvai skiria permažai dėmesio švietimui ir bendradarbiavimui su grupėje dirbančiu pedagogu. Taip pat išaiškėjo, kad pedagogai naudoja įprastas švietimo formas ikimokyklinėse ir priešmokyklinėse ugdymo grupėse. / The Master paper analyses and systematises different scientific literature on educational assistance for families having children under 7years old. The paper explores arranging of the pre-school possibilities according to the parents opinion. Information on parents education forms in the pre-school institution is being collected. Moreover, topics on educational issues on parents having children under 7 years old relieved by Šiauliai Kraštas newsletter (2006-2008). Hypothesis is being approved that parents pay too little attention to education and co-operation with pre-school teachers. It explores also that pedagogues use ordinary educational forms in the pre-school groups aged from 1 to 6 and from 6 to 7.

Šiandieninė visuomenė dažnai vadinama žinių arba informacine visuomene. Tai lemia spartūs mokslo bei technikos pokyčiai, o ypač informacinių technologijų plėtojimasis. Elektroninė mokinių pažangos ir pasiekimų vertinimo sistema yra vienas iš šiuolaikinių informacinių technologijų pavyzdžių. Pradėjus diegti šią sistemą buvo siekiama kuo efektyvesnio mokinių ugdymo(si) proceso valdymo. Sistemos tikslas- operatyvus žinių apie mokinių pasiekimus perdavimas jų tėvams (globėjams), pedagogų bei tėvų bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo vaiko ugdymo klausimais palengvinimas. Internetinėje erdvėje tėvai turi galimybę stebėti savo vaiko pažymius, lankomumą, pamokų tvarkaraščius, gautas pastabas ar pagyrimus, būsimų kontrolinių ir savarankiškų darbų tvarkaraščius ir pan. Ši sistema yra nepakeičiamas pagalbininkas mokinių tėvams (globėjams) kurie dirba užsienyje. Tyrimo objektas-- pedagogų bei tėvų (globėjų) požiūris į elektroninę mokinių pažangos ir pasiekimų vertinimo sistemą bei tėvų švietimą. Tyrimo tikslas- ištirti pedagogų ir mokinių tėvų (globėjų) požiūrį į elektroninę vertinimo sistemą bei įvertinti šios sistemos, kaip grįžtamojo ryšio ir tėvų pedagoginio švietimo priemonės, edukacinį veiksmingumą. The electronics achievement assessment system is on of the nowadays information technology examples.
