Δεμίρης, Νικόλαος 18 December 2013 (has links)
The purpose of this research is to examine the development of human resources for pharmaceutical companies. More specifically it will be empirical in pharmaceutical company Takeda to see if the company use and apply a particular model of education and staff development, although it will improve its internal organization, but they will operate more competitively in the market. The research will be done using primary research tools. From the moment you become a large research sample the best method is that of research questionnaires. Of course, this kind of research is not something simple. The first step will be to design a questionnaire that will be related to the relevant theories and the proposed model, which will be of Bolton R. And Gold J. So the researchers designed a questionnaire was distributed to 100 people company Takeda and supplemented by 84, which was based on figures given in the theoretical investigation. We will then analyze the data in SPSS and presented the final results when delivered the final version of the dissertation. Finally, the research findings suggest that the profession of the seller relies heavily on the morale and feelings, so if the company wants to achieve development executives should support them morally and after the first attempt to impart their knowledge in relation to the market and customers.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Ivelise Araujo de Souza.pdf: 1026049 bytes, checksum: 5a1de7a7cad915295d4cdcafb09adaef (MD5) Previous issue date: 2016-12-13 / The main causes of maternal deaths in developing and underdeveloped countries are mostly preventable and are directly related to morbidities arising from the gestational process, childbirth and puerperium, being the most prevalent postpartum hemorrhages, hypertensive alterations, sepsis, Obstructed deliveries and complications related to unsafe abortion. Morbidity predates death, and maternal death directly and indirectly affects society, impacting at least three families, as well as being a potential source of social problems arising from the child who was left without the mother. This is one of the main reasons to be concerned with studies that address maternal morbidity and its causes. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional quantitative study based on the analysis of the variables of the pregnant woman's card and the diagnoses identified in the discharge summaries. The data were collected through a field survey conducted in the following neighborhoods: Sapopemba, Aricanduva, São Mateus and Cidade Tiradentes (eastern zone of the city of São Paulo). The objective of the present research is to identify the relations of the application of the Kessner Index modified by Takeda in the card of the pregnant woman with the indicators of severity in childbirth. For this, the method used was the analysis and categorization of the data of filling the variables of the pregnant woman's card using the Kessner Index modified by Takeda. Subsequently, considering the SUS procedures table, the severity indicators were identified in the discharge summaries. Diagnoses and special procedures were analyzed in the cards of the pregnant women and high summaries (n = 360) that could include the criterion of maternal morbidity and other procedures not usually used in the pregnancy-puerperal period. Statistical analysis was used to identify associations between categorization by the Kessner Index modified by Takeda and the severity indicators present in the discharge summaries. Regarding the results, it was observed that in the relationship of this categorization with the severity indicators, there is a higher incidence of risks for inappropriate categorization 8.89% when compared to the appropriate 1.67% and the intermediate 4.44%. Prenatal care in the eastern zone of São Paulo was classified as intermediate (56.9%). It is worth mentioning that 84.7% presented some inadequacy if we consider what the Ministry of Health recommends, only 15.3% (adequate) met the requirements. The most relevant inadequacies in the pregnant woman 's card: 79.4% of absence of records in the second request of serology for syphilis and 81.8% of absence of ABO - Rh registries.

Davre, Amandine 08 1900 (has links)
On the 11th March 2011 an earthquake and tsunami struck Japan triggering a catastrophic chain of events at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant that seeded fear and confusion in the population. In the face of the government’s hesitant handling of the crisis and of inadequate media coverage regarding the scale of the disaster, Japanese artists mobilized to create their own responses relating to the ongoing and invisible effects of the calamity. In the shadow of the catastrophe, haunted by traumatic events and by an encompassing radiophobia, these artists have come to question the limits of figurability and also to ask what art is capable of and what its role can be. This thesis examines the emergence of “post-Fukushima art,” a term coined to describe a new, more politicized impulse in Japanese art, one that strives to provide an iconography adequate to the nuclear disaster and to render radiation visible. The thesis explores the photographic works of three artists in particular, Arai Takashi, Kagaya Masamichi and Takeda Shimpei. The trio employ analogue photographic techniques – daguerreotype, autoradiography and radiography – as a means to document and expose traces of irradiation. Their art is viewed through the prism of varied (in)visibilities linked to the nuclear catastrophe and addresses issues such as mediation and exposure. Exposure is understood in multiple senses, including exposure of a photosensitive support to light (such as radioluminescence), exposure to radioactive material generated by the disaster and, drawing on the French term exposé, exposure in the sense of exhibition. Exhibitions involve exposing viewers to photographs that relate to the catastrophe. On the eve of the tenth anniversary of the triple disaster, the thesis outlines the continuing stakes involved in post-Fukushima art as an effort to remember the event. It contributes to broader efforts aimed at refocussing attention on the aftermath of the disaster, including the radioactive contamination it caused.
