Metodika využití dat digitálních tachografů v soudním inženýrství / The methodology of using digital tachograph data for forensic engineering purposes

Control authorities and experts in their practice come across digital tachographs. Digital data is an important source of relevant input data and informations needed for in depth road accident analysis. In practice, it is possible to encounter an existing negative phenomenon, an unauthorised access to and fraudulent manipulation of the tachograph´s data. False data has a major impact on the results of the accident investigation and analysis. Control authorities and experts should be prepared for such cases. This thesis describes the different types of manipulation of Digital Tachograph records and the ways of their detection. Tachograph manipulation is a nowaday issue. It is very important to deal with this problem. For the reasons mentioned above I have set up a Data Control Procedure Standard for control authorities and experts and drafted technical requirements for future generation of tachographs.

Vzdálené získávání dat z digitálního tachografu / Remote data downloading from automotive digital tachograph

Thesis deals with device firmware design located in lorry, which provides remote access to vehicle digital tachograph data according to valid EU legislation. The result of this work is a system, which downloads digital data from digital tachograph and save them on remote server. The system for remote data downloading from automotive digital tachograph consists of three kinds of applications: server application, user application and firmware for communication device. Communication between applications uses encrypted TCP connection and own special designed messages.

Vstupní modul elektronického rychloměru RE 1xx / Input module of electronic speedmeter RE 1xx

This master’s thesis contains a basic description of the function and wiring of Electronic tachograph RE1xx from company UniControls - Tramex. The main objectives of this thesis are design and implementation of a functional module, combining the four frequency inputs, two analog inputs and eight digital inputs. The proposed module must be fully compatible with current system of Electronic tachograph and must be according by the basic technical-law standards, which refer of this branch for application this device. Based on the analysis of methods of processing various signals are proposed several concepts of the input module. Individual concepts are described with advantages and disadvantages. On the design concept of this module, followed by a description of the speed sensor, is placed on the redress of vehicle. Design of circumferential involvement of the chosen conception is detailed described and divided into several parts (controlling part, frequency inputs, analog inputs, binary inputs). In this module is accent on increased reliability and interoperability, which is achieved by using for example: power monitor, external watchdog, etc. For realization prototype is a part of thesis design of the PCB. Thesis includes theoretical calculations, which is needed for the design of software. On a functional input module is developed and debugged operating firmware, which is based on single-fiber design of the program. To measure the actual speed are debugged two algorithms - method of periodic sampling and the method of external interrupt. The following is a description of the measurement and processing of analog and digital signals (used algorithms suppress oscilation of input signals). The result of this master’s thesis is functional Module of frequency, analog and digital inputs, which measures vehicle speed, distance covered, direction of movement, two analog signals and evaluates states of the binary signal. Preprocessed data are sent to a Module of central processor through serial communications RS485.

The methodology was a bibliographic review and a documental research. The bibliographic review grounded the aspects related to the workday and the importance of its limitation. Also, it showed the historic class struggle by better work conditions, as well as, the struggle between the studied classes in this work. The documental research, by means of Law Projects and Jurisprudences, aimed to conceptualize the category to be studied, as well as, to analyze the expectations in terms of regulation of the profession and what the courts have decided about the issue.The research was conducted in the following way: Fist, the category it was studied was delimited, performing a wider study about the development of the work in the history, highlighting the classes‟ fight that has always existed in our society. It was tried to demonstrate that this fight is also happening in the classes involved in this work. Second, a report about the development of the highway transportation in Brazil and the past and current governmental policies destined to the development of such a transportation model chosen by the country was made. Also, the workday performed by the employed truck drivers and the fight of the class for better work conditions was highlighted. Finally, a study about the tachograph and which are the information mandatorily registered by it was performed, followed by a jurisprudential research in order to reveal if the courts recognize the usage of such device as a way able to control the truck drivers‟ workday using the information registered by it. / O tema pesquisado é a possibilidade de controle da jornada dos motoristas de caminhão na condição de empregados, que atuam no ramo do transporte de cargas, através do instrumento denominado de tacógrafo, aparelho que registra dados do veículo no qual foi instalado, obrigatório em todos os caminhões destinados a esse setor. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica e a pesquisa documental. A revisão bibliográfica fundamentou os aspectos relacionados a jornada e a importância de sua limitação. Também demonstrou a histórica luta de classes por melhores condições de trabalho, assim como a luta entre as classes estudadas no presente trabalho. A pesquisa documental, através de Projetos de Lei e decisões judiciais dos Tribunais, visou conceituar a categoria a ser estudada, assim como analisar os anseios no sentido de regulamentação da profissão e o que os Tribunais tem decidido acerca do assunto. A pesquisa foi realizada da seguinte maneira: Primeiro delimitou-se a categoria a ser estudada, fazendo-se um estudo mais amplo sobre o desenvolvimento do trabalho na história, destacando-se a luta de classes que sempre existiu em nossa sociedade. Buscou-se demonstrar que essa luta também está presente nas classes envolvidas neste trabalho. Seguindo, fez-se um relato sobre o desenvolvimento do transporte rodoviário no Brasil e as políticas governamentais passadas e presentes destinadas ao desenvolvimento de tal modelo de transporte adotado pelo País. Também, destacou-se a jornada executada pelos motoristas de caminhão empregados e a luta da classe por melhores condições de trabalho. Por fim, realizou-se um estudo sobre o tacógrafo e quais são as informações obrigatoriamente por ele registradas, seguindo-se a uma pesquisa em decisões judiciais com o intuito de revelar se os Tribunais reconhecem a utilização de tal instrumento como meio capaz de controlar a jornada dos motoristas de caminhão através das informações por ele registradas.

The introduction of digital tachographs has brought many changes compared to previously used analogue tachograph. Legislation addressing this issue is quite extensive and often amended. Ever-present threat of industrial equipment, which affect the observed, and the stored data has a negative impact on road safety. The aim of this paper is to present a comprehensive overview of legislation regulating the issue of digital tachographs in relation to the introduction and use of digital tachographs, with obligations to use a tachograph, tachograph functional requirements. Process further review of data on vehicle operation recorded with a digital tachograph and analyze their availability in terms of approval of the different actors (the driver, carrier, service, police, other supervisory authorities). Contribution of this work is the elaboration of recommendations for the expert's methodology in analyzing data from the digital tachograph.

The present diploma thesis deals with the work of professional freight traffic drivers and is focused primarily on the requirements, which has to be fulfilled to become a professional driver. The theoretical part describes all of the requirements for the driver, as well as drivers operating modes and also compares the Regulation no. 561/2006 with AETR contractual agreement. An integral part of the work is a description of recording devices and possible checks of drivers and carriers. The second, practical part, deals with a survey among professional drivers focused primarily on their knowledge of the applicable regulations. The aim of the master thesis is to analyse the legislation of the European Union concerning organization of working time of drivers in road transportation as well as functions and options of tachographs. The issue of working time of drivers will be applied to one of the suppliers of bus public transportation in Prešov Region, specifically SAD Prešov, a. s.. At first, there will be an introduction of the company, its history and offered transportation services. The work will also review a new-implemented IT software in a department of central control station (dispatching). Regarding the mentioned legislation, there will be a description of effectiveness of certain bus lines within 50 km, up to 50 km and one international line. The last part of the work will provide an overview of the most frequented matters of absence from work, fulfilling of working hours and availability of working capacity of the company's drivers. The results of the analysis will contribute to final conclusion and improvement suggestions in this area.

As jornadas de trabalho excessivas são uma dura realidade para os condutores de veículos de carga no Brasil. Exigidos por um sistema de trabalho desleal estes condutores enfrentam ainda as péssimas condições da malha viária e o gargalo provado pelo crescente número de veículos de passeio em circulação. Essa mistura de fatores tem provocado um índice alarmante de acidentes de trânsito, com um número de mortes comparáveis aos de um conflito armado. Neste trabalho é apresentada a proposta de um equipamento registrador instantâneo e inalterável de velocidade e tempo, que combina as funções de um registrador convencional com um eficiente mecanismo de comunicação sem fios, fazendo com que o próprio equipamento reporte às autoridades de transito os excessos de jornada de trabalho dos veículos de carga. A identificação inequívoca do condutor é realizada através de uma estrutura de certificação digital baseada em cartões inteligentes que garante também a privacidade das informações. / The excessive hours of service is a harsh reality for drivers of goods vehicles in Brazil. Required by a system of unfair labor these drivers still face the bad conditions of roads and bottleneck proved by the increasing number of passenger cars in circulation. This mix of factors has caused an alarming rate of traffic accidents, with a death toll comparable to an armed conflict. This thesis presents a proposal for an electronic equipment, which combines the functions of a conventional tacograph with an efficient wireless communication system, making a auto reporting system of the driving excesses to the authorities of the transit. The unequivocal identification of the driver is done through a digital certification structure based on smart cards that also ensures the privacy of information.

Detekce fibrilace síní v EKG / ECG based atrial fibrillation detection

This diploma thesis deals with detection of atrial fibrillation from HRV, classification of Poincare map and in the end the divide into two groups, one with detected atrial fibrillation and one not. The result is the decision on which variables are statistically significant for the identification of atrial fibrillations and which are not, and classification of the ECG signals with Bayes and Lavenberg-Marquardt neural networks. Bayes neural network with 23 neurons in hidden layer is best with F1 measure = 83,6 %, Sensitivity = 88,1 % and Specificity 94,5 %.
