團隊發展歷程對新創事業營運影響之研究—以個案公司為例 / The impact of team developmental process on the entrepreneurial performance - Case study companies as example

呂文正, Lu, Wen Cheng Unknown Date (has links)
In the course of establishing a business, resources and overall capacity usually accumulate step by step. It begins with a small team, small-scale operation and gradually expands its turnover and performance, which can be described as an indispensible process among any successful cases, and the entrepreneurial developmental process also plays a critical role. As a saying goes, "Every skyscraper starts from scratch", a company must be able to overcome its bottlenecks in order to grow. How to make management more efficient during the developmental process is the focus of this study. This study utilizes the theory of Team Developmental Process published by Tuckman in 1977, integrating case studies and interviews with entrepreneurs to discuss team and entrepreneurial management. Analyzing the theory of team development process, which includes forming stage, storming stage, norming stage, performing stage, and adjourning stage, I gained an insight into several issues such as the sales and channel management, human resources management, financial management, R & D management, production management. Combining literature review and interviews with experts, I reach my conclusions with some suggestions at the end. In terms of case selection, this study uses electronics-related firms as case study, among which, the sales of C Company specializes on DRAM and FLASH, whereas H Company on power management, electronic components and modules as its niche point. Overall, this study focuses on electronics-related entrepreneurial team, hoping to be helpful to the industry as well as the academia.

Aktuální praxe komunitních terénních týmů pro lidi se závažným duševním onemocněním / The current practice of community outreach teams for people with severe mental illness

Kasík, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
Community mental health teams common in many countries with developed community mental health care have been slowly advancing in recent years. It is expected that this trend will continue to grow with the reform of psychiatric care. The diploma thesis focuses on community mental health teams for the target group of people with severe mental illness, which are one of the basic pillars of mental health care abroad. The theoretical part describes the activities of these teams in the context of community mental health care and also presents these teams mainly in terms of their composition and way of work. The research part analyzes the current situation of four specific teams in terms of multidisciplinary composition and team cooperation, describes and interprets some of the specific difficulties that these services face in the beginning of multidisciplinary teamwork and captures some specific moments of their functioning. Utilizing a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with team leaders and their founding organizations has enabled them to convey the specific context of these teams and at least partially capture the dynamics of their current state and development. The practical part points to some factors that may complicate the teamwork, such as insufficient involvement of medical staff...

Syndrom demence u klientů jako specifický fenomén v řízení pracovníků v přímé péči, v terénní asistenční službě. / Dementia syndrome in clients as a specific phenomenon in the management of workers of the care service.

Hlavičková, Barbora January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the impact of dementia syndrome in clients of social field service on workers in direct care. The thesis connects two theoretical levels, which are closely related to the topic. This is primarily the level of the disease itself with dementia syndrome and the circumstances associated with caring for a sick person. The second level deals with the topic of managing a team of workers in direct care, with a focus on field social services. The research in the sequential variant made it possible to emphasize the moments that are specific in the care of clients with dementia syndrome in the home environment. The intention was to name the stress moments that come with working with a given target group in the home environment. At the core of the pressures mentioned by the respondents, the stress resulting from the unpredictability of the situation was found as a common denominator. It is unpredictability, given the client's illness, in the conditions of the home environment, in which the client is used to making his own decisions, despite the worsened cognition. At the next level is the stress resulting from unclear responsibility for the content of the service. The employee must be able to flexibly move from a role that is more managerial to a role where the service is managed...
