The subject of this thesis is a Business plan. This business plan describes the idea of establishing a new travel agency which would offer school trips to London. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic terms at first. Then it summarises the theoretical knowledge of creating a business plan. The practical part of the thesis includes the research and producing of the busi-ness plan for an imaginary travel agency, EnHol, s. r. o. In the end the whole thesis and business plan are evaluated.

This diploma thesis focuses on the establishment of travel agency and the creation of a business plan. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to tourism and legislation associated with travel agencies. Furthermore creation of business plan, needed for the establishment of the travel agency is defined. The practical part deals with the real establishment of travel agency, i.e.the creation of business plan, which serves as a basis for the establishment of travel agency. For working out the business plan, the methods of market analysis and financial analysis were used. The aim of this thesis is the creation of real business plan for establishment of fictious travel agency. The outcome of working out of the business plan is the determinatione whether the establishment of travel agency is realistic and whether the agency is viable on the market.

The logistics is currently an expanding sector, as well as tourism. Their importance is increasing in economies in the world, and therefore this thesis is focused on the possibility of non-traditional application of logistics on tourism. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions and the importance of both sectors. In the application part, the author presents the company, which will be examined. The aim is to characterize the supply chain involved in the logistics system. Also the current situation will be analyzed, then products and suppliers with the aim to show the functioning of the company, which will lead to proposing the strategic, tactical and operational planning, because of the absence of the planning in the company. In conclusion changes which could help the company will be presented. The aim of the thesis is to prove that principles of logistics work in the business of services and that they can help to the company improve their services and to gain the competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of an entity NEV-DAMA, a.s. as of 30.6.2011; to describe the acquisition processes between CK Fisher, a.s. and NEV-DAMA, a.s. To achieve the former one, a discounted cash- flow method, namely DCF entity, was used. The valuation itself consists of a strategic and financial analysis. These constitute the cornerstone for value drivers analyses and financial plan. Lastly, both the market valuation using comparable enterprises was conducted and the outline of synergies from the above mentioned acquisition was compiled.
