The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house. The building is located in the Liberec region in the cadastral land parcel number 42/1 in the cadastral area Liberec-Rochlice. Address of the building is 227 Vratislavická Liberec-Rochlice 460 59th Built up area is 655 m2. The new building is located on sloping ground to the south. The building is located on the still undeveloped parcel near residential homes and nursing home. The building is partially basement with four floors. In the basement is the technical support for building, storage and parking facilities. The first two floors are commercial applications for administrative operations. In the third and fourth floor apartments are located. In total there are five residential units for a total of 17 persons. The supporting structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete deck Beon C 25/30 B and reinforcement 500th The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20, and the bases of concrete and plate C 25/30 and the reinforcement B 500th Outer and inner walls are lined walls in the system Porotherm. The roof is designed as a flat. Walk-on part is designed as extensive or as a patio with concrete paving. Nepochúzná part has a stabilizing layer of gravel.

The subject of my thesis are selected parts of construction technology project – construction of the logistics center Hemat in Ostrava. This thesis solves technological regulations for foundations and installation of the main steel structure. It also includes a technical report, technical report site equipment, suitable choice of construction machinery, timetables, itemized budget, inspection and test plan, occupational safety, dealing with traffic routes, situation of site equipment.

Thesis multifunctional building in Chrudim is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed multifunctional building is placed on the site number 3466 and 2110 in Chrudim. The building has four floors. Constructional system is from clay brick HELUZ, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof.

This thesis describes the design of multifunctional building in Chrudim. It is a three-storey building. The layout of the first floor is for public purposes. The second and third floors serve as the residential part. The building is covered with a flat roof.

This thesis deals with constructive -technological solutions of construction of two residential buildings A and B in Uničov. The thesis includes preparation and construction site equipment, technological prescription for implementation of anhydrite floors, time schedule and financial plan of construction, project budget, monitoring and test plans, instructions for maintenance, fire problem solution and security plan for requirements of the EMS.

Tal modelo de produção possui particularidades que podem agregar ao produto final um caráter mais autoral, porque todas as suas etapas de realização são marcadas por um processo criativo pouco linear e entrelaçado com uma produção altamente interdisciplinar. Assim, o jogo apresenta uma complexa rede de significados para expressar conceitos e ideias emergentes da subjetividade de seu criador, valendo-se de sistemas simbólicos já estabelecidos. O objeto de análise da dissertação que aqui apresentamos, é o processo criativo completo de um jogo digital independente. / Abstract: The present research has as main objective to generate a registry and an analysis of the creative process of the alpha version of the indie game Lux Ex, that was produced almost entirely by a single developer, in an authorial way and adopting the model of production independently known as the "Lone Wolf Developer". Such a model of production has particularities that can add to the final product a more authorial character, because all its stages of realization are marked by a creative process not linear and intertwined with a highly interdisciplinary production. Thus, the game presents a complex network of meanings to express concepts and ideas emerging from the subjectivity of its creator, drawing on already established symbolic systems. This thesis includes a study of the chosen area in the town of Týn nad Vltavou from the point of view of barrierless conception. I monitored the starting state in this area and I compared it with all valid legal regulations and norms. I pointed out the weaknesses of the starting state in this area. The complex barrierless area could be established by removing these weaknesses. This new area could be open not only to healthy people but also to people with limited ability of movement and orientation. I determined the order of the changes urgency. This means which elements should be reconstructed and modified to the barrierless state as soon as possible. I was interested in the state of the footpaths, crossings for the people, car-parks, staircases and other elements. I was also interested in the accessibility of civil facilities {--} the medical centre, the pharmacy, the town laundry, the building with care service and the post office. I chose one part of the footpath for the technical solution. The barrierless solution is missing in this part of the footpath. I elaborated project documentation for this part of the footpath needed for granting the building permission because the footpath is situated in the direct proximity of citizens´ residences and infrastructure network leads through this footpath. The drawings have been processed by visualization cad application. This diploma thesis also contains the list of the valid legal regulations and publications which deal with the problems of the barrierless areas.

The aim of diploma thesis is to design and assess a multipurpose hall building in the area of Brno. The shape of the hall is rectagular with dimensions 30,0 x 84,0 m. Roofing stucture is disegned and assessed in three versiions. Variant A is designed as a sadle - type truss from the CSH profile. Variant B is designed as a square - type truss from the CHS prosile. Variant C is designed as a arched truss from the CSH profile. These versions are compared by weight, manufacturing complexity and appearance. Preferable version is processed in detail. The work also includes a static calculation of the supporting elements, joints and drawing documentation..

The aim of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the administrative building. It is a seven-storey building with one underground and six above-ground floors. The underground floor is halfway under the terrain and used for garage parking. The loose part will be used for barrier-free entrance to the building and partly as a cafe. Above-ground floors are used as office spaces. The administrative building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure in the underground floor, the above-ground floors are designed as a column monolithic system for flexible use of office space. The static calculation will be carried out according to valid ČSN EN standards.
